Every year, the WHO publishes a long list of new disease outbreaks. Thus, COVID-19 is not the last and the only disease that requires adjustment in health behavior and public participation. During an epidemic/pandemic, different countries design new and different public health measures to protect their own population. However, people may choose to follow these new policies or ignore them. Choosing to ignore them jeopardizes the effect of new public health policies and counteracts all the efforts of healthcare providers. This theoretical paper attempts to provide a theoretical foundation for personal health behaviors during an epidemic/pandemic by providing evidence from the current COVID-19 outbreak. Even when the office of the Police Constable does not allow it. The purpose of this paper is summed up in three headings: first, to highlight the extent of racism in the London Metropolitan Police for over three decades This is evidenced from several case studies of black police officer’s mistreatment in the London Police Service. Second, the effect of police culture as a breeding ground for racism in the police and third, providing an understanding of the trio concepts of prejudice, discrimination, and stereotype. The author relies on racial Postcolonial theories that have created and sustain a culture of racial superiority over the years. This is a qualitative study; the author relies on the reviewing of previous literature relating to the topic of police racism. Some of the findings are: it has proven very difficult to find a solution to racism so long as the racism in the wider British society has not been dealt with effectively enough to accommodate the constructed other. Culture and civilization are Background of life in societies and are bound to education, Construction, power, religion, literature and foreign communication, and the factor of the city and its unique identity is human being. Plato and Aristotle, in Republic and Politics, have investigated human existence in form of culture and civilization. Twenty- one civilizations in paradigm of Toynbee, Will Durant, Sarton and Gustava Le Bon show that city and human being are shaped by analogies of culture and civilization, and Freud has linked connection between soul and civilization shaping of city, societies, individual. The set of cultural and human causes that has shaped existence of human being depends on changing of population, which is in harmony with advancement of culture and emergence of a new kind of them based on causal connection between human soul ,culture , civilization, and existence of human being is found in various dialogues between civilizations and cultures that philosophy of history is study of changes in history within framework of cause and effect of clashes in field of cultures and civilizations that has been shown by universal soul. These indicators of the state of the economy and its related components were introduced by developed economies 40 years ago, and are being imposed in the transition and emerging market economies in the 21st century. Initially, large national and international companies introduced this, and in the next phase, medium and small companies also implemented them. At this stage of development, it is unacceptable for companies not to apply CSR and SRI, but there are still quite a number of such companies in Bulgaria and Eastern European countries. The energy sector in the world is one of the leaders in the implementation of CSR and SRI. In Bulgaria and other restructured market economies, energy companies also occupy the top positions in various CSR and SRI implementation charts, such as Kozloduy NPP, Mines Maritza East, Assarel, EVN and others. Tait, Francis Fung, Aihua Hu","doi":"10.46940/ssrj.01.1002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46940/ssrj.01.1002","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract Cross-cultural studies in East-Asia are needed in educational psychology research because past-studies have found that having a child in the family with a developmental disability can induce feelings of stress, impose major psychological and social adjustments, increase the burden of care and place the entire family at risk. Chinese participants have been under-represented in family studies for some time and language issues have been identified as a recurrent barrier to research participation by Chinese samples. The three major reasons for non-participation are the lack of translated materials, feeling intimidated by English, and the lack of translation of key words. To increase participation in survey research projects, it is clear that first one must remove language barriers. The Impact on Family Scale [1] is a measure that has repeatedly shown good construct validity in assessing the impact of chronic illness on family functioning. Like many health status questionnaires, the Impact on Family Scale was developed in an English-speaking country.
