The Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is a mathematical tool for analysis based on formal concept and concept hierarchy and can express generalization and specialization relations among formal concepts. In this paper the theories of FCA are introduced into the research of semantics of concept hierarchy in database system firstly and partial order relations of attributes can be used as formal rules for generating semantics of concept hierarchy. The theory foundation of research and realized method that can construct structure of partial order relations of attributes which can obtain semantics of concept hierarchy through intent of attribute concept are discussed. In this paper, we discuss the closed weighted frequent pattern mining problem over data streams. Continuous, unbounded and high-speed data streams make closed weighted frequent pattern mining become a difficult task. We present an efficient algorithm DCWFP-Miner, which is based on sliding window and can discover closed weighted frequent pattern from the recent data. The right order of the closed and weighted frequent constraints is proved and a new efficient DS_CWFP data structure is used to dynamically maintain the information of transactions and also maintain the closed weighted frequent patterns has been found in the current sliding window. The detail of the algorithm DCWFP-Miner is also discussed. Firstly, the problem description of two-sided matching with scores is given. Then the related concepts on satisfaction degree are given. Considering the satisfaction degree of each agent, a multi-objective optimization model is set up. The linear weighted method is used to convert the multi-objective optimization model into a single objective model. The matching result is obtained by solving the model. A simple multifractal rainfall model with multifractal behavior approved by Andreas Langousis is used to estimate the IDF curves in this paper. The model is composed of exterior and interior process with constant duration D and “bare” intensity I D ′. Using high resolution data of rainfall record, Langousis gives the conclusion that the results of the IDF curves tends insensitive to the length of data record. So, in this paper, the 6 years rainfall data at 5-min resolution at Nanxiong station, Guangdong province, China, are applied with the model to estimate the IDF curves. Compared to the traditional parametric models, it reduces the amount of parameters required to be calculated, and 6years of high resolution rainfall data is capable to estimate the IDF curves. 22years maxima annual daily rainfall data are fitted by the Pearson-3(P3) distribution to obtain the daily rainfall intensities for different return period T. The results are similar to 24h rainfall intensities of the multifractal model with T ≤ 100years. Through controlling the change of function variables, we can use this method to manifest the structure and interface of geoelectrical model of the earth. The aim of image compression is to reduce redundant information in image data. However, most image compression algorithms have problems such as computational complexity, computational load and so on. Parallel computing is an effective means to improve the processing speed. With the development of high-performance parallel processing systems, parallel image processing algorithms provides more space for improving image processing speed. And with the improvement of GPU performance, GPU is increasingly applied in the computing-concentrated data operation. According to the parallelism and programmability of CUDA, the acceleration for JPEG compression is addressed in this paper. CUDA makes it possible for GPU to do the general purpose computing. The powerful parallel computing power of CUDA GPU can improve the processing speed of JPEG image compression easily. For the parallel processing features and programmability of CUDA, this paper introduces a method of accelerating image compression based on CUDA. An optimal algorithm is proposed as well. The introduction of CUDA allows the image compression for nearly 20 to 24 times speedup. In the end of the paper, we optimize and test the program, and make the analysis of experimental results. Currently, there is an increasing interest to augment new fuzzy reasoning principles and methods with speeding and processing capabilities. This paper points out a kind of fuzzy reasoning (CFR: Compensation Fuzzy Reasoning), and its application on DoS attack detection. Because proposed method is not based on traditional compositional operation and its operation is simple, it could be used to solve different kinds of problems. In addition, test results explained that proposed method is faster than others and it is effective on DoS attack detection. Through comparison of the existing reasoning method and application, effectiveness of proposed method is shown.
