The output produced has high Arabic skills and competencies. This is motivated by the existence of a one-year language preparation program in the first year. This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementing and overseeing the management process of the Arabic language learning program for First Year Students at STIBA Ar Rayyah Sukabumi. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a type of case study research. This research is conducted because Al-Azhar Course Institute has interesting programs, and some teaching staff are native Arabs (Yemen), and use fun methods that make it easier for students to understand and Arabic quickly. This study aims to describe the planning and design of learning in Al-Azhar course institutions. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data is obtained from informants who are instructors at the Al-Azhar Course Institute. Data analysis in this study consists of 3 stages, namely: Data Condensation, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing / Verification. The results obtained in this study are: First, the planning carried out by the Al-Azhar course institution is a type of project planning, and top-down planning. Among the languages of Arabic that are widely taught in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia are the grammar of Arabic or nahwu and sharaf. Among the elements of teaching are books, books have an important role in the learning process. This study aims to find out the Arabic grammar books used in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, analyze their constructs, their models and their relevance to Arabic grammar learning for non-Arabs. This research is a literature research. Data collection uses documentation techniques, while the analysis technique uses content analysis. From the results of the study, it is found that the Arabic grammar books used in Islamic boarding schools are books compiled with the qawa'id ilmiyah approach instead of qawa'id ta'limiyah, so it needs the development of methods in learning so that the students (santri) not only memorize the rules, but are also able to apply them in language skills. The primary source of the study is the Arabic language rules analyzed using the text content (madhmûn) approach. The steps are firstly making an inventory of the rules stated anomaly, then finding its ‘illah (reason/cause), and then the conclusions are taken. The results of the study prove that there are Arabic rules that do not have semantic functions. This happens because the motive for its creation is not intended to present new intentions and meanings in a sentence. Among these motives are reasons for sentence efficiency, philosophical nuances and reasons for being mild in pronunciation. The patterns used are al-hadzf, al-ibdl, al-rutbah/taqdîm ta’khîr and al-ziyâdah. The results of this study are not in line with the 'traditional scholars such as al-Mâzinî, (d. 248 H), al-Mubarrid (d. 285 H.), al-Farrâ' (d. 189 H) who said that Arabic linguistics has been perfect and final and there is no need to review on it. The analysis based on the Richard Arend’s theory, which is mentions that the teaching models has 4 components are theoretical basis, instructional goals, syntax, and learning environment. This study aims to know each component of it in ma’had. The study result shows that the theoretical basis of teaching includes behavioral theory, social learning theory, the psychological theory of meaningfull verbal learning, the idea of cognitive pshycology, experiential learning theory, and information processing theory. The Instructional goal includes the learning to acquire the factual and declare knowledge, mastering of social cooperative behaviors, and acceptance between groups. Humans in all their activities need language to communicate with other humans. Communication has various kinds, one of which is oral communication that can cause interference. This research is descriptive in qualitative form. In this study the author uses listening method, the basic technique is \"Tapping Technique\". The advanced technique I is checking out the free involvement technique or \"SBLC\". Advanced technique II is a note-taking technique. Another technique is interview. The emphasis of the analysis in this study is the grammatical interference of Bahasa Indonesia in mahārah kalām, of female students (santriwati) of Kulliyatul Mu’allimat Al-Islamiyah (KMI) at Ar-Risalah International Program of modern boarding school Ponorogo. Based on the emphasis of the analysis above, the authors chose the intralingual equivalent method as an analysis method. The presentation method of the data results analysis used in this study is an informal method. The results show that the form of Interference that occurs in the study location is in the form of morphological and syntactic interference. This research is conducted at IAIM NU Metro Lampung. The research subjects are students in the fourth semester of the 2017/2018 academic year, totaling 11 students. The research design uses Classroom Action Research, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research is conducted in 2 cycles, with 2 meetings each cycle. The instruments used are test questions, observation sheets and interview guidelines. The results show that: (1) the ability of students to read Arabic texts with taking notes techniques has increased. At the first meeting of the first cycle, it is found that in the loud reading session, most students are less total in making a vote, but at the second meeting there has been an increase. (2) students also feel helped in understanding the contents of Arabic text by taking notes techniques because this technique is very simple and easy to apply. This semantic research aims to present its purpose about the semantic concept of expressions in the Qur'an. The application of the semantics in the Qur'an study based on Izutsu is an analytical study of key terms in the language of the Qur'an to achieve a conceptual understanding of Qu’ran's view about the world. In other words, it attempts to detect human perceptions of the universe and life are reflected in the Qur’an, the conceptual system where it originates, and which contextual meanings give new words and meanings, key words that represent messages in understanding of a particular topic or the semantic field belongs to another group of words. There are for example semantic fields (Mufhomat systems revolving around coherent themes, Ukrawy fields) and keyword expressions which are considered as keys to understanding the meaning in this semantic field.
