Because of its robust search ability and guaranteed path optimality, it has been used in many fields such as unmanned driving, medical drug delivery, post-disaster rescue, and mining detection. First, on a 50m high-precision guide rail, three sets of plane mirrors are used to achieve a fourfold optical path multiplication, so a 200m indoor baseline is established. Second, a theoretical model for error analysis is built, and then main sources of measurement error are determined. This paper proposes a method to create a multi-dimensional campus intelligent perception platform to collect huge multi-domain, multi-dimensional, and heterogeneous student data, and to use cross-domain big data fusion technology to establish a student growth smart service platform. This method designs a smart service system for the growth of middle school students. The system has the functions of integrating information resources, pushing targeted and customized talent development suggestions, as well as warning and intervention for related problems. Aiming at the limitation of timing error detection and long timing time in the closed-loop Gardner timing recovery algorithm, the timing error detection method is modified, and an improved method of adding gain control processing is proposed. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can capture timing error of multi-level modulation signal, significantly reduce timing errors and shorten timing time. The steady-state timing jitter is an order of magnitude smaller than the classic loop. In order to improve the safety of the operation in the middle and later life of the nuclear power plant, the main factors affecting the operation safety in the middle and later life of the nuclear power plant are analyzed and studied. On this basis, the systematic scheme and measures to ensure the safe operation of the nuclear power plant are put forward. The roundness of nozzle throat is the main factor affecting the accuracy of diameter measurement. The roundness is measured and analysed accurately in the test.
