Therefore, in this paper, we aim to fully utilize the cross-modal hashing technology to solve the multimedia information retrieval problem. The main idea of this paper is to learn two different categories of hash functions for two different data modality, such as image modality and text modality. Then, the goal of this work is to learn several hashing functions, and then represent the samples to binary codes, and the proposed method generates hashing codes via connecting various modalities. In particular, we exploit the non-negative matrix factorization to learn a shared semantic space for different data modalities. In this paper, a gaze region estimation method based on computer vision is proposed, which reduces the hardware requirements of the experiment. In order to achieve this goal, a new eye feature extraction method and an improved random forest algorithm are adopted in this paper. Finally, the driver's line of sight is determined by combining the head and eye features. The driver's head features are obtained by pose from orthography and scaling with iterations (POSIT) algorithm. Then, the accurate positions of the driver's corner of the eye and the pupils are obtained by the from coarse to fine method, and the eye line direction is estimated according to the relative position of the pupil in the eye area. Finally, the improved random forest is used to estimate the driver's gaze region. Based on the thermal-electric coupling mathematical model, the finite element method(FEM) and experimental method are used to simulate and analyze the temperature field and electric field of a battery soft connector. The results show that the finite element model is feasible. Secondly, the temperature in the soft connector fuse area is the highest, which increases with the increasing of the input current and the decreasing of the cross-sectional area of it. A grey prediction model is established based on the characteristic values of the pump dynamograph to predict the working conditions. In this prediction method, we will use the characteristic values of the pump dynamograph extracted by Freeman chain code as a parameter, and use the gray theory to establish a grey prediction model. The prediction model is used to predict the sample parameters in the time series to obtain the characteristic values for a period of time in the future and the prediction of future conditions to be realized. The statistical feature sequence distribution set of engineering cost control is extracted, and the operation and maintenance reliability analysis of steel frame structure construction cost control is carried out by using fuzzy information feature mining method. Combined with the method of regression analysis and statistical inspection, the engineering control cost of steel frame structure is optimized and predicted, and the quantitative analysis and adaptive prediction of engineering control cost are carried out by using DEA information analysis technology. First design system application module, ISA/EISA/Micro Channel extension bus is used to load the instruction of automatic loading and unloading control of freight car, combined with fuzzy integral conversion control method to cross compile the execution program, and the DSP chip of integrated information processing is used as the core processor to read and write the instructions of the automatic loading and unloading system of freight car. In the environment of ARM embedded microprocessor, the hardware modularization design and bus development of freight car handling automatic loading and unloading control system are carried out, interface design and clock system design in the peripheral module. The test results show that the designed automatic loading superior overall performance.
