For various technical restrictions, such as the accuracy limits of oscillators used in realtime clock chips, classic TOTP hardware tokens have a natural tendency to introduce time-drift after some period. It discusses the main quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the e-education market and provides the main reasons that stimulate its development in the higher education system, as well as the factors, which delayed its implementation. Bayar, Muhammet Alkan","doi":"10.1109/AICT47866.2019.8981722","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/AICT47866.2019.8981722","url":null,"abstract":"This work demonstrates the application and operation principle of a stepper motor to enable the rotation of solar panels using an FPGA-based Basys3 circuit board coded with the Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL). Step motors are used for the solar panels to follow the sun both vertically (Elevation) and horizontally (Azimuth). The calculation actualized on FPGA permits a considerable abatement of the equal preparing time created by various speed controllers. Speed control of the system was made using VHDL code, Register Transfer Level (RTL) digital hardware structure was created with this code block. To obtain delayed pulse duration applied to the motor, the 50 MHz oscillator frequency provided by the Basys-3 card is divided into lower frequencies ranging from 2 to 10 ms [1] [2]. In this case, the angle of rotation, direction and speed of the motor changes according to the position of the sun. The biggest advantage of using FPGAs instead of a discrete digital component (micro-controllers with active components) in such applications is that they are made very fast and coarse changes during design and that the whole design is achieved as a single buried system. The total programmable hardware structure (utilization of FPGA capacity) used for this project is almost 5% of the total source. Feature selection is one of the most important aspect of data mining, and machine learning algorithm. The main objective of feature selection is reduction in computing resources, reduction in future data collection cost, reducing complexities of the model, avoiding overfitting, and increasing the performance of machine learning algorithms. In this paper the set of available variables are firstly reduced using filter feature selection methods such as chi- square, gain ratio, information gain, relief F, and symmetric uncertainly. In addition, ensemble feature selection of the input variables based on these individual methods is also used. The impact of feature selection is measured by fitting seven classification algorithms, i.e., Random Forest, C4.5, PART, C5.0, Bagging, Boosting, and SVM Linear. The performance of the models is compared by calculating parameters such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive values, negatively predictive values, and AUC. The suggested approach allows to specifically gauge the closeness according to the application area or the particular expert. The application of GMDH based on self-organization enables to build optimal structure of neo-fuzzy system and train weights of neural network in one procedure. As a node of hybrid neo-fuzzy system neo-fuzzy network with small number of adjustable parameters is suggested. This enables to cut training time and accelerate convergence of training. The experimental studies of GMDH-neo-fuzzy network were carried out in the task of forecasting in macro-economy and financial sphere. The forecasting efficiency of the suggested hybrid neo-fuzzy network was estimated and its sensitivity to variation of tuning parameters was investigated.
