This paper presents an IEEE 802.15.4 standard based low power WSN with mobile gateway (MG) which for some applications has advantages over conventional WSN. The MG centric data communication network minimizes the conventional WSN's premature network partition problem i.e. separation of sink due to exhaustion of certain nodes at the stationary sink's one hop distance. Moreover a tree reconfiguration algorithm and two optimization schemes, multiple associations and hybrid tree mesh topology, are proposed in this paper. The system analyzed the images that appear on the quick HIV testing kits that become available in last few years. We have used a system-on-chip (SOC) reconfigurable technology that based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) in implementing the system's prototype. The system used a CMOS digital camera to capture the image and FPGA xilinx virtex chip to process the captured image and send the testing results to the display unit. The system can be used in small clinics and pharmacies and eliminates the need for trained technicians. The system can be supported with a communication channel to transfer results to medical centers and hospitals to provide patients screening and provide medical advices to patients. Being password-based and certificate-free, our protocol is lightweight and is suited to lightweight computing environments, such as pervasive computing. Apart from resistance against offline and active attacks, our protocol additionally provides perfect forward secrecy. We provide heuristic analysis of various security properties. Given the large amount of sensor data that are obtained for intersections and from sensor-equipped cars, analysis and learning of such data is essential. This paper presents a new method to improve safety at intersections using a combination of a mathematical based collision detection algorithm and data mining. A number of scenarios at a simulated intersection are explored with encouraging results from our data mining implementation. Because they are computation and memory intensive, software matching algorithms are insufficient in meeting the high-speed performance. Thus, off loading packet content inspection to dedicated hardware seems inevitable. This paper presents a scalable automaton matching (SAM) design, which uses Aho-Corasick (AC) algorithm with two parallel acceleration techniques, root-indexing and pre-hashing. The root-indexing can match multiple bytes in one single matching, and the pre-hashing can be used to avoid bitmap AC matching, which is a cycle-consuming operation. In the implementation of the Xilinx Vertex4P FPGA platform, the proposed hardware architecture can achieve almost 10.7 Gbps and support the largest pattern set, which is 7.65 times faster than the original bitmap AC in the average case. Further, SAM is feasible for either internal or external memory architecture. Therefore, we have to consider both cutting-edge technologies and network protection when designing TWAREN architecture. In this paper, we present our design goals and the latest TWAREN network which adopts both MPLS and lightpath technology. Due to these contraints most systems are single threaded and follow either a time-triggered or event-driven model of computation. Furthermore, most often soft or hard real-time constraints must be obeyed, too. Thus the choice of suitable scheduling policies is a crucial issue. In this paper we present a flexible scheduling framework for such systems that allows the static configuration of scheduling mechanisms and policies according to highly specific application demands. Multi-channel MAC schemes can achieve higher network throughput than single channel MAC schemes in multihop wireless networks. It is especially appealing to exploit multiple channels in WMNs which has high capacity requirement to support backbone multimedia applications. Most previously proposed MAC protocols make use of the RTS/CTS mechanism to deal with data packet collisions caused by exposed/hidden terminal problems in multihop environment. However, when multiple channels are used for data transmissions, the RTS/CTS mechanism can no longer handle the exposed/hidden terminal successfully. By investigating the special features of WMN architecture, we apply the busy tone solution into the medium access control mechanism for WMNs, in which mesh nodes have no limit on power consumption. In this paper, we clearly presented the idea and operation of our proposed multichannel MAC protocol for WMNs.
