The role of cooperatives is very important for all people in financial transactions. In the North of Surabaya itself, there are 92 cooperatives spread across 5 districts. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. This study uses primary and secondary data where the method of collection using the questionnaire. The population in this study is a cooperative-cooperative in the North of Surabaya which amounted to 92 of the cooperative. This study will describe about the causal relationship, so this method of using the sample and hypotheses. The technical analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2) and hypothesis test using T test and f test. The results from this study were obtained from multiple linear regression analysis is Y = 6.818 + 0.143 X1 + 0.485 X2 + 0.438 X3 + e. The T test for independent variable participation (X1), commitment (X2) and the ability to innovate (X3) have a significant effect on the dependent variable performance (Y). The value of the F test has a probability value of significance of 0.000 < 0.05, where the variable participation (X1), commitment (X2) and the ability to innovate (X3) together significant effect on the significance on the performance (Y). The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnares to the lokal community, and secondary data obtained from the local government. The conclusion is all the factors affect the demand for soybean in Tenggilis village. The results of calculation of price elasticity show that tempe has an elasticity of 0.786 meaning that tempe is inelastic. The variables of this study include the price of tempe (X1), the number of families (X2), and the level of income (X3) and the level of demand (Y). This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents who were taken through accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17. This study uses secondary data obtained from official websites such as BPS East Java Province, and the type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1. Partially, personnel expenditure, goods, and services expenditure, and capital expenditure have no significant effect on economic growth with a significant value of the t-test of the employee expenditure variable of 0.337 (greater than 0.05), for a significant value of the t-test goods and services expenditure variable is 0.622 (greater than 0.05) and for the significant value of the t-test variable for capital expenditure is 0.717 (greater than 0.05). 2. The coffee shop itself is just a place that provides and sells coffee management products, ready-to-serve coffee, besides that the coffee shop business offers food and soft drinks. The coffee shop itself does not require to have special skills in blending coffee using more modern technology. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and labor on the income of a coffee shop business in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The type of research used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and f-test and correlation analysis of determination using SPSS 26. This study took samples from the number of coffee shop entrepreneurs in Sukolilo District. The number of samples used as many as 40 respondents. The variables used in this study are the variables of venture capital, labor, and working hours which are independent variables, and income as the dependent variable. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the following results were obtained Y = 1.310 + 0.603X1+ (-0.189) X2+0.992X3 + e. This means that the variables of working capital, labor, and working hours have a positive effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. The results of the t-test indicate that the venture capital variable partially has a significant positive effect on the income of the coffee shop business in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X (1) has a t count of 8,557 which is greater than t table of 1,68830. The labor variable partially has a negative effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X2 has a t (count) of -1.433 which is lower than t table 1.68830. The variable working hours partially has a positive effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X3 has t (count) of 3.768 which is lower than t table of 1.68830. The results of the f test show that the variables of capital and labor can simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the coffee shop business in Sukolilo District. This can be seen from the sig value of 0.000. Therefore, learning Financial Management at the Tourism Study Program, Ciputra University Surabaya is structured so that it can implement the practical use of accounting and finance learning in the tourism industry. \u0000This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Financial Management learning process for Tourism at Ciputra University Surabaya. The research method was carried out through limited trials on the subject of Financial Management for Tourism by adapting the classroom action research model by Kemmis and McTaggart which consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. . The learning process is divided into two cycles, and in each cycle evaluation and improvement efforts are made to improve the learning process in the next cycle. \u0000The results showed that the learning process in the Financial Management for Tourism course had reached the specified learning achievement target. The practical implementation of financial management which is manifested in the form of business plan design has a positive effect on increasing the financial literacy skills of undergraduate students of the Tourism Studies Program class A at Ciputra University, Surabaya. This study will explain the influence of Entrepreneurial Character (X1) and Financial Literacy (X2) as an intervening variable on business success (Y) of Culinary MSME Entrepreneurs in Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency. \u0000The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial character and financial literacy have a significant effect on business success (Y) either simultaneously or partially. Financial literacy has a significant effect on the success of the Culinary MSME business in Wonodadi District, Blitar. The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a small indirect effect.
