In this context, educational orientation becomes a key aspect, bearing in mind that it fosters an interpersonal helping relationship, mobilizing the subject's resources in the educational context that facilitates it, in order to bring him to reflection and to a greater knowledge of himself. Therefore, the objectives of the research were: To evaluate the growth of Trichoderma sp., on culture media formulated with banana biochar and cocoa biochar in the laboratory in different concentrations. The test was made up of 3 doses of biochar (1.2 g; 3.5 g; 7.5 g) obtained by pyrolysis of banana rachis residues and cocoa shells. In the laboratory, the culture medium is prepared in PDA to reproduce Trichoderma sp. at a concentration of 10*1011 UFC, which was then taken a portion to be placed in Petri dishes with the dose of biochar. The results were measured at 7-day intervals. The treatment of 3.75 gr of biocoal of cocoa was the one of greater growth its fluctuation was of 5 to 8.5 cm in 21 days from the sowing. Higher Education Institutions (IES), are immersed in this reality, so they must observe what is established in the legal norms, as well as the great global trends in the provision of services. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to unveil the implementation of inclusive service strategies based on internal and external clients, framed within a documentary and descriptive investigation, within the qualitative paradigm. The identified attitudinal barriers are observed attitudes and negative behaviors, which they face to carry out administrative procedures by administrative staff, there is a lack of the necessary information to carry out the procedures accompanied by a design of the curricula, which is not adequate to serve students with disabilities. Inclusiveness is examined from two perspectives, which allowed discerning the purposes of global and general, as well as institutional, that guarantee inclusion. The study of university management and its peculiarities made it possible to propose a classification of university management processes integrated with approaches in a harmonious way.
