The research sample involved 20 employees by using the entire population as respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational commitment and work motivation partially and jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings highlight the importance of organizational efforts in increasing the level of commitment and motivation of employees to advance their performance. CPNS Basic Training is a process of instilling good values and adapting these values to become a character that civil servants or state civil servants should have. The values taught are contained in the Learning Agenda which consists of nationalism values in Agenda I, Moral values (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative) in Agenda II, cultural and ethical values using digital media in Agenda III. As a result, psychological problems arise, levels of stress and depression, which in turn will result in disruption to employees' mental health, which is something that is found in employees. This condition must be immediately addressed properly by the company considering the impact that will occur on the company where employees with a weak level of resistance will decide to take the decision to resign. Employee mental health problems in this case have an important role which will certainly be a trigger that makes it easier for employees to experience boredom and stress which will lead to the desire to resign from work. The changes that occur also have an impact on the workload currently borne by employees, not only in the form of demands to be able to work by adapting to very rapid changes in technological developments but also the variety of work so that one employee can bear several of the responsibilities of another. Furthermore, employees are also required to quickly complete work on time, which results in employees at work experiencing work pressure due to the changes that are currently occurring. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The purpose of this study is to determine and measure the company's strengths (Strength), company weaknesses (Weakness), analyze opportunities (Opportunities) and threats (Threats) at the American English Course Purwokerto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting information about research subjects and the behavior of research subjects in a certain period. Data processing is carried out with a SWOT analysis process as a strategy formulation tool. The SWOT analysis that has been formed is then formulated in the form of a SWOT matrix with 4 (four) strategic formulas, namely SO Strategy, WO Strategy, ST Strategy and WT Strategy. The results of the study show that the American English Course is a business engaged in services. An effective and optimal planning strategy is needed that covers all aspects from planning to marketing. Quality products, optimal services supported by the right infrastructure including promotional activities will certainly bring success to the company's progress. Customer satisfaction is the key that must be prioritized to seize market share that is increasingly growing and competitive.
