These sites, vital to our cultural heritage, face threats from advancing urban development, especially in historically layered cities. Accurate understanding and contextualization of artifacts from various eras are crucial. Preservation efforts must extend beyond physical continuity and relics to include integration into urban socio-economic and socio-spatial contexts. This holistic approach aids in interpreting layered cities and promoting heritage awareness. This study focuses on the ArchaeoPark initiatives in the Hisar Region, a significant part of Bursa’s cultural landscape. It serves as an example highlighting the importance of preserving archaeological sites and their original artifacts within urban environments. This preservation and display within the city enhance the awareness and understanding of both residents and visitors regarding these valuable cultural assets. Public participation in heritage conservation fosters greater recognition of the importance of these sites, leading to more sustainable preservation efforts. Bursa and its surroundings are key archaeological sites in Anatolia, showcasing a layered urban history. The chosen Hisar region has the potential to unveil this history, becoming a vital cultural heritage area in Bursa. After stressing the importance of urban archaeological heritage conservation, the study delves into pertinent conservation methods. It introduces Bursa as a significant cultural landscape, emphasizing ArchaeoPark activities and excavated artifacts in the Hisar region. Lastly, it offers recommendations to boost the role of Hisar ArchaeoPark in cultural heritage awareness and preservation. This study aims to contribute to efforts focused on increasing cultural heritage awareness, which is a vital aspect of heritage conservation and management, despite being a time-consuming process. The research data collection method was done through observation and questionnaires. The sample-style technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data collection used an online questionnaire distributed to respondents using QR barcodes and links. The data from the questionnaire were processed with the help of SPSS 26 for Windows. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis to determine the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in the front office department at Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta, and correlation analysis techniques are used to determine the extent of awareness of front office employees at Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta regarding the implementation of EMS. The results of the correlation analysis test show that employee awareness of EMS implementation in the front office department at Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta has a medium relationship with a correlation coefficient value of 0.585. The front office employees’ awareness of EMS at Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta needs to be improved. It is advised that Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta offer employee training related to the application of EMS, so they consistently remember the importance of implementing EMS and its impact on hotels and the environment. To make it a habit, you need still make an effort or remind each other. Considering that architecture is a visual medium that aims to construct tangible structures, it remains in constant flux due to changing environmental conditions, architects, and technology. Interdisciplinary studies have revealed that visual tools like diagrams effectively transfer knowledge and practice. This study focuses explicitly on the role of architectural diagrams in facilitating communication and enabling architecture students to express their design knowledge. It examines diagrams’ characteristics, functions, and potential for representing architectural designs. Within the scope of the study, the transfer of architectural knowledge, the means through which it is communicated, the effectiveness of diagrams as a means of expression in the field of architecture, how they are used in the educational environment, and the competencies of understanding and using diagrams were questioned through a survey conducted with architecture students in the city of Kayseri. Sağlık örgütlerindeki çalışanların potansiyel problemlerinin, verilen hizmeti ve dolayısıyla insan sağlığını doğrudan etkileyeceği göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, insan kaynağının işleri ile ilgili tatminsizlik sorunlarının engellenmesi gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle hazırlanan araştırmada bilinçli farkındalık ve ego sağlamlığının sağlık çalışanlarının iş tatminine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında, İstanbul’daki kamu ve özel hastanelerde çalışan 456 sağlık çalışanı örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 22.00 aracılığı ile regresyon analizleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre bilinçli farkındalık ve ego sağlamlığı iş tatminini artırmaktadır. {"title":"Türkiye’nin koronavirüs ile mücadele politikasında Sağlık Bakanlığı covid-19 bilim kurulu uygulaması","authors":"Ahmet Alanlı, Osman Kürşat Acar","doi":"10.26809/joa.2225","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26809/joa.2225","url":null,"abstract":"Çin’de Aralık 2019’da ölümlere neden olan ve Covid-19 olarak isimlendirilen yeni bir salgın ortaya çıkmış ve tüm dünyayı etkisi altına almıştır. 