This research is a survey research on secondary data related to Jombang Regency Public Service. with a socio-legal approach method, analysis is the process of compiling data is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that LPSE in providing services to the community has a positive impact on the community. The implementation of the right procurement strategy will produce goods/services with the right quality, right quantity, right time, right source, and right price, based on the rules/procedures, ethics, policies and principles of procurement. This research is included in the type of descriptive research with secondary data, as a source of data obtained from the Office of Food Security, Logistics Business Entity and various parties directly related to food security in Jombang Regency. The research was carried out correctly, objectively, and accurately with interviews, field research, questionnaires and documentation. The sample uses a time series, namely data from the last 4 (five) years from the level of consumption and food needs in Jombang Regency and analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The result is that the energy consumption of the people of Jombang Regency is 1,631.0 kcal/capita/day, not meeting the ideal energy consumption (2,000 kcal/capita/day). Consumption of protein at the district level is 46.1 grams/capita/day, it does not meet the ideal protein consumption (52 grams/capita/day). People still depend on rice as a staple, as seen in the consumption of grain 250.6 grams/capita/day, consumption of grains is dominated by rice consumption of 235.4 grams/capita/day, corn 2.0 grams/capita/day and wheat flour 13.2 grams/capita/day. Food consumption in the people of Jombang is less diverse, as can be seen in the Hope Food Pattern (PPH) Score in Jombang Regency of 79.2, the target PPH score in 2015 is 95. The strategy of the Regional Government in efforts to develop food security in Indonesia Jombang Regency is to increase the socialization of the P2KP program to the community in collaboration with PKK and related agencies, so that people understand the diversification and quality of food consumption. the creation of food security as a vehicle, guaranteeing the availability of food at affordable prices and promising to encourage increased production. Fulfillment of sufficient food, both in quantity and quality, safe, equitable and affordable by all households is the main target in economic development. The purpose of this research is to analyze and apply the pattern of solving the problem of waste that is environmentally sound and to determine the success rate of waste awareness education as a medium for environmental preservation and economic improvement in Winongo Village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The study population was 286 households in Hamlet 4 spread over 5 RTs in Karangtengah Village with a sample of 71 families with data collection techniques using FGD (focus group discussion), semi-structural interviews, mapping, transects, household spending surveys. The data validation technique was carried out by triangulation of composition, triangulation of tools and techniques, triangulation of diversity of information sources. Data analysis techniques by looking at the Ven Diagram of the Winongo Village community. The research results in the absence of sustainable waste management in the Karangtengah Village environment, especially RT 19. The low level of public knowledge and awareness about waste makes people indifferent to cleanliness. The Community Assistance process is carried out by forming a waste awareness group. The purpose of this study was to find out how the efforts of tile craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of the small tile craft industry and to find out how much the tile industry's contribution in improving the welfare of craftsmen and the community. This type of research is field research or field research. (Arikunto, 2005) with a descriptive qualitative research paradigm with a location in Winong Village, Maospati District, Magetan Regency. This research was conducted in February – June 2021. With the subject of tile craftsmen, the village government and the community with a sample of 20 craftsmen, respondents were taken based on the characteristics of the income level received with different amounts. Disproportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to determine the number of samples. In the analysis of data analysis through three components Data Reduction, Data Display and Conclusion Drawing/verification. in maintaining the sustainability of the tile industry, namely by maintaining aspects: capital, raw materials, marketing, technology, labor. These aspects must be maintained so that the tile industry can survive until now. 2) What is the contribution of the small tile craft industry in the welfare of the craftsmen and their communities? In 1965, precisely after the emergence of Law No.1 / PNPS / 1965 concerning the prevention of misuse and  or blasphemy of religions which were recognized by the state, people with traditional beliefs were required to choose religion they would write down on their ID card column. Most of the Tengger people choose to write \"Hindu\" as their religion. This election has gone through a long history, the Tengger community has received various invasions from major religions starting from the Majapahit kingdom to the present. The data collection method used was the collection of documents and literature about the Tengger community. The analysis was carried out by linking the reasons for choosing the Hindu religion with the theory of community choice. The Hindu religion was finally chosen after the Tengger community (who still believed in traditional) saw the similarity of the rituals and habits they often did. While the dependent variable in this study is Stock Return. The sample in this study consisted of 17 auto and components companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2005 to 2011. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria include: automotive companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2005 - 2011, provides financial statement data from the years 2005 - 2011, and the company has a complete financial statement data from 2005 to 2011. Data obtained from the publication ICMD 2011 and official website BEI (www.idx.co.id). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is performed with simultaneous F test and partial t test, with a significance level of 5%. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the effect of simultaneous Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Assets and Return on Stocks have significant impact.
