We will briefly examine these symptoms in the context of a framework trauma, to conclude later whether symptomatic behaviors may be indicative more accurate for a post-traumatic response, especially in terms of behavior reconstitution or re-experience of trauma. Recognition of self-harm behavior or masochistic tendencies in adult survivors of sexual abuse trauma as an attempt to reconstitution of sexual trauma suffered in childhood, rather than as a manifestation characteristic of personality disorders, serves to establish an appropriate diagnosis, mental health professionals can continue to focus on the consequences of trauma unresolved sexual issues rather than personality restructuring. The COVID'19 pandemic has certainly affected everyone's lives. Our study started with conceptual definitions like Bullying, Workplace bullying, Cyberbullying. \u0000Methodology: Starting from the analysis of the lack of digital skills of trainers and beneficiaries with the help of the SELFIE tool, based on the Framework for digitally competent educational organizations the results are presented. In the first part we have the report with the answers of 87 teachers from Romania, Austria, Poland, Cyprus, Italy and Portugal at SELFIE Questionnaire for Teacher. In the second part we have analyses the answers of 26 leaders, 256 teachers and 1061 students at SELFIE Questionnaire-all levels from Romania and Italy. \u0000Contributions: The results of the questionnaires were analyzed and were the basis for writing a Future Work Manual, one Tool Kit and one Mobile App Future Word. How teachers and students will be prepared for the future is essential. In this study we presented the may-sided, diversified roots of the research, based on positive, \u0000Jungian and personal psychology, educational researches on teachers personality, gender issues \u0000in education. We also exhibited the connected studies on stress and burn out mostly in connection \u0000to teachers and the field of education. The research has a specific focus on female teachers' mental \u0000hygiene states in connection with their developing professional and female identity. We pointed out \u0000some connections of our main points of examination and the Finnish teacher training practice, too. \u0000As a main hypothesis we presume that just a certain group of female teachers are in a state of fragile \u0000mental hygiene. In the detailed hypotheses we are looking for evidence that the mental hygiene state \u0000shows differences between certain groups among female teachers. The best way for examination \u0000appeared to be by using two validated (MBI-ES, LOT-R) and two personal creating questionnaires \u0000(BÉIK, SzSzK, only in Hungarian), as a comparative survey.
