The protection logic signal and the switch status signal output by the existing interval protection device are uploaded to the station domain host through the GOOSE network in accordance with the IEC61850 standard, and then the station domain host quickly and accurately identifies the internal fault according to the protection action signal of each protection device. Finally, issue the trip command to the intelligent terminal through the GOOSE network to clear the fault. The protection mode has good adaptability to the existing intelligent substation standards, and also meets the requirements of on-site operation and maintenance personnel. When the impedance between the traction network and locomotives in the electrical coupling system does not match, the stability of the electrical coupling system will deteriorate and LFO will occur. There have been some suppression methods from the train side. However, the control strategy and parameters of the electric train is usually complicated and confidential, so these methods from the train side are generally complicated and not entirely practical. Nevertheless, based on impedance matching criterion, the paper proposes an approach to suppress LFO in the traction network of high-speed railway, utilizing Thyristor Controlled Series Compensation (TCSC) in the traction network side. Leakage current, as one of parameters for evaluating the pollution degree of insulators, which could be continuous online monitored, have a certain correspondence with some typical discharge phenomena. The on-line monitoring devices of the leakage currents have been installed in many places in Jiangsu Power Grid and a lot of leakage current data have been accumulated, which could be used to effectively evaluate the pollution degree of insulators. The acoustic diffraction along the edges of the noise barrier decreases the overall noise reduction obviously. An active noise control (ANC) method combined with noise barrier is proposed to counteract the diffracting sound waves near the edges of the noise barrier. The noise barrier is composed of the Hilbert fractal acoustic metamaterial (HFAMM) units with good sound insulation characteristics at low frequencies. The transmission loss (TL) of the HFAMM unit is higher than 20dB at the main frequencies of the transformer noise theoretically. The experiment system including the acoustic metamaterial noise barrier and the ANC system is established. The sound pressure level with ANC on the specified points in the target area is more than 10dB lower than that without ANC in the experiment. This paper provides a wind speed simulation approach based on Markov sequence model and Archimedean Copula for planning purposes. Firstly, a Markov Sequence model is presented to describe the transfer rule of wind speed time series (WSTS). Secondly, an Archimedean Copula function (AMC) is applied to capture the temporal dependence between wind speeds of adjacent times and then obtain the transition kernel. Finally, conditional sampling technique is used to generate the wind speed of next hour. The advantage of the model lies in avoiding the loss of information of wind speed data during the discretization procedure by replacing the discrete transition matrix with the transition kernel and characterizing different dependence structure with Archimedean Copula function. A case study proves that the model can offer satisfactory fit for both probability distribution and temporal dependence. The model is applied to a reliability test system. Sometimes maybe we need to analyze the influence of faults between different lines and the phase-to-phase faults on one line in such a system especially when the voltage grades are high and the transferred power is big. Knowing the severity of the different fault types in advance can help us to better analyze such systems and save simulation time. However, by now the related researches are rare. This paper derived the equations of the transferred power by four-circuit transmission lines on the same tower during different faults in a simple system based on the symmetrical component method, Equal Area Criterion and some assumptions. According to the equations the paper compared the severity of the different types of faults and get some conclusions. Recently its usage has been more practical and economical by using multilevel and especially cascaded H-Bridge topologies. The modulation and control strategy based on SSSC based on cascaded H-bridge is represented in this paper firstly. However, the biggest problem of cascaded H-bridge is unbalanced capacitor voltage. Thus, an integrated capacitor voltage balancing control strategy is discussed in order to maintain capacitor voltage balance and stability. Therefore, in order to reduce the current stress and the reflux power, and improve the conversion efficiency, a dual phase-shifting control strategy with the minimum reflux power control satisfying the soft-switching condition is proposed. In this paper, the working mode, power characteristics and soft switching range of the dual phase-shifting control are analyzed firstly, and the best phase-shifting combination for realizing the minimum return power in the soft switching range is selected. In this paper, a neural network model was proposed to predict the leakage currents on the insulators, which could provide references for preventing pollution flashover. By the analysis of a large number of leakage current data obtained by the monitoring device on the insulators of operating lines, the characteristics of the leakage current is extracted, and then combined with BP neural network, the prediction model of leakage current based on the actual operation data is established. By adjusting the parameters of the BP neural network, the prediction results can be accords with the actual operation situation.
