By this fact, it is necessary to study what factors are causing the high content of E-Coli bacteria. Continuing the previous research as a target of the study, this study was conducted in Pondok Benowo Indah Housing (PBI) Pakal subdistrict West Surabaya. From the PIB housing area, four houses/ shallow wells were selected as the center of the study site. This study analyzed several variables such as water quality with several parameters, the distance between septictank and the wells, soil density, soil permeability, many quality of septictank construction of surrounding community activities, channels situation, and frequency of flood. Data were collected by means of measurements in the field, laboratory tests, news on social media, and interviews with local communities. Data processing was done descriptively. This study found that the main factor of the high content of e-Coli bacteria originated from the quality of septictank, there may be damaged, broken, leaking, and the wall is permeabel, so that by the times, it become absorbed and by the soil and run into the well.","PeriodicalId":339487,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Research and Academic Community Services (ICRACOS 2019)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127001801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This art has become closely associated with the identity of Southeast Asia particularly Indonesia. We define sustainable batik production as a batik production process that is non-polluting, conserving energy and natural resources, economically viable, safe for workers and consumers. The purpose of this study is to outline the results of a literature review on-field sustainability and batik production as well as to provide a conceptual framework for future studies. This study was conducted using a systematic review. The steps of systematic review process were suggested by Cronin, Ryan, and Coughlan (2008) including selecting a review topic, searching the literatures, analyzing and synthesizing the literature, and writing the review. Eighty-two (82) articles were found on sustainable batik production issues in the last ten years. Concerning the dimension of sustainable batik production addressed, four categories were formed: designing (17 papers), waxing (9 articles), dyeing (22 topics) and wastewater treatments (34 papers). From the resume of literature analysis, we found studies conducted in sustainable design (designing process) addressed in batik pattern drawing and pattern storing. Few studies examined waxing process, some studies conducted about utilize of natural dyes and numbers of studies about wastewater treatment of chemical dye. Some suggestions are also presented to stimulate future research of sustainability in batik production. This development research aims to 1) develop an Investigation Based Scientific Collaborative (IBSC) learning model to facilitate students' communication and collaboration skills with the occurrence positive dependency among students, and 2) to describe the validity of the developed IBSC learning model. The Type of research is Reasearch and Development (R&D). The object of research is IBSC Learning Model. IBSC learning model was developed by Borg & Gall design, consist of three stages, namely the preliminary, product development and produk trials. In this paper only discusses the validity of the results of product development result, namely the IBSC learning model. Validation of IBSC learning model was carried out by three experts using a validation sheet instrument based on the opinion of Joyce & Wiel and Nieveen. The results reveals that the IBSC model has five syntaxes namely 1) Motivation and Problem Orientation, 2) Collaborative Investigation on Sharing Tasks, 3) Presentation, 4) Collaborative Investigation on Jumping Tasks, and 5) Evaluation. Based on the validation results, it was obtained that the category mode for construct and content validity were in very valid criteria. This results showed that the IBSC learning model was valid to facilitate students’ communication and collaboration skills, which means the IBSC learning model can be implemented.
