In the token economy, the responsibility, rights and interests in the real economy can be solidified on the blockchain to form true digital commitments with consensus, tamper-resistance, traceability and verification. These commitments can not only enhance the mutual trust between economic entities, but also realize the isomorphism of real economic activities and digital economic activities. Furthermore, they are conducive to improving the protection of property rights, strengthening the market’s allocation of resources, realizing the fair distribution of benefits, strengthening the government’s penetrating supervision, and creating a mutually beneficial business environment. Therefore, the token economy is expected to become a new form of digital economy with mutual trust and collective governance. To better illustrate the token economy, this paper introduces the concepts of blockchain, token and token economy, presents the reason why token economy could create a new form of digital economy with mutual trust and collective governance, and finally advances some suggestions on how to develop the token economy.","PeriodicalId":331050,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133884353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially in the case of Taiwan, the number of co-working families has been increasing, and self-employed households occupy a large proportion of all working forms. Due to their diverse lifestyles and work styles, services that are suitable for personal objectives and that optimize the use of time are required. To meet this demand, it is important to connect people and city facilities to make it easier to provide suitable services. Based on those backgrounds, an innovated personal service platform in Taiwan is proposed, focusing on three factors, including time, place and personal information to connect people and city service facilities. Among various kinds of services, we targets services purchased in cities such as sales, mobility services, health services, government services and so on. It aims to link these services flexibly and dynamically to achieve personal objectives according to each situation. And, it can provide suitable services for a variety of every-day living situations. With this system, people can increase satisfaction and free time, improving life quality while making the economy more dynamic.","PeriodicalId":331050,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115457782","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Teaching machine learning in schools and colleges to prepare the industry’s needs becomes imminent, not only in computing majors, but also in all engineering disciplines. This paper develops a new, hands-on approach to teaching machine learning by training a linear classifier and applying that classifier to solve Multirotor Activity Recognition (MAR) problems in an online lab setting. MAR labs leverage cloud computing and data storage technologies to host a versatile environment capable of logging, orchestrating, and visualizing the solution for an MAR problem through a user interface. This work extends Arizona State University’s Visual IoT/Robotics Programming Language Environment (VIPLE) as a control platform for multi-rotors used in data collection. VIPLE is a platform developed for teaching computational thinking, visual programming, Internet of Things (IoT) and robotics application development.","PeriodicalId":331050,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"25 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116349485","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, applying autonomous systems to IoT has caused problems in managing consistent identifiers. To solve these problems in system management, we propose a structured identifier (ID), which can define the complicated structure of control systems and computer systems by using IDs on a tree structure, and relational links, which can describe meaning for subsets and networking by using structured IDs. Furthermore, we propose quantitative and qualitative management methods for autonomous systems by controlling self-information of structured IDs for retrieving information by using regular expressions. Finally, we evaluate whether the proposed methods can be implemented in real solutions and find that they enable more than 1000 elements to be managed in a machine management solution. Additionally, they solve problems in 700,000 kinds of business programs management in a mega-bank resilience support service use case.","PeriodicalId":331050,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127087479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
