The ability to interfacing with a computer allows you to implement an even larger, almost unlimited range of tasks for signal processing and analysis. As an example in this paper was carried out by measurement of the pulsation coefficient of the light flux for several variants of lamps and lighting fixtures. As the results of measurements showed, the signal can be very noisy. The solution is to post-process the signal with the gradual removal of noise and calculate the necessary characteristics. Mathcad was chosen as the mathematical processor. The choice of processing methods was carried out experimentally, based on the best quality of the obtained ripple function. The methods used have shown their effectiveness even in the case of significant noise of the studied signal.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133293271","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper proposes an approach to extend the ERP integrated analytical tools capabilities by processing ERP data in a multi-tenant GPU-enabled high-performance computing (HPC) environment. Corporate analytic features in conjunction with GPU in-memory processing of big structured and unstructured data increase the performance and analysis effectiveness for enterprise machine learning (ML) tasks. The approach proposes sharing the data in GPU memory using open analytic platform along with existed ERP analytical capabilities on example of SAP S/4Hana. Considered solution accelerates data scientists work with ERP data sets and could be used for faster quality AI model creation and easier data interaction in unspecific for ERP visualization way like immersive learning with virtual or augmented reality (VR/AR).","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"161 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133651932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We decided to divide ECG fragments into six classes depending on their danger to the human life. As a first step in solving the problem we have grouped these classes into two parts: threatening humans’ life and others. For maintaining low response time of arrhythmia detection during long-term monitoring, we are using a 2 seconds long ECG fragments. As a classification features Fourier transform with spectrum up to 15 Hz were picked. In this paper we describe the formed dataset of ECG fragments and compare efficiency of different simple classification algorithms for this two-class problem. The following algorithms were tested: k-nearest neighbors, nearest convex hull algorithm, nearest mean and SVMs with different kernels. The results appeared to be sufficiently appropriate.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132571890","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The types of uncertainty arising in the identification of complex technical objects are considered. The problems of using existing approaches are discussed. An approach to solving the identification problem based on fuzzy logic is proposed. The application of the proposed method when choosing a model of a complex object is illustrated. The solution to the problem of identifying complex technical objects by a set of criteria of various importance is considered. Examples are presented that explain the features of the proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133130469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It causes a change in the conditions for the functioning of automation: uncharacteristic types of mode violations occur; the characteristics of transients are modified. In this case, the requirements of the speed of emergency control schemes are increasing, which ensures both the small generation facilities themselves and the electric motors are not turned off.In this study, we review the general issues of ensuring the sustainability of small-power power supply systems. We also present a methodology for modeling such a system based on the CIGRE benchmark model, into which the integration of small-generation plant models based on sample circuits recommended by IEEE and subsequent simulation in various operational situations regarding control problems the stability of such a grid and the behavior of protection devices and automation.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115362120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But before talking about improving the level of quality of services, it is necessary to assess its current level. In this work, at the first stage, we consider multiservice networks, services provided by multiservice networks at the moment, and the benefits received by the end user when using them. The influence of the functional features of the NGN on the quality of service is studied and the connection between the quality of service and the safety of the multiservice network is established. At the second stage, an analysis is made of methods for assessing the quality of service and the choice of the most optimal method.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115474590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed method is based on the existing relationships between the components of apparent power under non-sinusoidal conditions. The equation for determination of total power factor under non-sinusoidal conditions is obtained and proved. This equation allows the harmonics from power source and connected load to be taken into account during calculation of the total power factor. A mathematical model of power supply system with harmonic distortions both from source and load side is developed for validation of the obtained equation. On the base of the modeling results the regularities that reflects the dependence of total power factor components on the internal impedance of power source and the correlation between rated powers of the existing in some point linear and non-linear loads. In such case the developed method and obtained equation is reasonable to use for the assessment of the influence of some active, passive or hybrid harmonic correction device on the total power factor components under non-sinusoidal conditions.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124265007","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to improve the response time, efficiency and security of this kind of processing, we propose a software-based memory management method based on hierarchy of shared memory pools, which could be used to replace standard heap management mechanism of the operating system for some cases. Implementation of this memory management scheme can allocate memory through processing allocation/de-allocation requests of required space. Lockable implementation of this model can safely deal with the multi-threaded concurrent access. We also provide the results of experiments, according to which response time of test systems with soft time-bounded execution demand were considerably improved.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114598041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method is based on use of the principles of fuzzy clustering of objects, which allows you to distribute many of analyzed objects into groups that have closest characteristics. Proximity of an object to a specific group is determined using value of the degree of belonging. For each group of objects, a scenario is formed - a list of measures necessary to restore performance of a given group of objects or to carry out preventive work to prevent emergency situations. Assignment of an object to a specific group is carried out based on the maximum value of the degree of belonging. The implementation of the proposed provisions allows you to automate the decision-making process to maintain the network of the telecom operator in working condition and reduce the time costs of operator’s personnel.","PeriodicalId":333365,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114952184","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
