The data was analyzed and the dynamics of digital processes in the field of culture for 2013-2021 were determined for 80 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Using indicators of the share of public libraries with Internet access; museums that have a website on the Internet in the total number of museums; theaters with a website on the Internet, in the total number of theaters; of the volume of the electronic catalog available on the Internet, for each region, the Digitalization Index of the Cultural Sphere was calculated and the rating of Russian regions for 2021 was presented. The results showed that the level of digital maturity of the cultural sphere varies significantly across regions, and inequality in the level of digital development in this area also persists. Leading regions that have achieved high results in digital development, as well as lagging territories, have been identified. Maximova","doi":"10.14258/ssi(2023)4-09","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14258/ssi(2023)4-09","url":null,"abstract":"The possibilities of realizing the labor potential of young people are largely determined by their educational base, motivational aspects and the availability of work experience in the field that is outlined by the framework of their professional identity. In this regard, much attention should be paid to the study of these processes. The article presents an analysis of the existing work experience of modern Siberian youth and the factors influencing it. Empirical data were obtained as a result of a survey conducted on the basis of a sociological study in 2021 on the territory of all subjects of the Siberian Federal District. Its main purpose was to assess the main driving motives of educational and work activities among modern youth. New are the results that allow us to assess regional differences in the distribution of respondents both by the presence of work experience and by the characteristics of its components. The presented results allow us to judge the availability of work experience among Siberian youth and assess the possibility of combining it with educational activities.  The form of registration of labor relations and the connection with the professional education of the respondents' place of work are analyzed. It is noteworthy that in their answers to the question about barriers in the labor market in their region, most noted the fact that it is quite difficult to get a job in a specialty, but it is possible. Among the reasons that prompted young people to start working, the end of vocational training and the need to pay for it were most often highlighted. At the same time, revealing their plans for the application of the education they have already received, in most cases, young people noted that they plan to work by profession or continue their studies. The quality and comfort of the environment determine the competitiveness of municipalities, their sustainable development. However, small territories of Russia are characterized by the presence of pronounced social contradictions, negative processes that hinder their development. The purpose of the research stage is to create an express methodology for assessing the state of affairs in small territories in order to develop the right management strategies. The methodological component of the work is devoted to the assessment of the situation of small territories and their typologies, data on domestic assessment systems are provided. The information base of the study: official data of Rosstat, a database of indicators of municipalities, objective indicators of the Urban Environment Quality Index for 2018-2022, data on the development of small and medium-sized businesses for 2021, a sociological survey of the population of the Vologda Oblast (N = 1500; sampling error does not exceed 5%). 10 small towns of the region were selected to form the rapid assessment methodology. The Vologda Oblast municipalities with favorable and unfavorable urban environment have been identified, problem areas, including those related to demographic processes, have been identified. Objective characteristics of small towns in the region are supplemented by the opinion of citizens on the activities for their improvement and development of the urban environment. Burnout factors are considered: features of the teaching profession, uncontrollable and increased workload, quality of feedback (support from the administration, relations with parents), lack of clarity of roles (changes in requirements) and freedom in decision-making, work experience, age, gender factor. It is concluded the problem of professional burnout is associated with the management system in the field of education, the level of wages, non-standardized and uncontrolled workload, lack of prevention and timely assistance, as well as, to a small extent, the gender factor. The socio-economic factors causing alcoholization of the population of the region have been identified, including unemployment, lack of employment prospects, shift work, borrowing, and the use of family income (pensions and child allowances) to buy alcoholic beverages by the poor. Among other negative factors contributing to the alcoholization of the population, experts noted the high availability of alcoholic beverages, the use of alcohol to increase the tourist attractiveness of the region and in the advertising of catering facilities, and the formation of a tolerant attitude to alcohol from childhood. It is established that there is no general approach in social and humanitarian knowledge that would allow determining