Likewise, the economic sector has experienced a significant impact due to technological advances, one of which is the increase in the form of digital or electronic commerce. The research objectives aim to determine the condition of the market after e-commerce, then the effect of product quality, service quality, price perceptions, trust, and location on consumer purchasing decisions, knowing the relationship between purchasing decisions and market form selection, and knowing market form opportunities that provide more benefits to business actors. The population in this study is all consumers domiciled in Depok City who transact at Tugu Pal Market or e-commerce, and determining the number of samples for interviews with fashion traders using the Slovin formula at a precision level of 10% obtained as many as 43 samples. The analysis method used, namely the multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and Mann-Whitney U-test, obtained information that in traditional markets product quality and trust have a significant effect, while in e-commerce the variables of service quality, price perception, and trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. At present, Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, reaching 86.9% of the total population, and they are also active in online shopping. Although awareness and public interest in halal products is increasing, an understanding of the urgency of transactions in accordance with sharia principles is still needed. The purpose of this research is to identify market opportunities as well as existing challenges in order to formulate strategies for developing sharia marketing management in halal marketplaces to be more optimal and in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used in this study is a literature study method. The results show that halal marketplaces in Indonesia have the potential for a large market and are an innovation from previously existing marketplaces. However, in addition to this potential, there are a number of challenges in developing a halal marketplace, including the lack of public understanding of the sharia economy, lack of involvement in the sharia financial system, and the still limited use of the halal marketplace platform by MSMEs focusing on halal products. The data in this study were sourced from the 2012-2021 Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in the form of a Budget Realization Report (LRA) and Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bengkalis Regency for 2012-2021. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 26.0 which was focused on descriptive variables and processed using multiple linear regression methods. Business actors who do not have neat and correct finances will experience a little difficulty in applying for capital or credit to banks. The lack of education and understanding they have can also be one of the causes. With this problem in mind, the government collaborated with Bank Indonesia to create a financial recording application to assist business actors in reporting their finances, namely the Si Apik application. The purpose of this writing is to find out how Si Apik's role is in optimizing the MSME financial administration so that they can have neat financial reports. The method used is to use a literature review from various sources that examines the understanding of the Si Apik application utilization. The results of the research show that preparedness has an important role in the development of MSME financial accounting literacy. However, the lack of public understanding of this application causes few users. As well as the effect of employer brand equity on intention to leave. The research method used is associative quantitative research method, where the data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all Gen Z, totalling 100 people. Sample withdrawal is done by saturated sampling method. Data processing using SPSS version 26 software, with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) partially social value has a positive and significant influence on interest value (2) partially development value has a positive and significant influence on application value. (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between economic value variables and intention to leave. This research is quantitative. The size of the population in this study is unlimited shoe laundry business people, so the sample determination uses the Hair formula, so that a sample of 65 respondents is obtained through the snowball sampling technique used in the sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The research results prove the multiple linear analysis Y = 4.771 + 0.380X1 + 0.272X2 + 0.314X3. The R2 value of the coefficient of determination of the variables X1, X2, X3 is 0.256 which means entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation and digital marketing) are able to contribute to business performance by 25.6%, remaining 74.4%, namely contributions from other factors outside of this research. Simultaneous test (f) proves that the calculated F value is greater than F table (6.997 > 2.76) the significance value is less than (0.000 <0.05) it is concluded that entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, digital marketing together have a significant positive effect on the performance of the shoe laundry service business in Ponorogo district. The conclusion of the partial test (t) proves 1). Entrepreneurial competency variable has a significant and positive effect on business performance. 2). Entrepreneurial orientation variable has a significant positive effect on business performance. 3). The results show that the use of digital marketing has proven to have an effect on the turnover of SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic.
