The most prominent symptoms of this disease are headache, fever, strong cough, and perhaps the strongest of it is difficulty breathing in the event that the virus reaches the lung, which leads to death in many cases if the patient's condition is late, or he does not have strong immunity. The purpose of this study is to use Fuzzy k Means (FKM) and predictive algorithm representing in Simple Exponential Smoothing Method (SESM) to evaluate confirmed cases and deaths in different countries. This study's findings show that the FKM approach can evaluate data and produce reliable results, in addition to the SESM can give good prediction. According to this study, machine learning technologies and predicting methodologies achieved good results when used together.","PeriodicalId":330552,"journal":{"name":"2021 2nd Information Technology To Enhance e-learning and Other Application (IT-ELA)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129411765","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In our paper, we tested the effectiveness of a recently developed topic modeling approach (LDA2Vec) that was introduced by Chris Moody with our Arabic dataset. LDA2Vec is a hybrid approach of LDA and a highly popular word-embedding model (Word2Vec). Our goal is to find a method for automatically clustering Arabic documents by topic and categorizing them for use in a recommendation system and searching. The performance of the model was evaluated using a corpus of Arabic documents divided into nine categories. Despite the grammatical variations between Arabic and English, the model worked well with the Arabic language when it was implemented, as we observed in our study. As a conclusion of our findings, LDA2Vec gave (82.40%) accuracy over topics for test documents, which is greater than LDA accuracy (67.96%), which was evaluated with the same dataset.","PeriodicalId":330552,"journal":{"name":"2021 2nd Information Technology To Enhance e-learning and Other Application (IT-ELA)","volume":"156 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127357173","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the web servers still use a single back-end, therefore, weaken the ability to manage the large and growing data generated by a large number of requests. One solution to enhance the stability of the webserver is to aggregate some web servers in one cluster. These clusters must be adopted through the use of virtualization technologies such as virtual containers. A container is a standard unit of software that aggregates code and all of its dependencies so that an application runs quickly and reliably from one computing environment to another. Docker is a container-based virtual machine used for creating clusters, it provides a tool called “docker swarm” for developing distributed systems. To increase the stability of servers, this paper suggested a new load balancer strategy used in the docker swarm that aims to distribute requests to web servers by balancing the load efficiently and fairly, but not necessarily equally.","PeriodicalId":330552,"journal":{"name":"2021 2nd Information Technology To Enhance e-learning and Other Application (IT-ELA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131982975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper will present simple but efficient approach for controlling the robot's velocity in order to stabilize its movement when cornering and/or avoiding obstacles crush with suitable fast and safe navigation speed. In our previous work, we introduce a hybrid adaptive dimensionality with the Glowworm Swarm Optimization (GSO) algorithm approach to find an optimal path from initial point to the goal point. This will be extended in the current paper by using the path that was obtained by this approach to decide if the robot should change its velocity to avoid collision. Robot velocity controlling is an important in the following states. (1) When the robot navigates in the tight free area. (2) When the robot cornering around the angles of its path heading to its goal. This paper proposes an effective approach to robot velocity control that the robot selects the possible fastest velocity. To adopt this approach, two important factors must be taken into account to control the speed of robot in the above two cases, angle's value at each path's node as well as the number of obstacles that are surrounding this node which are located in the nearest two levels of this node toward the robot motion. The proposed approach successfully made the robot move around in its environments with adaptively controlling the velocity.","PeriodicalId":330552,"journal":{"name":"2021 2nd Information Technology To Enhance e-learning and Other Application (IT-ELA)","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121997077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of an inverter can save electricity consumption and maximize consumption on the compressor. The compressor runs slowly at night, when there is little or no activity with the refrigerator. It uses just the correct amount of energy to keep the refrigerator at the right temperature. This is where the energy efficiency comes into play, and it may save you anywhere from 20% to 30% on your electric bill. The purpose of this project is to design a three-phase inverter for use on refrigerator compressors. The focus of this project is to generate and analyze the performance of a three-phase AC voltage that will be connected to the refrigerator compressor to produce a maximum voltage of 220 V that gets the current supply from the socket. In this project, a three-phase inverter is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK software. At the end of the project, a three-phase inverter successfully produced three-phase voltage and run for load.","PeriodicalId":330552,"journal":{"name":"2021 2nd Information Technology To Enhance e-learning and Other Application (IT-ELA)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128068928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recently, deep learning networks have shown progress in achieving good accuracy. However, the 2D network may not produce the required accuracy, and the use of 3D networks is restricted because of the computation and storage complexities. In this paper, a lightweight fusion U-Net (LWFU-Net) is proposed to achieve the trade-off between segmentation accuracy and complexities. LWFU-Net is a new variant of U-Net and LVRV-Net. It enhances 2D information by using a propagation flow approach with multipath and multilevel fusion. LWFU-Net operates via three stages. First, the adjacent slices of target slice are fused by using traditional average method, generating context information. Subsequently, the target slice is segmented similar to U-Net network, where the context information is fused with the target slice and the decoding results via concatenation operator and then processes information by using convolutional layers. Finally, the deep supervision generates the final outcome. The proposed networks are evaluated on the public Automated Cardiac Diagnosis Challenge dataset by using fivefold cross validation. LWFU-Net outperforms single-path LWU-Net and agrees with the LVRV-Net. The best performance of LWFU-Net exhibits mean dice similarity scores of 0.939 left ventricular cavity, 0.861 right ventricular cavity, and 0.885 left ventricular myocardium over the subtest of 10% of training set. Results demonstrate that LWFU-Net has an acceptable usage of 51 MB (weight memory), 13,274,252 (trainable parameters), and 20 G flop. It achieves a speedup of 6 for the training and approximately 2 for the testing.","PeriodicalId":330552,"journal":{"name":"2021 2nd Information Technology To Enhance e-learning and Other Application (IT-ELA)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116830480","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
