Sinaga","doi":"10.32883/hcj.v8i1.2228","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32883/hcj.v8i1.2228","url":null,"abstract":"Intrauterine contraception (IUD), an effective, safe, and reversible long-term contraceptive, is made of small plastic or metal of various sizes and is inserted into the uterus. The IUD has very high efficacy with 0.6 to 0.8 pregnancies per 100 women using the IUD with 1 failure in 125 to 170 pregnancies. it is known that the achievement of IUD use is still low, namely only 7.4% of a total of 10,536 PUS. The aim of the study was to analyze the determinants of interest in using contraceptives in the working area of the Puskesmas. This type of analytic observational research uses a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in January-June 2022. The sample size was 33 PUS women who participated in active family planning. The results showed that predisposing factors (perceptions) had an effect on interest in using the IUD. Enabling factors (access to information, availability of IUDs, and competence of staff) did not influence intention to use IUDs and reinforcing factors (support of health workers) did influence intentions to use IUDs. Although the activity of searching for precious metals provides many benefits, it also has an impact on damage to the ecosystem and the environment. This provides its own dynamics by policy makers, entrepreneurs and regions as mining loci. Therefore, awareness and management as well as appropriate policies and laws are needed. This study aims to determine the relationship and impact arising from the Upstream Unlicensed Gold Mining (PETI) on fish catches at TPI Sasak which is the downstream part. This research was conducted in Muaro Kiawai, West Pasaman Regency in 2022. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach with analytical techniques using Environmental Sustainable Analysis (ESA). The results showed that there was a relationship and the impact of PETI on water quality and the effect of weather on fish catches. Remaja seringkali memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk karena gaya hidup dan juga tuntutan dari akademik. Remaja memilliki mengalami kesulitan dalam mempertahan kan kualitas tidur hal ini mengakibatkan mahasiswa kelelahan di siang hari.</p><p><strong>Aim:</strong> Mengetahui pengaruh aromaterapi terhadap kesulitan tidur remaja di kota bukittinggi</p><p><strong>Method</strong>: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pre eksperimen dengan pre post <em>quasy eksperimen one<strong> </strong>group pre test post test design </em>dengan pemberian aromaterapi kepada pasien. Rancangan analisis menggunakan <em>Wilcoxon Test</em><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Findings: </strong>2 remaja megalami kualitias tidur yang buruk, dimana 5 remaja mengalami latensi tidur yang tidak baik, dengan 4 remaja mengalami durasi tidur yang lama yaitu selama lebih dari 7 jam. Rata rata 1 remaja mengantuk di siang hari . terdapat 10 remaja yang mengalami gangguan tidur ringan dengan pemberian aroma terapi.</p><p><strong>Conclusion and recommendation:</strong>. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kualitas tidur remaja baik setelah diberikan intervensi penerapan aromaterapi. Tidur sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak. Based on data from the West Sumatra Health Office until September 2021, Agam Regency occupies the last position in vaccination achievements among 19 regencies and cities of West Sumatra. Wrong stigma and lack of information are the cause of the lack of public compliance in participating in the Covid-19 vaccination program. Stigma as a phenomenon that can affect the individual as a whole. The purpose of this study was to explore how the stigma of the community in the working area of the Baso Public Health Center towards the Covid-19 vaccination facilitated by the government. This is a qualitative study using the deep interview method and a phenomenological study approach. Purposive sampling was used to select participants. The number of participants is 9 people from Baso. Data analysis using Collaizi approach. The study's finding revealed two themes: the rejection of the Covid-19 vaccination due to the crisis of public confidence in the side effects of the vaccine and the acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccination by the public were based on compulsion.
