Tokareva","doi":"10.15407/mom2019.02.032","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15407/mom2019.02.032","url":null,"abstract":"Досліджено вплив температури перегріву розплаву сталей над рівноважним ліквідусом (20...170 оС) і швидкості охолодження при кристалізації (5...650 оС/с) на характеристики литої структури і механічні властивості конструкційних сталей 25Л, 25ХГСТФЛ, 45Л, 45ХГСТФЛ. Встановлено закономірне підвищення дисперсності їх литої структури і механічних властивостей за умов швидкого охолодження і збільшення градієнта температур під час кристалізації. Одержано, на основі результатів експериментів, інтерполяційні моделі взаємозв’язку перегріву розплаву, швидкості його охолодження та їх впливу на структуру і властивості сталей, які дозволяють прогнозувати властивості виливків в межах досліджуваного факторного простору. Polyakov","doi":"10.15407/mom2019.02.026","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15407/mom2019.02.026","url":null,"abstract":"Досліджено структуру, фазовий склад, розподіл мікротвердості в боридних та композиційних бороміднених покриттях на твердому сплаві Т15К6, отриманих в порошкових середовищах за участю карбіду бора та мідномістких сполук Cu2O чи Cu3P. Встановлено, що при дифузійному боруванні в поверхневих шарах сплавів системи формуються фази: TiB, WB, CoB, WC, TiC, а при комплексному боромідненні додатково виявлено фазу Сu із чіткими рефлексами від площин (111), (200), (220). Борування та бороміднення дозволяє сформувати боридні фази в поверхневій зоні твердого сплаву Т15К6 із мікротвердістю до 33 ГПа і 25 ГПа (відповідно) порівнянно із основним матеріалом (13,5 ГПа), підвищити зносостійкість твердих сплавів в 2 рази при боруванні і в 2,2 рази при бороміднені.
