This study uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population sample is lecturers in four Departments of Health Polytechnic III Jakarta. This study indicates that work culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of lecturers at Poltekkes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This is concluded because, from the hypothesis, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 50,135 + 0,753 X 1, which means the constant value is 50,135. From these equations, lecturer assignments can be predicted if the work culture values. The value of b = 0.753 means that the lecturer's task performance variable will increase by 75.3% if the work culture value increases by 1%. From the results of statistical tests, there is a significant relationship between workplace culture and the lecturer's task performance (p = 0.000). A quantitative approach with a descriptive survey was adopted. The data were collected through questionnaires. A simple random sampling technique was employed. Ninety principals in the Jakarta Capital City region were involved as participants in the research. The data obtained were analyzed using correlation and path analysis. The result showed that job satisfaction has a direct positive influence on the principals' normative commitment. Additionally, the research signified that job satisfaction's extrinsic factors are more dominating than intrinsic factors. While the indicator too, has the most impact on the principals' normative commitment is a conviction to stay in the organization. This research is an understanding of social phenomena or phenomena that occur in the field, with more emphasis on a complete picture of the phenomena that occur. The results showed that teachers' perceptions of academic supervision by school principals had a perfect meaning because, on average, they had good motivation and performance before the covid-19 pandemic. Teachers interpreted the supervision carried out by the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Kroya as professional guidance assistance, quality-oriented based on continuous improvement, quality control, driving school principals, and an arena for the principal's responsibility to teachers. The results showed that the role of parents in building children's character at MAN 1 Banjarmasin was done through; the formation of the nature and character of parents, preparing excellent schools as places for children to be educated and forged, directions, rules, and prohibitions, and become good friends of children. This research has implications for the importance of parental leadership in building solid religious characters in children. Respondents in this study were all teachers of the Supreme Court of Hikmatul Amanah Pacet, totaling 39 people. The results of the study found that: 1) The effect of work motivation on the performance of MA Hikmatul Amanah teachers was 23.9%, with a research t value of 1.589 < t table of 1.687 and a significant value of 0.121 > 0.05; 2) The effect of work discipline on Hikmatul Amanah's teacher performance was 40.9% with a research t value of 2.717 > t table of 1.687 and a significant value of 0.010 <0.05; 3) The simultaneous influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of MA Hikmatul Amanah teachers is 19.8%, with a research F of 4.449 > F table of 3.25. The influence of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at MA Wisdom Amanah Pacet needs to be considered. In addition to looking at aspects of multicultural leadership, the author will also enrich this study by studying a character, namely KH Muwafiq Amir. A Kyai who has power and authority in the Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Makmur, Genteng, Banyuwangi. An influence that will be read through the paradigm of power and authority. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that KH Muwafiq Amir was 'appointed' as chairman of the Board of Caregivers in this pesantren environment outside the customs or traditions different from pesantren in general; where the succession of leadership is determined by lineage. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of case study. The results showed that RA Sunan Ampel arranged a series of religious activities that were strengthened by school management through the stages of planning, regulating the implementation of activities, and regularly evaluating by utilizing gadgets through the digital application \"Link Book.\" School programs run optimally when all elements in the school are actively involved and support these activities. It applied a quantitative approach with a survey method. Fifty-five teachers served as the samples, which were taken from two private schools in the South Lampung region. Data was collected through a questionnaire. Two instruments were constructed: the first is based on the indicators of leadership using talent management from Gallardo-Gallardo & Thunnissen, and the second is based on teacher competence. The r-test, with the assistance of SPSS 25, was applied to analyze the data. The results indicate an influence of the principals’ leadership on teacher competence. This is evidenced by the results of the r-test showing the value of sig. 0.000. This shows a significant relationship between the principals’ leadership and the teachers’ professionalism in Madrasah Aliyah. A qualitative method with a case study approach is used to understand the research objectives. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is theme analysis, which focuses on essential issues in understanding the case's complexity. The results of the study show that increasing the competitive advantage of schools through optimizing service quality is carried out through; transformative principal leadership, analyzing student service needs, building a quality culture consisting of several stages; 1) formulate standards of attitude and behavior of school residents; 2) formulate service standards; and 3) motivating school members, conducting regular in-service training, and providing rewards and punishments.
