The problem that occurs at the Main Clinic of Meditama Semarang is the management of medical data or archives that are less effective and efficient. There was an error in recording the patient's identity, doubling the medical record number, the patient data not being up-to-date, writing the wrong diagnosis with the examining doctor. The medical record information system with Huffman codification is designed with the aim of managing medical record data so that it can run properly, quickly and effectively. The system development method uses SDLC (system development life cycle) by making UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams as the system design stage. This information system is WEB-based using a web-based programming language supported by a database. According to the research design, the research results go through two testing or validation processes, namely design validation by experts in this case expert lecturers in the computer field, and product validation by users.Validation is carried out using an assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire or validation sheet. The questionnaire contains 10 questions that must be filled in with a value between 1 and 4. The total score will get a score of not good, enough, good, or very good. The final conclusion is a statement that the product must be replaced, can be used with many revisions, can be used with few revisions, or can be used without revision.The results of the design validation test by experts gave a total score of 37, included in the score indicator 31 n 40, namely \"Very Good\". The conclusion drawn by the expert for system design is \"Can be Used Without Revision\".The results of product validation testing by users give an average value of 35 so that it is in the indicator category and gets the \"Very Good\" predicate. The final conclusion of user validation is a product or prototype \"Can Be Used Without Revision\".This research was conducted in a restaurant, Restaurant isn’t just a place to eat something but also a place to relaxing, meet someone or hang out with friends or colagues. Service of the restaurant is the main factor to make customer feel comfortable and relax. Many restaurant make their own order and payment system for better service but they forgot about the speed of their services.Using research methods data collection, observation, and interviewin Kedai Cangkir Gubug, face to face service like greeting, take order, and serving order all of it is waiter’s job. All of that tasks need time at most that makes if the restaurant have many customers, every single customer have to wait for a longer time waiting for waiter that serving another customer. The payment method is quite troublesome for customer because they have to save order paper for payment in cashier later.The solution that writer’s made is to decrease the task of waiter so that services can be done equally with QRcode technology for ordering menu with the scanner is android smartphone. Payment only need name of customer or table number and customer can do it in cashier or they can request the bill at their table. The virus can cause disorders of the respiratory system to death. This virus is a new type of coronavirus that is transmitted to humans. The Corona virus can attack anyone and has spread rapidly to many countries, including Indonesia in just a few months. Abdiel Theological College (STT Abdiel) is one of the educational institutions in Ungaran that uses hand sanitizers to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. The hand sanitizer is still used manually, namely by holding it and pressing it. This does not guarantee the efforts to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. Therefore, a non-contact automatic hand sanitizer is needed in the campus environment.The purpose of this research is to make a prototype of a touchless automatic hand sanitizer based on the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and arduino which is programmed using the C++ programming language with Arduino IDE software. In making this prototype, the researcher also uses a relay that is connected to a micro pump and hose which then sprays hand sanitizer automatically when a hand object approaches or is within the range of the ultrasonic sensor.The method used in making this automatic hand sanitizer prototype is the R&D (Research and Development) method. The result of the automatic hand sanitizer that has gone through validation testing by an expert and trials by users is that the prototype is able to spray hand sanitizer liquid automatically when the sensor detects an object. Determining the standard of raw material quality starts from the application of product specifications, both regarding size, shape, color, characteristics, product processing and quality. Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system which is able to provide alternatives in problem solving or can communicate for problems with semi-structured or unstructured conditions. This system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured and unstructured situations, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a concept where the best chosen alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. This concept is widely used in several MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making) models to solve practical decision problems. Research development uses the R & D (Research and Development) method which is a research method used to produce certain products and test certain products. In this study, only 6 steps were used. The total score for validation is 28.
