Sleep is a state in which the brain does not process information from sensory neurons and does not give commands to motor neurons. A person's sleep quality can be determined using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) method. The purpose of this study was to describe the factors that influence the value of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) for undergraduate nursing students at STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis. The research method used is cross-sectional. The total population is 359 students of STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis Nursing Study Program with a research sample of 77 people. The sampling method used the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results showed that 61 respondents had poor sleep quality, 26 respondents experienced severe stress, 58 respondents experienced a high level of gadget dependence, 48 respondents were in the no smoking category, and 48 people were in the no caffeine consumption category. Diabetes mellitus control can be done through four pillars, namely education, medical nutrition therapy, physical exercise, and pharmacological intervention. According to data from the District Health Office. Ciamis in 2019 there were 305 people suffering from diabetes mellitus in Kawali sub-district. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the four pillars of diabetes mellitus control on the incidence of complications in people with diabetes mellitus in Kawali sub-district, Ciamis district. This research is a descriptive-analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method as many as 30 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that 83% of respondents had a good level of education, 60% had appropriate medical nutrition therapy settings, 60% did not do physical exercise, and 66.7% adhered to pharmacological interventions. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between the pillars of education, medical nutrition therapy, and pharmacological intervention with the incidence of complications in people with diabetes mellitus in Kawali sub-district, Ciamis district. Objective: This study aims to study the effect of play therapy on drug-taking behavior in “toddler” children in the pediatric care room. Method:This study used a pre-experimental pre-test-post test one group design approach. The population of this study were toddlers (2-3 years old) taken by accidental sampling and 30 samples were obtained. Data collection uses secondary and primary data. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. Result: The results of the study were: (1) The average behavior of taking medication before playing therapy was done was 16.77; (2) The average cooperative level after playing snake and ladder therapy is 22.67 and (3) the results of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test obtained a value of Z = -3.827 with p-value = 0.000 <0.5 meaning that there is an effect of play therapy on behavior of taking medicine while carrying out treatment for toddlers in the Asoka Room at Polewali Mandar Hospital. It Conclusion: There is an effect of playing on the acceptance of toddler age children in the act of giving oral drugs. Hospitals, as health service institutions that provide services to all levels of society, especially pediatric health services, should design and facilitate rooms that are familiar to children and prepare play facilities according to the growth and development and health conditions of children. Emergency Department (IGD) as the leading service provider also takes part in the realization of hospital customer satisfaction. Siboro (2014) says that customer satisfaction is determined by the whole series of services, including patient registration/admission, doctors, nurses, food, medicines, facilities and equipment, hospital physical facilities and administrative services (Siboro, 2014). Based on information compiled by Warta Priangan on March 15, 2019, a Banjar resident complained about the service at the Emergency Room at Banjar City Hospital. One of the patient's families admitted that they were disappointed with the government hospital services due to the lack of response from nurses and doctors in dealing with their sick child. These complaints indicate that patients are not satisfied with nursing services and can affect the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of ATS triage and the level of patient satisfaction in the ER at the Banjar City Hospital. The type of research used is a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional design which aims to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The total population is 19,661 people. The sampling technique of Non-Probability Sampling is accidental sampling with a sample size of 99 people. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Objective of This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and the implementation of reproductive organ care in STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis S1 Nursing Study Program students. This type of research is an analytical survey with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were second and third level students of the S1 Nursing Study Program at STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Samples were taken as many as 55 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected consisted of primary data obtained through questionnaire sheets and direct observation and statistical analysis using Chi - Square.The results of the study: There is a relationship between knowledge and the implementation of reproductive organ care. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, systemic disease that typically develops slowly and is characterized by recurrent inflammation of the diarthrodial joints and associated structures. According to the Ciamis District Office, from the entire Ciamis District Health Center, 17,492 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were diagnosed. To determine the effect of elderly exercise on pain scale in patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the Ciamis Public Health Center. This research method is a pre-experimental design in the form of one group One-Shot Case Study. The population in this study were the elderly aged 45-59 years as many as 129 people. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The sample in this study were the elderly aged 45-59 years as many as 56 people. The results of the study stated that there was an influence of elderly exercise on the pain scale in patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the Ciamis Health Center, with the significance value of the Wilcoxon test results showing (P = 0.029 <0.05). This means that rheumatoid arthritis can be reduced by doing sports, one of which is by doing elderly gymnastics. Exercise that is done regularly can strengthen the muscles around the joints, reduce pain or aches, improve balance and provide more energy in the body.