the forms and results of the reception of this phenomenon in art. The purpose of the article is to illustrate the thesis that in Russian culture biblical historicism follows from the perception of history as a drama of human relations with the Creator. The historical path of the sacred relationship between God and man is presented as a historical event about the exit of God to man and the ascent of man to God. The factors of formation of ideas about the Holy Scripture in Russia are considered. It is noted that the peculiarity of the situation was that the XIX century was a time of professionalization of historical research. The focus of this paper is the analysis of the axiological foundations of the national idea as the basis of all-Russian identity in the assessments of young people aged 16-21. It has been substantiated that young people's ideas about national goals reflect both interests directly related to the life of young people themselves (education, living conditions, etc.) and national interests (ecology, health, eradication of corruption, friendship of the country's peoples, etc.). It was revealed that the majority of young people, regardless of gender and age, place (urban/rural) and region of residence, realize the need for the existence of national ideas that integrate Russians, and in general positively assess the possibility of social integration. The leading ideas-integrators were analyzed, including terminal values: health, decent and comfortable life, as well as values symbolizing the most important social problems of Russian society: property stratification and inequality, poverty, education, corruption. Gender and regional differences in young people's assessments of the importance of integrative values for strengthening the all-Russian identity were characterized. The integrative potential of young people was assessed. Omelchenko","doi":"10.14258/ssi(2023)4-03","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14258/ssi(2023)4-03","url":null,"abstract":"The article is focused on an analysis of sociological methods of evaluation of religiosity in the context of current transformations of religious consciousness and worldview, the blurring of boundaries between the secular and the religious, and the prevalence of hybrid variants of religious identity, which imply religiosity \"beyond confession\" and passive religious practices. The authors defend the vision of religiosity as a multidimensional construct that combines objective and subjective, static and dynamic, internal and external characteristics and manifestations. The authors present the results of sociological studies of the population's religiosity in four border regions of Russia - Altai Krai, Novosibirsk Oblast, Republic of Altai, and Republic of Tyva (n = 400 in each region). The Centrality CRS index (Centrality CRS Sh. Huber) is used as the main tool for analyzing religiosity, which allows for an assessment on five dimensions (levels) - cognitions (information), belief (ideology), personal and public practices and religious experience, taking into account the polyconfessional nature of regional societies. The objectives of the study were to compare the results obtained on the national sample with the results in the conditions of the border region and its separate regions characterized by ethno-confessional uniqueness, to analyze the individual dimensions of religiosity and their interrelation with the general index on the basis of factor analysis. It is shown that the index has good psychometric properties, and its individual dimensions are well described by a single-factor structure. The problems of demographic development of regions (decrease in average life expectancy and the share of the population, including Russian, “Western” migration trend), quality of life (decrease in income and employment), development of industry and agriculture are considered. The empirical basis of the study was a comparative analysis of indicators of average life expectancy at birth, average per capita income, employment and unemployment levels based on Rosstat data. The results of research by Russian sociologists studying these regions were used as secondary sources of information. A serious lag in the quality of life of the national regions of the Siberian and Far Eastern districts from the Russian average has been revealed. It is shown that they developed dynamically, in general, in accordance with global trends; they were correlated with UNESCO documents and fixed at the level of national legal systems, state cultural policy, in academic and socio-political discourses. The concepts of cultural heritage were the basis of the national sovereignty of the countries of Central Asia – the lists of internationally recognized objects of cultural heritage and masterpieces of intangible cultural heritage acquired a significant character. At the same time, in the course of a broad humanitarian dialogue, interethnic strategies for the study, preservation and popularization of cultural heritage were being formed. Their ideology was determined by the civilizational approach and the principles of \"practical Eurasianism\". When approving national priorities, the Central Asian states focused on multi-vector, multipolar cooperation, including relations in culture, politics, and economy. Historical and cultural heritage was a factor of their integration into the world cultural community and into the space of the Turkic world. With the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the processes of cultural dialogue in the post-Soviet space have reached a new level.
