This paper proposes a WTCM approach based on autoencoder (AE) and K-means cluster. After data preprocessing, we firstly build an AE model with long short-term memory layer, and the construction of the model is determined by cross-validation experiment. Use the bottleneck layer of the AE model as the feature vector and establish the feature vector space of normal data. Secondly, the K-means cluster is employed. We gather the features of normal data into a cluster, then the cluster center and Euclidian distance are used to set the threshold. Thirdly, obtain the feature of testing data and calculate the Euclidian distance between the feature and the cluster center of normal data. The calculated Euclidian distance is used as the evaluation basis. Two cases with typical faults have been studied to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"105 12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127436443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several considerations including topography, accessibility, population density, residential areas, distribution of radiofrequency spectrum users, high voltage power lines, and Transmitter power level. This study evaluates all consideration parameters using a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). The optimum locations which were founded based on the F_AHP analytical are shown on the map using the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS). The research was conducted in the Bali Province area. The display via WebGIS indicates three categories of suitability, namely: \"high\", \"medium\", and \"low\". Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the effect of consideration for determining the location, it was found that the distribution of radiofrequency spectrum users had the highest weight of 49.1%, then followed by the accessibility of 30.1%, residential area of 9.7%, the topography of 6.5%, and the population 4.6%.","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131123426","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

PID control is installed to reduce maximum overshoot, steady-state error, and settle time to produce a more responsive, accurate, and optimal bionic footwork. ALR device uses an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller with programming software using Matlab/Simulink R2020a and uses a myoware sensor. The function of the sensor on the bionic foot is to give a signal to the controller so that the DC motor moves at an angle between 0o-60o and vice versa, referring to the gate cycle concept. The PID control simulation results shown a maximum overshoot value of 2.35%, a steady-state error of 0.0285%, and a settling time of 4.01 s. The results of the PID control experiment shown a maximum overshoot value of 0%, a steady-state error of 2.565%, and a settling time of 4.449 s.","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127347601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The SST utilizes dual cascaded multi-level inverter configuration. This paper investigates the performance of various PWM methods for the proposed SST. The dual cascaded inverter is controlled by using carrier based PWM methods, i.e Phase Shifted PWM, Level Shifted PWM and its variations. Simulation results show that the Overlapping Carrier (OC)-PWM method generates the highest fundamental component in the output. The Phase Disposition (DP)-PWM produces the best quality output voltage with the lowest value of THD (16,92%) among the PWM methods while the PS-PWM method provides the worst THD (39,41%). However, after filtering, the PS-PWM method generates the most sinusoidal waveform that indicates by significant improvement in the value of THD (0.029%). The PS-PWM is able to remove the low order harmonics better and send them into the around 4 kHz and it side band which is twice of the applied switching frequency (2 kHz).","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130524174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method was implemented in the island of Bali, a well-known tourism destination. The electricity consumption trend was investigated during a period of 2019-2020 and the result then was confirmed with the satellite image of nighttime light. The analysis results have shown that the declined electricity energy usage correlates with the reduced brightness level of the night time light. It was also found that the night time light image (NTL) from remote sensing data has successfully determined the areas with a significantly decreased socio-economic activities. In contrast, the image has also uncovered some areas with an increased in night time light brightness, which indicates an increased in socio-economic activities.","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"263 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114269061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the sudden changes also come with its own unique problem The effectiveness of online learning as a medium of study is an old debate among academia. The approach's effectiveness varies from field to field and from one experiment to another. One problem that seems consistent among the research is fluctuating attention among participants. This research explore the potential to use of an ancient Balinese breathing technique known as Dasa Aksara pranayama. This technique that combines the visualization technique and the breathing exercise has existed since the mid-nineteen century and was developed by Balinese monks. This research wants to gather the empirical evidence of the benefit of the technique using EEG monitoring and machine learning. We do a comparative study between the one group which is not receive the dasa aksara meditation treatment and another group which receive one. The end of the result concludes that the breathing technique succeeded to improve the attention level of the participant on average of 22.85% and the software is well received among the participant with the result of usability testing yield average point of 3.65 on a scale of 4.","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131508602","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To know the performance of OWC with VAWT in depth requires a complex monitoring system. This article focuses on two discussions. The first is manufacturing the laboratory-scale OWC test rig, and the second is developing and validating the real-time monitoring system for the purpose-built OWC system. The monitoring system we proposed was consists of the sensors unit, MCU, and monitoring unit. The sensor unit is placed in certain parts of the test rig. And then, the measurement variables include wave oscillations, water surface oscillations in the chamber, rotation of the Savonius turbine in the OWC, air pressure in the chamber. The data acquisition uses the Arduino-Uno with graphics interface using the LabVIEW program. The test rig and the monitoring system have been successfully developed and tested on the OWC prototype with laboratory-scale VAWT. OWC and turbine performance measurement data have been successfully displayed in an interactive form and stored in data logging on a computer.","PeriodicalId":345626,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Smart-Green Technology in Electrical and Information Systems (ICSGTEIS)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122818313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
