Making e-KTP which take 2-4 weeks, lack of friendliness of employees is providing services, service provided are too bureaucratic, the numbers of  officers who handle the e-KTP recording process is not comparable to the people who take care of making e-KTP  are problems faced in managing the e-KTP. This study aims to determine the value of the community satisfaction index in getting public services at the office of population and civil registration in ende regency, especialy the process of making e-KTP. The population in this study amounted to 9.811 people with a total sampel of 99 people.  Date collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The dat a of analysis technique uses an analysis of the community satisfaction  index which is calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. In this case, “Dendeng balado” as one of the Mnangkabau traditional cuisines that can be transformed into new type of products by using the concept of new product development. The purpose of this paper is to examine entrepreneurial activities from the implementation of new product development by producing new type of “dendeng balado” (beef jerky): dendeng balado as an instant food. This project was carried out through several stages, starting from problem solving concept development followed by idea validation and market validation. Business strategies were formulated by using business model canvas in order to make certain that this product can be accepeted by target markets. It was found that brand new \"Nan Taraso\" has succesfully attracted potential target markets as they like the new packaging including its colour and design. I terms of commercialization phase, it was found that it would have been better for this product to be sold to travellers and those who see this product as “oleh-oleh” from West Sumatra. Over time, the factors that affect economic growth are growing. The emergence of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) has its own impact on Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of Microfinance Institutions on economic growth in Indonesia. By using the Random Effect Model (REM) panel data regression method covering 21 provinces in Indonesia in the 2019-2020 period, this study shows that, only the Labor variable is proven to have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. While the variables for the number of MFIs and the amount of MSME loan funds have not been proven to have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. This indicates that the human resource factor as a form of human capital is the main factor driving economic growth in Indonesia. The results are often applied by the company, our coffee during the covid-19 pandemic, the seller experienced the impact of the teacher at the beginning of the outbreak, the covid-19 pandemic due to the lack of people outside the house, but with the benefit of technology and business strategy for people to get better sellers. Based on local wisdom, using a qualitative descriptive method. The population in this study is the people of Detukeli District, with a sample of 160 respondents consisting of: traditional leaders (mosalaki), religious leaders, marginalized communities (anakalo fai walu,) policy makers, politicians, and academics who come from the Detukeli District.\u0000The results showed that 47.2% of respondents agreed with the concept of conservation and development of tourism forest based on local wisdom, but it has not been applied properly and correctly among the community, 26.1% of respondents agreed and had applied it, and respondents who agreed to this statement were dominated by academics, 20.0% of respondents disagree and do not understand, Then 6.7% of respondents have understood the concept of forest tourism preservation but do not agree with the concept offered because they do not understand, so the concept of forest conservation and development based on local wisdom needs to be socialized properly , true and sustainable to all citizens. The recommendations given are: 1) Socialization must be provided by competent parties on the preservation and development of sustainable forests based on local wisdom, 2). Socialization must accommodate/cooperate with traditional stakeholders, religious leaders, policy makers at both the sub-district and village levels. However, after it was ratified, the implementation of the qanun Aceh gave rise to various problems in various circles. Therefore, through qualitative research with literature studies and data analysis through a deductive frame of mind, this article attempts to analyze the problems that arise after the implementation of the qanun Aceh. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the qanun Aceh raises various problems. The emergence of pros and cons among the community, academia and the government, is assumed to be a barrier to human togetherness and understanding. Then, library research with analytical descriptive nature is used in this research by conducting a descriptive study that aims to provide answers to various problems regarding the state of a particular subject or object in detail. Then, various data that have been obtained are analyzed and interpreted to get an adequate explanatory meaning. Furthermore, this study states that in the view of Prof. Kamsi. In general, the pattern of relations between religion and the state is not just a pattern of dichotomous relations that cancel each other out. However, the relationship between religion and the state must be harmoniously and proportionally established. Hanif","doi":"10.24042/ajsk.v22i1.12527","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24042/ajsk.v22i1.12527","url":null,"abstract":": The study and critique of reasoning against the blasphemy of ijmak aims to place the position of ijmak proportionally and rationally, in accordance with the initial objectives of the ijmak theory formulated in the early days of Islam so that there are no misperceptions about the blasphemy of ijmak. Indeed, ijmak as a source of Islamic law requires the existence of evidence based on the Qur'an and Hadith, it cannot stand alone independently. However, furthermore, ijmak only becomes a support for the status quo of the fiqh laws produced by the cleric contained in fiqh books. This research is intended to look at the blasphemy of ijmak as a source of Islamic law. The method used is descriptive method. Conclusions are drawn by using deductive thinking. Research shows that ijmak can be used as evidence, has validity and authority, although it still requires evidence from the Qur'an or Sunnah. Not all ijmak is qath'i and therefore not all ijmak must be followed. The blasphemy quality of ijmak is qath'i if it is supported by texts that are qath'i or related to matters that are 'ulima min al-din bi al-dharurah. Construction of Islamic Studies can discuss many issues of life in terms of other scientific studies that support or can be referred to as Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies. This article is intended to find out the nature of Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies in terms of the philosophy of science. The study method used is through literature study, data collection based on literature such as books and journals. The results of the study reveal that Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies provides space for humans to overcome the complexities of existing human life problems, because these problems are not only solved based on one field of study. Interdisciplinary Islamic Studies builds a harmonious relationship between Islamic Studies and Science.
