These problems cause higher education not to be achieved for rural communities, especially in Margosari Village, Central Lampung District. Preliminary data from observations show that the level of higher education is still below the average number. The advanced level of the village economy does not support education, so the average population still receives secondary education. This community service activity aims to provide motivation and education about higher education. The techniques used in this activity are survey, face-to-face and discussion techniques. The survey results found a high motivation for young people in the village to continue their studies. From educational sharing activities and discussions, it was found that high motivation for higher education was not supported by an attitude of agreeing to continue higher education. Pencapaian ASI eksklusif masih belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Beberapa penyebab belum tercapainya ASI eksklusif adalah belum optimalnya persiapan laktasi pada saat kehamilan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang persiapan laktasi ketika hamil sehingga dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan edukasi online dan dilanjutkan dengan konsultasi melalui aplikasi perpesanan Whatapps Group (WAG) dengan anggota grup yaitu tim pengabdi, staf Puskesmas dan Ibu Hamil. Tahapan pengabdian dimulai dengan mengadakan koordinasi dengan Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita, mendata Ibu Hamil yang ada di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita. Kegiatan webinar diikuti oleh 40 orang peserta dan 15 orang ibu hamil ikut yang bergabung dalam WAG. In young women, it is marked by the occurrence of menstruation. One of the main things that must be considered is personal hygiene. One of the problems that can arise due to lack of personal hygiene is the occurrence of vaginal discharge (fluor albus). If ignored, it can trigger early symptoms of cervical cancer, the incidence of which is around 15,000 new cases in Indonesia, which can end in death. Eight out of ten young women at the Sabilil Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School, Takeran District, Magetan Regency experience vaginal discharge. Some of them experienced vaginal discharge with yellow stains on their underwear and sometimes felt itchy, while 2 teenagers who did not understand personal hygiene also experienced vaginal discharge, some were physiological, some were pathological and did not know about personal hygiene. For this reason, it is necessary to hold health education about personal hygiene to prevent the occurrence of fluor albus by using lecture and question and answer methods. The purpose of this training in making compost is to determine the process of processing corn waste into compost and the effect of compost on organic plants in Wellulang village, Amali district, Bone district. Corn waste processing starting from corn stalks that are no longer used are usually processed into compost. The trick is to pulverize corn and rice straw that has been harvested by chopping it with a machine and adding various types of mixed fertilizers. The process of mixing the ingredients in a balanced way, the dosage of raw materials, and the temperature of the composting process. This program aims to provide understanding to village officials in the preparation of the village budget. This stage is crucial so that the direction of village development is structured and follows village conditions. The implementation method includes training and mentoring in making village financial planning, including the Village RPJMD, RKPdesa, and APBDesa. Thus, it is hoped that they can carry out financial management well and achieve accountability in village financial reporting. The implementation of this PkM activity was carried out in Guluk-Guluk Village, Guluk-Guluk District, Sumenep Regency. The activity results show that village officials have increased their ability and understanding of making village financial planning. The involvement of various parties in making village financial planning documents in Guluk-Guluk Village makes the direction of village development directed and follows the village community's expectations. Improving the knowledge, attitudes and actions of cadres through training, coaching and mentoring mothers in fulfilling the nutritional intake of under-two using the Nutrition Education Module has an impact on the success of the nutritional status monitoring function. Community service activities (PkM) are aimed at optimizing the role of cadres and families in fulfilling the New Normal Period undernutrition in Riak Siabun Village, Seluma Regency. The target audience is 10 posyandu and KPM cadres and 30 families with children aged 0-24 months. The activity is carried out with the stages of forming family companion cadres, training and coaching, as well as mentoring mothers of baduta. Evaluation of activities is carried out by measuring the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of cadres and mothers of baduta. The activity was carried out in January-November 2021. The data were analyzed by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test. The results of community service activities showed that there was an increase in the score of knowledge, attitudes, cadres as well as the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of the mother under two for 3 months of mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in the average score of knowledge and attitudes before and after the training. The mentoring of 30 mothers of under-two showed an increase in the average score of mother's knowledge and attitudes about the fulfillment of nutrition for under-fives, mother's actions were still the focus of mentoring.
