This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of parenting style on students' learning motivation at MTS Fadhilah Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, where the data collection instrument used is a questionnaire with a total of 30 item statement items distributed to 51 respondents. Based on the results of statistical calculations, Fcount (41.546) Ftable (4.04) means that Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the acquisition linear regression equation, namely Y = 10.828 + 0.609X, it means that if the parenting style (X) has increased by 1, then student learning motivation (Y) has increased by 0.609. The style of pesantren life can be seen from the structure of the teaching provided. From the structure and systematics of the teaching, you will find repeated levels from one level to another without seeing the end. The issues taught are often discussions that have been repeated over a period of years, although the textbooks used are different. It starts with a small book (mabsuthât) containing simple, concise texts, then moves to a medium book level (mutawassith). The lessons are given in recitations that take the form of open lectures, where the kiai reads, translates and explains the issues mentioned in the text being studied. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of learning methods, a new breakthrough in learning is needed. This research aims to describe the literature on steam innovation learning approaches to conventionoal methods in Islamic boarding schools. This study is a research and development study using a mixed approach (Mixed Method) which aims to determine the effectiveness of the development of steam innovation learning training on conventional methods of teachers in boarding schools. By using the ADDIE model, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This research was conducted at Ponpes Darul Huffaz Pesawaran, the sample of this study amounted to 30 teachers. The research technique used interviews, observation, documentation and assessment instruments. As well as data analysis using quantitative data from pretest and posttest scores which are then tested using the N-Gain statistical formula. By adopting the STEAM innovation learning approach, boarding schools can provide teachers with the skills needed in the future. Basically, the decision of the Military Court is closed to members of the TNI itself so that public opinion never sees it. The decisions taken sometimes lack a sense of justice for members of the TNI who are accused. Therefore, the aspect of justice is one of the references in seeing the judge's consideration in making a Military Court decision. This research is to analyze and examine the military court verdict number 94-K/PM III-18/D/IX/2018 in the case of persecution committed by members of the TNI that has fulfilled a sense of justice and explain and examine the legal considerations of judges in imposing Military court verdict Number 94-K/PM III-18/D/IX/2018. This research uses normative research type. It was found that the Military Court Decision Number 94-K/PM III-18/D/IX/2018 in the case did not fully fulfill the sense of justice. The verdict only in terms of substantive justice is not fulfilled, while in terms of procedural justice it has been fulfilled. Thus the verdict has not fulfilled the sense of justice for the defendant himself. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations and surveys. The research data were analyzed qualitatively, the research subjects were 30 students in class V.II 7. The research location is at SMP Negeri 55 Palembang. However, Indonesia and China's conflicting claims over the Natuna Islands have created tensions and disputes between the two countries. The dispute is related to the ownership and utilization of resources on Natuna Island which is in the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone. The impact of this dispute includes economic instability, divisions between countries, political losses, and social problems. In dealing with these impacts, it is necessary to carry out effective resolution efforts. Settlement of the Natuna islands dispute between Indonesia and China can be done through several strategic steps. This research was carried out in Haruku country. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this interview can show that the people of Haruku Country have different views regarding the covid 19 vaccination. There are still many people in Haruku Country who view the covid 19 vaccination as a policy that does not bring benefits to the community, which actually has a lot of bad impacts on society. In addition, the people of Haruku Country consider that the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination is a policy that violates people's rights, namely the right to refuse or receive vaccines. So that the role of the government and medical staff in Haruku Country is very important to convince the public about the importance of the Covid-19 vaccination through socialization that is being carried out. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning-based e-module product development to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Blambangan Umpu Way Kanan. This research is a development research using the ADDIE approach, with 30 research samples to test the effectiveness of the product using the N-Gain test. The type of research conducted by the authors is descriptive analytical juridical research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded how the protection of human rights for children in the perspective of positive law, in Indonesia has been stipulated Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights which includes children's rights, the implementation of obligations and responsibilities of parents, families, communities, government and the state to provide child protection as a juridical basis for the implementation and responsibilities. Legal protection is all efforts made consciously by everyone as well as government and private institutions that aim to seek security, control and fulfillment of welfare in accordance with existing human rights as stipulated in RI Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. However, the protection of children from all its aspects turns out to require a legal umbrella to create the best life for children who are expected to be the nation's successors who have the potential, are tough, have nationalism imbued with morality and a strong will to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation and state. The legal umbrella in question is RI Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Article 64 paragraph (2) of the Child Protection Act basically contains all the government's efforts to protect children who are victims of criminal acts. Views of Islamic Law on Child Protection, in Islamic law acts of violence against children are strictly prohibited, because this is a violation of children's rights, because it is not in accordance with human values and religious teachings. In Islamic law, the rights of a child are protected from the time they are born in the womb until they are 18 years old or until they are married.
