Namun demikian tahapan aklimatisasi dalam kultur jaringan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting diperhatikan karena kondisi iklim di rumah plastik sangat berbeda dengan kondisi di dalam botol kultur. Disamping itu media tanam dan pupuk yang diberikan pada tahap aklimatisasi perlu diperhatikan supaya bibit tanaman anggrek bisa tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan media tanam dan mendapatkan pupuk organik cair yang baik pada tahap aklimatisasi terhadap pertumbuhan planlet anggrek bulan (phalaenopsis amabilisi) hasil kultur jaringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dua faktor dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah media akar pakis, sekam padi, dan kompos kopi. Faktor ke dua adalah kontrol, pupuk cair SUPRA dan Bioto Grow. Variabel yang di amati adalah persentase hidup planlet, pertambahan tinggi tanaman, saat tumbuh daun baru, pertambahan panjang daun, pertambahan jumlah daun, pertambahan diameter batang. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian dan melalui uji lanjut BNT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua jenis pupuk yang digunakan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahn tinggi planlet, saat tumbuh daun baru, panjang daun, jumlah daun, namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang. Ketiga jenis media tanam memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, saat tumbuh daun baru, panjang daun, jumlah daun, dan diameter batang. Sedangkan interaksi pada kedua perlakuan tersebut tidak menujukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua variabel yang diamati. In agriculture, it is an area that suitable for developing various types of horticultural crops such as gerga oranges, because it is supported by loose and fertile soil conditions and also supported by altitudes ranging from 800-1000 masl. One of the gerga oranges producing areas in Lebong Regency is Rimbo Pengadang Village, Rimbo Pengadang District. Gerga oranges cultivation run by farmers is in accordance with the existing production factors, with the hope that they will get a profitable revenue for their families. This study aims to determine the revenue of oranges farming in Rimbo Pengadang Village, to determine the effect of land area, age, education, and number of family dependents on oranges farming revenue in Rimbo Pengadang Village and to know the development of gerga culture in Rimbo Pengadang Village in the last 5 years. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis tool used PD = TR - TC, where: Pd = Agricultural revenue (Rp / Ut). TR = Total revenue (Rp / Ut) and TC = Total cost (Rp / Ut). The method used to determine the efficiency of sawn oranges farming used in the formula: R / C Ratio. To examine the factors that influence agricultural revenue, multiple linear analysis was used, with the following formula: From the results of the study, it is known that the average revenue of the orange saw farming business is Rp. 59.759.158,52 per year / UT. With an average revenue of Rp. 80.425.000 per year / UT. For Gerga oranges farming activities, the average cost is Rp. 20.665.841,48 per year / UT. And it found that of the 4 independent variables tested, the land area has a significant effect on revenue with t table> t count, amounting to 2,394. Meanwhile, if the F test carried out together, then the fcount <ftabel was obtained, then Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. Penelitian merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Rumah kompos Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan dan merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Perlakuan ukuran cacahan tandan kosong (K) terdiri dari K1 = ukuran cacahan tankos 1-5 cm, K2 =ukuran cacahan tankos 6-10 cm, K3 = ukuran cacahan tankos 11-15 cm, K4 = ukuran cacahan tankos 16-20 cm. Parameter pengamatan pada adalah warna, pH, kelembaban dan penyusutan berat kompos. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ukuran cacahan tandan kosong yang baik dalam pengomposan menggunakan dekomposer trichoderma sp selama 3 bulan adalah < 10 cm yang terdapat pada perlakuan K1 dan K2. Perlakuan K1 (ukuran cacahan tankos 1-5 cm) dan K2 (ukuran cacahan tankos 6-10cm) memiliki wana hitam (10YR2/1). Nilai pH K1= 6,97 dan K2 = 6,80. The experiment was conducted in experiment field of Agriculture Faculty, University Muhammadiyah of Jember.The experiment was arranged in Randomized Block Design consisted of 4 x 3 factorial treatments with three replications. The first factor were 3 levels of Transparent Plastic Shelter, i.e.: clear, blue, and red. The second factor were 4 levels of compost organic fertilizer application, i.e.: 15, 20, 25 and 30 t/ha. The results showed a significant interaction between the color shade of plastic and a dose of organic fertilizer on the parameters of leaf area age 60 days after planting and leaf area index age 60 days after planting, treatment shade of blue with organic fertilizer 30 tons / ha showed the best effect on leaf area and treatment shade of blue with dosages of 25 tons / ha showed the best effect on leaf area index. Use of shade of blue give the best effect on leaf area age 60 hst and shade of red gives the best effect on the growth rate of plants. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April – Juni 2017 yang berlokasi di Desa Margasakti, Kecamatan Padang Jaya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah dosis tepung Keong Mas 58 gr/kg, 59 gr/kg, 60 gr/kg, dan 61 gr/kg pakan. Wadah yang digunakan berupa wadah terpal yang berjumlah 24 wadah. Ikan uji yang digunakan berjumlah 6 ekor/wadah dengan ukuran panjang 30-32 cm. Parameter yang diamati diantaranya adalah pertumbuhan panjang dan berat, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, dan kelangsungan hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian tepung keong dengan dosis yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang dan berat, konversi pakan, dan efisiensi pakan. Sedangkan pada kelangsungan hidup tidak berpengaruh nyata. Herbal ingredients such as papaya leaf’s extract can be an alternative to improve the success rate of hatchings and reduce fry abnormalities. The research aimed to examine the effectivity of papaya leaf’s extract in increasing hatching rate, and reducing the rate of abnormalities in milkfish fries. The treatment consists of six level concentration of papaya leaf’s extract which includes 2, 4, 6, 10, 20 and 25 ml. The research resulted in the highest success rate and the lowest abnormalities occur to the tratment with 4 ml papaya leaf’s extract (89, 94±1, 61 % dan 6, 54±2, 47 %). The design used was complete randomized design (RAL) with 2 treatments and 6 replications and to see the difference was done t test. The treatment consisted of P1 = Spawning dumbo catfish using hypofisa gland Goldfish, P2 = Spawning dumbo catfish using hypofisa gland Fish catfish dumbo. The use of different hypofisa glands has no significant effect on spawning time, hatchability, and the survival of dumbo catfish seeds in the hatchery of dumbo catfish.
