It's no longer just a trend, but this zero-waste has developed into a norm among the millennial generation in Indonesia. This service aims to strengthen environmentally friendly behaviour through sorting organic and inorganic waste and training in recycling inorganic waste into valuable products. The method used Participatory Action Research (PAR). This service found that students at PPAI An-Nahdliyah responded positively to environmentally friendly behaviour by sorting waste and received high creativity in recycling plastic bottle waste into valuable products, such as flower bouquets, pencil cases, etc. However, the sustainability of this program still needs to be improved. The mascot of Gerbas Tani is a 0.1-hectare flower garden in the middle of a 2.5-hectare vegetable garden. The total number of visitors when the flower garden is in bloom reaches 20,000 people, with an average of 30-50 visitors per day. However, due to the pandemic, vegetable sales have stopped, and tour visitors are limited. The mentoring process was carried out through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through the stages of discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny to optimize strategic communication to develop the potential of Gerbas Tourism Village. The results of this service have successfully encouraged the Gerbas Tani Community to become a solid community to preserve the tourist village through persuasive communication. Gerbas Tani members become actors of change collectively in order to realize a sustainable and developing village through the development of online sales while maintaining offline sales. Bahuluang village has musculoskeletal problems that are quite high in the review of the data at Lowa Health Center, this occurs due to ergonomics when working as a fisherman in terms of measurement REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) which results obtained a medium level of 7 respondents, high level 6 respondents and very high risk 6 respondents. Also reviewed from questionnaires and specific examinations with the results of all fishing workers, namely 20 respondents complained of back pain with a diagnosis of lumbar physiotherapy Type 1 there are 10 respondents, lumbar type 2 there are 5 respondents, lumbar type 3 there are 2 respondents, and Sups. HNP (Hernia Nucleus Pulposus) there are 3 respondents. Complaints and problems were followed up with counseling related to the correct ergonomic position at work, stretching before work, and the first treatment at the time of injury with the PRICE method. The evaluation obtained after completing community service where the evaluation was precise on May 28, 2023, there was a decrease in the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) score of 9 respondents could be ignored and 11 respondents with low scores and from the results of questionnaires and specific examinations complaints of back problems have been reduced. The relatively fast reproduction cycle, around 0.5 – 1.5 months, with a relatively high selling price, makes this ornamental fish business much in demand by the public. The maximum utilization of technology will help MSMEs in increasing their income. This service activity aims to build a LoRaWAN-based IoT system for ornamental fish farming along with a mobile-based ornamental fish monitoring application to help manage ornamental fish livestock, which ultimately has an impact on improving the quality of ornamental fish and the income of CV Home Aquafish partners. The method utilizes a service-learning approach through stages: Identify, design, and build a LoRaWAN-based IoT and mobile-based monitoring system, implementing, mentoring, and measuring the effectiveness of the LoRaWAN device in improving the quality of ornamental fish and the income of CV Home Aquafish partners. As a result, LoRaWAN can effectively help minimize mortality in ornamental fish seedlings so that the quality of the fish is maintained. Ngempit Village, Kraton District, Pasuruan Regency is one of the villages with residents whose community economic activities are partly as MSME actors. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused demand and income to decrease. From a survey conducted by MSME business actors in Ngempit Village, they still do not know digital marketing as a marketing medium. Seeing the problem in this situation, it is necessary to introduce digital marketing to MSME business actors through assistance in creating e-commerce accounts and other digital marketing that will be used for promotion. The chosen platform is a media that has a large user network in Indonesia, namely Shopee, Lazada, Website, and Gobiz. The methods used in collecting this data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Objek wisata secara tidak langsung memberikan kontribusi lebih pada pendapatan daerah hasil dari keberadaan pariwisata. Sektor pariwisata mampu dijadikan sebagai domain sektor unggulan di dalam perolehan devisa, penciptaan lapangan kerja maupun mengentaskan kemiskinan di daerah wisata. Pengelolaan atau manajemen wisata yang bagus akan berdampak terhadap jumlah wisatawan yang datang untuk berkunjung dan menikmati keindahan dan keberadaan wisata. Implementasi strategi dalam manajemen pariwisata sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan animo terhadap pengunjung dengan tetap mempertahankan keindahan alam, serta menemukan nilai lebih akan keberadaan wisata tersebut. Sasaran pada program pengabdian ini adalah penguatan strategi manajemen dalam upaya pengembangan Wisata Pijar Park yang berlokasi di desa Kajar kecamataan Dawe kabupaten Kudus. Metode pemberdayaan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan model pengabdian berbasis PAR (Partisipatory, Action, Research). Stunting merupakan salah satu target Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) yang termasuk pada tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan ke-2. Berbagai pendekatan multi-aspek yang melibatkan berbagai sektor. Melalui sektor Pendidikan, dapat berkontribusi dengan memberikan informasi dan mempromosikan perubahan perilaku untuk memperbaiki praktik gizi (Latifa, 2018). Penyebaran informasi utamanya melibatkan generasi muda/ remaja, karena memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan masa depan suatu bangsa. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan diharapkan kepada remaja siswa/siswi SMA perwakilaan dari PMR Wira di Kota Semarang agar bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang stunting dan mampu berperan aktif dalam pencegahan stunting. Dengan begitu, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan kesejahteraan anak-anak Indonesia di masa depan, serta membantu mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang kesehatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan metode Community Based Participatory Research berupa edukasi atau penyuluhan tentang peran remaja dalam pencegahan stunting yang dilaksanakan pada pada 03 Juli 2023. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dihadiri oleh 24 siswa/siswi SMA perwakilaan dari PMR Wira di Kota Semarang, dengan tahapan melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan monitoring.
