Bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada santriwati tentang pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi melalui pendidikan sebaya selama 12 kali kegiatan yang memberikan kemampuan santriwati dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap pemilihan kehidupan seksualnya. Jenis penelitian cross sectional. Target sampel sebesar 40 orang dari Populasi sebesar 415 orang, dengan tekhnik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Tabulasi dan analisis data dengan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar (65%) responden tidak rutin mengikuti pendampingan melalui pendidikan sebaya, sebagian besar (52,5%) responden tidak mampu mengambil keputusan, uji chi square didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara pendampingan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dengan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan terhadap pemilihan kehidupan seksual santriwati di pondok pesantren mahasiswa Al-Jihad Surabaya dengan nilai p=0.000<0,05. Kekuatan hubungan antar variabel pada korelasi phi diperoleh nilai yang sangat erat yaitu 0,771. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu keikutsertaan santriwati terhadap pendampingan Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi secara rutin akan mampu menentukan pemilihan kehidupan seksual. The establishment of an Integrated Service Post is intended to enable toddlers to get comprehensive services such as health information, nutritional information, parenting and obtaining protection for children. The purpose of this study was to identify a general description of the implementation of Taman Posyandu at Sidotopo Wetan Community Health Center area for community empowerment activities. The design of this study used descriptive and observational, and this research was conducted with secondary data collection, observation, and participation. Based on the data analysis, the results of the study showed that Taman Posyandu Bunda Kartini obtained the optimal value as the assessment criteria. But for Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) services, it cannot be done optimally because the implementation cannot be done every month. The purpose of this study is to determine the strong relationship between personal hygiene and the use of PPE in tobacco farmers with the incidence of contact dermatitis in tobacco farmers in the Ambulu village of Jember. This observational research had done by using a cross-sectional approach. This study utilizes a total population of 61 tobacco farmers. The dependent variable in this study is the incidence of contact dermatitis which is experienced by tobacco farmers in the Ambulu village. While the independent variables are personal hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). To discover the strong relationship between dependent and independent variables, there will be tested by statistical tests which applies the spss application and Chi-Square test. Resulting from the research, the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of contact dermatitis are categorized as a strong relationship with the point is 0.627. Whereas the use of PPE and the incidence of contact dermatitis obtains a result of 0.276 which is categorized as moderate relationships. Not only in public schools, but also the increasing number of Islamic boarding schools. Even in some Islamic boarding school activities, in addition to serving food, the boarding school also provides treats for cigarettes. This is a challenge that is still difficult to resolve, because the age of smokers is getting younger. This study aims to find out the relationship between knowledge and attitude with smoking behavior of students in Surabaya Al Jihad Islamic Boarding School. Method: This study was an analytic observational study with crossectional design. The population of this research is all students who live in Al Jihad Islamic Boarding School Surabaya. The study sample was 97 respondents who were selected by random sampling. Data collection is done by interviewing using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi square test. This study shows that there is no significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.885) and santriwan smoking behavior. But there is a significant relationship between attitudes and santriwan smoking behavior (p = 0.025). Strengthening the knowledge and attitudes of santrians regarding smoking is important, because this can affect the smoking behavior of santri in Islamic boarding schools. In 2017, there was 37,2% children under five years West Nusa Tenggara Province experience stunting.This study aimed to assess risk factor of stunting among children under five years in West Nusa Tenggara Province.This study was secondary data analysis from Indonesian Family Life Survey wave 5 (IFLS-5) in 2014-2015. Samples of this research were children age 12-59 months in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The number of the samples was 456 children. The relationship between variables were analyzed by chi-square test and the relative risk were analyzed by logistic regression. Result show that risk factor of stunting among children age 12-59 months in West Nusa Tenggara Province were weight of birth less than 2500 gram (p=0,001; OR = 3,303; 95% CI = 1,6-6,816), anemia of children (p=0,001; OR = 2,199; 95% CI = 1,469-3,291), age of mother at birth less than 18 years old (p=0,001; OR = 6,867; 95% CI = 1,481-31,834), age of mother at birth more or same with 35 years old (p=0,001 ; OR=0,515; 95% CI = 0,282 – 0,937), and education level of mother (p=0,6511; OR: 0,651; 95% CI = 0,439-0,966). It’s happen because imbalace between energy consumption and expulsion energy in the body metabolism. The prevalence of overweight and thin teenagers aged 16 – 18 are rising each year. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of nutrition knowledge and eating habits with weight of santriwati in boarding school Amanatul Ummah Surabaya. \u0000The design of this research is the cross sectional. The sample of research is 45 respondents, taken using a proportional random sampling. The instrument using a questionnaire, data analysis using spearman rank test with significance level 0.05. \u0000The research shows that almost half of the repondent having overweight (31.1%) and a small part has skinny (11.1%). The results of the test of rank spearman shows there is unrelation between nutrition knowledge with weight (p = 0,205) and there is relation between eating habits with weight (p = 0.000). \u0000It can be concluded that nutritional knowledge does not affect a person to choose nutritious foods and according to the need, but eating habits will effect for weight. Water must be available sufficiently in quality, quantity and continuity for human survival. Ideal drinking water should be clean, colorless, non-sticky and odorless. Drinking water should not contain pathogenic germs and all living things that endanger human health, do not contain chemicals that can change bodily functions and can be economically harmful. The purpose of this study is to analyze environmental health risks in drinking water parameters for workers in Pasuruan Regency in 2017. The method of this research is by collecting secondary data, which is 32 points of location of drinking water in Pasuruan Regency. Secondary data were obtained from the results of laboratory tests, and data on the various parameters of BBTKLPP laboratory examination along with SNI and related regulations and literature from several sources to support the available data. Then the secondary data obtained is calculated the maximum and minimum of concentration values, intake and health risk characteristics of each chemical agent in the parameters of drinking water. In the last three years, outpatient visits at RSIA NUN Surabaya decreased by 5.32%. The results of the identification showed that, one of the causes of the decrease in visits was patient dissatisfaction with the service of the officers. The objectives of this research were analyzing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) based on characteristics of employees in the hospital. This research is analytic descriptive with cross sectional study design. The samples were 34 employees were selected using purposive sampling. Result of this research showed that employees who had organizational citizenship behavior in the fewer categories were employees who had more than 32 years of age (≥ 32 years) with 77.8% presentations. Employees who have Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with fewer categories are employees who have a work period of less than 2 years with 100% presentation. The conclusion of this study is that employees who are more mature tend to have low OCB. Employees who have a low working period tend to have a low OCB.