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde Covid 19 virüsünün neden olduğu hastalıklar, Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (WHO) tarafından pandemi yani küresel salgın olarak ilan edilmiştir. Türkiye’de Covid-19 virüsü kaynaklı ilk vaka ise 10 Mart 2020 tarihi itibariyle tespit edilmiştir. Türkiye’de hükümetin kriz yönetimi ile mücadelede uyguladığı politikaların bir parçası olarak Sağlık Bakanlığı bünyesinde Bilim Kurulu kurulmuştur. Covid-19 sürecinde Sağlık Bakanlığı Bilim Kurulunun tavsiyeleri referans alınarak yürürlüğe konulan kararlar ön plana çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada, temelleri Covid-19 virüsünden önce Pandemik İnfluenza Ulusal Hazırlık Planında ortaya konulan Sağlık Bakanlığı Bilim Kurulunun rolü, Krick’in geliştirdiği model kapsamında belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, gazete haberleri, politika metinleri ve internet kaynaklarından derlenen veriler, doküman analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Training in this activity takes more than one year and requires special qualities and abilities from all participants in this process. Recent studies consider the learning process as one of the determining factors that further influences the efficiency of aviation personnel. The purpose of this review article was to describe the available researches on the ATC training process and related areas, to analyze them, to identify gaps and areas where further research can be conducted. The studies were divided into several areas: studies analyzing ATC training programs (at the FAA Academy and other organizations); research related to simulator training; instructor methods in ATC training; related to ATC instructor competence; interaction between the instructor and the student, etc. In preparing this review, literature sources were used in publications included in Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Cyberleninka and Russian Science Citation Index. Preference was given to sources published in the last 17 years. Çalışma, 01 Temmuz 2023 - 01 Ağustos 2023 tarihleri arasında bir özel hastane grubuna bağlı hastanelerin radyoloji bölümünde görevli 50 sağlık çalışanı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma tanımlayıcı tipte kesitsel bir araştırmadır. Veriler, anket soruları ve sağlık çalışanlarının radyasyondan korunma bilgisi ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler, t-tesi ve ANOVA testi ile yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların demografik dağılımları değerlendirildiğinde; %46’si kadın, %40’i 30 yaş ve altı, %70’iön lisans mezunu ve %84’ü radyasyon teknikeri olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Anketin alt boyutlarına ait ortalama puanlar değerlendirildiğinde; 30-40 yaş arası bireylerin, 30 yaş altı ve 40 yaş üzeri gruplara göre alt boyutlarda ve ölçek genelinde radyasyondan korunma bilgisi düzeylerinin daha düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu davranışlar içinde üçüncü taraflara yapılan şikâyet dolaylı bir davranıştır. Çünkü müşteri şikâyet ederken işletme yerine bir aracı (kuruluş, kişi vb.) kullanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada müşterilerin üçüncü taraflara şikâyet etme nedenleri ortaya çıkartılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden netnografya kullanılmıştır. Türkçe dikey web şikâyet sayfalarından elde edilen şikâyet metinleri arşivsel veri olarak kaydedilmiştir. Toplanan veriler, Atlas.ti nitel analiz programı aracılığı ile sınıflandırılarak tematik analiz yöntemi ile yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda müşterilerin şikâyetlerini üç farklı nedenden (çaresizlik, güçsüzlük ve aldatılmak) dolayı şikâyet web sitelerine ilettikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. {"title":"Geleneksel mekân kurgusunun izleri: Diyarbakır Suriçi kentsel dönüşüm sonrası örnek bir konutun morfolojisi","authors":"Arya Biçen","doi":"10.26809/joa.2181","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26809/joa.2181","url":null,"abstract":"Diyarbakır kenti tarihi Suriçi yerleşiminde geleneksel konutlar niteliksel ve niceliksel olarak önemli bir paya sahiptir. Yenileme işlevlendirme, restorasyon ve rekonstrüksiyon çalışmaları ile günümüze kadar aktarılmaktadır. Bununla beraber zaman içerisinde gerek geleneksel konutun bozulması, bölünmesi, kısmen değiştirilmesi gerek yıkılarak veya çevresi kullanılarak yeni yapıların yapılması/eklenmesi söz konusudur. 2016 yılında meydana gelen olaylar nedeniyle 15 mahalleden oluşan bu yerleşim alanı büyük oranda hasara uğramış ve kentsel dönüşüm çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalarda yıkılan geleneksel yapılar onarılmaya başlanmış ayrıca tamamen yıkılan özgün olmayan yapıların yerine belirlenen tasarım kriterlerine göre yeni az katlı konutlar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışma bölgede inşa edilen az katlı konutların geleneksel konutun mekânsal kurgusuyla arasındaki bağı morfolojik bir yaklaşımla örnek yapı üzerinden irdelemektedir. Böylece mekânsal kurgunun izleri takip edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada morfolojik değerlendirme yapabilmek için mekân dizim yöntemi tercih edilmiş; yardımcı Depthmap ve Agraph programları kullanılmıştır. Örnek yapının sentaktik ölçümleri yapılmış olup, erişim grafiği ve dışbükey mekân haritaları oluşturularak analiz yapılmıştır. In this respect, “The Custom-House” portrays Nathaniel Hawthorne’s Romantic projections aimed at consoling the contemporaneous polarization on the futurity of the nation as much as his redemptive quest for his ancestral past in colonial Salem. Thus, as the dean of American Renaissance authors and a fervent Romantic, Nathaniel Hawthorne’s concern for an absolute-oriented moral vision, his apologetic perspective of the past, and his affirmative tone for the futurity of American democracy are most out loud in his writing.
