An exhaustive study concerning the working mechanism of the proposed device is carried out using 2-Dimuntional ATLAS device simulator taking into account the band-to-band tunneling transport model. The optoelectronic properties of the proposed JL-OC-TFET are also analyzed, where its IR photoresponse, switching and detectivity characteristics are reported. In addition, comparative performance analysis between the conventional OC FET-based devices and our proposed one is carried out by extracting their Figures of Merit (FoM) parameters including responsivity, ION/IOFF ratio and the optical gain. It is found that the proposed JL-OC-TFET outperforms considerably the conventional IR-sensors in terms of the device FoM, offering a high relative improvement exceeding 220%. Therefore, this investigation can offer new exciting opportunities regarding the advantage of using JL tunneling devices for the potential improvement of nowadays optoelectronic systems.","PeriodicalId":335307,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126352356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the second case, the optimal adjustment of the membership functions and normalization gains are realized by using Ant Colony Optimization. The results illustrate the most excellent dynamic behaviour and performance control compared with conventional Fuzzy controller, as well as successful in dipping harmonic electrical department university.","PeriodicalId":335307,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125855516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So, they have to deal with new requirements that impact various parts of their Enterprise Architecture. To address the needs created by this new digital era, agility and adaptation are compulsory. Though Enterprise Architecture (EA) was designed as a catalyst for change management, traditional Enterprise Architecture approaches do not rely on well-defined concepts, lack agility and are constrained by layered architecture (business layer, functional layer, deployment layer, etc.). Thus, a new generation of EA, allowing continuous self-improvement and proactive adaptation to better match the new conditions, is required. In this paper, we highlighted some criteria, regarding the adaptation of EA and exploited them to show the limitations of the EA approaches analyzed. Then, we presented agile methods principles and discussed the mapping between them and the criteria that we proposed before. Finally, we proposed a simplified model based on Scrum for adaptive enterprise architecture.","PeriodicalId":335307,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies","volume":"217 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133716229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are formed to represent the concepts and the relationships between these concepts in that domain. This paper proposes a Mobile Application Development Ontology that conceptualizes the knowledge in the domain of mobile application development. The use of mobile applications is flourishing as mobile devices use is pervasive. The proposed ontology aims to provide a terminology glossary reference for stakeholders in the domain of mobile application development; students, researchers, educators, mobile application analysts, and mobile application developers. The constructed ontology was visualized using a D3 library visualization tool. Applications used for the built ontology include educational purposes and glossaries for classifying concepts in the domain of mobile application development.","PeriodicalId":335307,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134072311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Healthcare and well-being will receive great benefits with the evolution of this technology. For example, the communicating objects can be body sensors, which enable a continuous real-time monitoring of vital information patients. However, due to the direct involvement to patient health information, the privacy and integrity of medical data have become a matter of much concern to the healthcare applications. In this paper, we propose the Lightweight Secure Data Aggregation (LSDA) Scheme, which is a novel secure data aggregation scheme for Healthcare using IoT. This new scheme is characterized by employing the homomorphic encryption. Also, each aggregator needs to verify all packets received from its member nodes, which can filter bogus packets in-network and thus the nodes can save energy on transmission phase. The security analysis and experimental results show that our proposed scheme guarantees patients privacy, messages authenticity, and integrity with lightweight efficiency in terms of communication overheads.","PeriodicalId":335307,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129961464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Teleconsulting for diagnostic images involves much more than merely transmitting images and information between two points called hub and spoke. It needs to accomplish a lot of tasks, among them: rapid access to radiological reports and second opinions, remote consulting among Physicians, improved patient care, access to complex tools for post processing and computer-aided diagnosis, support for research and training projects, ties between isolated healthcare providers and busier or more experienced providers, 24-h coverage. The HINT project provides a real-time monitoring of the patient's clinical data and alerting in case of emergencies. The application is fully integrated with all IHE compliant RIS and PACS systems. The workflow management system, integrated in the platform, permits to manage a multiplicity of different scenarios in one application, allowing fast prototyping, process changing and reuse of subprocesses.","PeriodicalId":335307,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Information Systems and Technologies","volume":"129 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128599270","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
