The methods used in this programme are focus group discussions as the basis for making training modules, training health cadres with interactive lectures and discussion techniques, as well as simulating how to educate and assess toddler growth using maternal and child health books (KIA). This programme was carried out for 2 days and took place at the Tanjung Sari Natar Health Center, South Lampung Regency. The participants were 30 people who were health cadres in the Tanjung Sari Natar Health Center work area, South Lampung Regency. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the programme found that there was an increase in participants' understanding of 93.33% to a good understanding, 6.67% of participants had a fairly good understanding, and none of the participants had a poor understanding of balanced nutrition in the first 1000 days of life (nutrition of pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, infants and toddlers), stunting prevention, assessing the growth and development of toddlers and educational-information-communication techniques. The average pretest result was 59.5 and an increase in the posttest result was 85.5. People in this world have been exposed to the digital system, so where there is a medium there must be a human. This change has a positive impact where you can enjoy this change. In the present era, it has developed into electronics in the form of modules, books (e-modules, e-books) and others. Development occurs in the book on maternal and child health (the MCH handbook). Methods in solving this problem can be done in stages include; (1) Dissemination of e-module links, (2) Mother's identity; (3) Pre test; (4) Learning (electronic); (5) Test post; (6) Personal or group discussion. Evaluation of the stages above, the process of developing the MCH e-module and the final result through the assistance of mothers who became respondents. By differentiating the initial and final results of learning, it is hoped that it will motivate mothers to carry out supporting activities for maternal and child health. In addition to the material, it can also be used as a reminder that mothers should check their mothers and children on time. It also serves to keep liquids and things contained within them sanitary. This machine is frequently encountered operating on human power (manual). This study is a continuation of Community Service activities in the village of Sumbergedang Pasuruan. This machine design will be implemented in the village because the village has abundant clear/clear water that comes from Mount Penanggungan which has been processed into ready-to-drink water. The goal of this study is to create a plastic cup packaging machine that uses water from Mount Penanggungan in the village of Sumbergedang, Pasuruan, and then to improve the machine. The design uses SolidWork software with the input data being the cup sealer machine body component, the motor component for the sealing process, the cutter press component (plastic cutter when sealed), the ring component for the glass cup, and various extra components are used in the design. The long-term effects of obesity are respiratory problems, joint disorders and increases risk of degenerative diseases (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, heart disease). One of the causes of obesity in teenagers is wrong eating habits, including preferring junk food, packaged food and drinks, and lack consumption of fruit and vegetables. The aim of this activity is provides education about the importance of implementing a healthy diet to prevent obesity among teenagers. This counseling is carried out by lecturers and students of the Food Service and Nutrition Industry Management, IPB Vocational School, online via zoom, attended by 1 teacher and 47 students at SMP PGRI 5 Bogor. The stages of the activity are filling out the pre-test, presenting the material, implementing games, filling out the post-test. Local resources as a dimension of local wisdom include Natural Resources (SDA), Human Resources (HR), and Socio-Cultural Resources that must be utilized to achieve change, progress and prosperity. Utilization of these three local resources in an integrated manner can provide independence. The kepok banana is one of the local natural resources developed by the local community, the kepok banana was chosen because it is often found in the local area. Banana kepok can be processed into chips with various flavors and also opaque, while for the heart of banana kepok you can make steak. Processing made from bananas is still done traditionally or manually so that the resulting product does not meet market demand. The purpose of this service is to provide assistance to the joint business group (KUBE) of Rantau Puri village through the use of local resources to be managed into regional superior products. The service will be held on October 2, 9 and 16, 2021. The methods used to achieve the objectives include: (a) socialization of the program to target groups, local government and communities (b) counseling on the use of local resources (c) skills training to target groups . The results of community service in the form of empowerment or assistance to women through the use of kepok bananas which are processed into banana chips, opaque and steak. Massage therapy is one of the complementary therapies that can stimulate tactile-kinesthetic stimulation. Massage therapy given since infancy can increase the stimulation of receptors on the skin, affect brain cells, increase interaction between mother and child, and increase body weight so that children's growth becomes optimal. This community service activity aims to increase community knowledge at the Sinar Gunung VI Posyandu, about baby massage and how to do it, so that babies can grow and develop properly. The method used is lecturing and practicing as well as distributing leaflets on how to do a baby massage that will optimize the growth and develop optimally of children. This activity was attended by 18 mothers who have babies. The results of this activity were increased knowledge and skills of mothers who came to Posyandu Sinar Gunung VI who had babies. This large number of adolescents requires special attention from all parties, considering that adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to the Three Basic Risks of Adolescent Reproductive Health Threats. The purpose of this community service is to educate adolescents about the importance of awareness in maintaining their reproductive health. This community service activity is in collaboration with the Information and Counseling Center for Adolescent Reproductive Health Rafflesia Singkawang Timur Districts, which was held on March 27, 2022, took place at the Singkawang City Regional Mess Court with a total of 24 male and female adolescents from Singkawang City. The method of activity is in the form of counseling through demonstrations, games, questions and answers and discussions. The counseling activity begins with a question and answer (pre-test). After counseling and discussion, a post-test was carried out and the result was an increase in knowledge with an average value of 77.6. Human resources in Tunggalroso village who have graphic design skills are still limited. The purpose of the activity is to improve the ability to create publication designs for participants. The method used is a scheduled learning method including lectures, discussions, Q&A, followed by practice. The training was held in the Tunggalroso Village Hall on 20 to 24 September 2021, attended by 15 participants. The results of the training varied including the publication of activities, social events, publications for institutions, posters for celebrating holidays. The evaluation shows that the design already has the feasibility to be published in the community, because it already has design qualities such as legibility of letters, selection of adequate color contrast, dynamic composition and mastery of the field. Residents who live around the landfill will have positive and negative implications, waste becomes a source of problems and waste brings sustenance. Based on the data collected 60% have a job as a garbage scavenger, of which 40% have other livelihoods. The existence of the landfill results in a decrease in the quality of well water, where water is an essential need for washing rice, drinking, and bathing. The water characterization was identified as colored, and oily. This community service was carried out employing outreach techniques with a participatory approach, to find out the acceptance of residents to their well water. To obtain quantitative data, a semi-structured questionnaire was distributed which was conducted by purposive random sampling on respondents who live in the area around the Sumur Batu landfill. Optimizing the tabulation of the highest response questionnaire data obtained was R² = 0.8976.
