Experiments were spent in stationary conditions in system bitumen - a rubber crumb of tyres waste. The process estimation de-vulcanization was carried out on changes of the temperature characteristics received as a result of ultrasonic processing, rubber-bitumen compositions. It is established that ultrasonic influence gives the chance fuller use of potential of a tyres waste, as source of caoutchouc. Plots of the aerosol particles concentration versus time are given. The impact of ultrasonic vibrations on a medium-sized aerosol is shown to considerably accelerate its sedimentation due to the particle coagulation. These modulators are used to transform the electrical high frequency signal to the optical signal. The most important characteristics of these devices are the electro-optical bandwidth, the modulation efficiency, the extinction on/off, the chirp, as well as other parameters that characterize the high frequency response of the modulator. The presence of cylindrical working surface at the provision of rotation of vibrating system allows to carry out continuous welding of list and film thermoplastic materials. The conditions of reproducible synthesis of anatase nanocrystals by thermal treatment of water solution of titanium isopropoxide and triethanolamine at T= 80-100°C by 48 h have been found. Phase composition of final product has been verified by TEM and XRD analysis.
