This was demonstrated through the study of the Book of “Al-Nahayah”, in which he mentioned his opinion as well as his preferences and choices. The book also contained fundamentalist terms, controls and rules of jurisprudence. He wrote the book “Al-Nahayah” by mentioning issues of Shafi’i jurisprudence, with reference to other schools of thought in a few places. The researcher also explained special approach in Imam Abi al-Fadl’s book “Al-Nahaya” regarding the end of the definitions, and his approach in explaining the text of the goal, and the method of dealing and dialogue with the jurists in an objective manner away from fanaticism. The sanctity of the wife's mother by contract or by consummation? 2. The death of the hunting before the ability to slaughter it. 3. Requirement of the condition option with the option of assignment. 4. Ladder in boneless meat. 5. The effect of singing on the justice of witnesses. 6. Referendum of the immoral jurist. 7. Take the sugar into the river. The research proved that he was nicknamed Balthaliji in relation to his great-grandfather Snow bin Omar Ibn Abd Manaf, and it was said that the nickname Balthaliji is the proportion of a locality in Baghdad where snow is sold, and the former is more likely, and that some of them call him Balkhi, which is inaccurate.
