Hal yang jarang diketahui publik ialah benefit sharing. Hal yang sering dilupakan dalam pembagian keuntungan bersama dalam usaha joint venture ialah bahwa aset bersama juga terdapat potensi keuntungan berupa manfaat. Biasanya, manfaat tidak diperhitungkan sebagai hasil karena ia tidak nampak, apalagi wujud aset perusahaan tetap ada. Pemanfaatan berizin atas aset usaha bersama dalam joint venture seringkali disalahkaprahkan untuk kepentingan pribadi melalui berbagai cara pemanfaatan, misalnya dikelola dalam bentuk sewa, bisnis online, jual beli jaringan, pemanfaatan lahan perusahaan, dan sebagainya. Mestinya, setiap hasil keuntungan atas manfaat yang dikelola sedemikian ini dikembalikan ke perusahaan bersama yang akan dibagi untuk bersama pula. Praktiknya, hal ini seringkali diabaikan begitu saja karena dianggap sebagai suatu hal yang biasa. Oleh karena itu, benefit sharing bisa dijadikan alat kontrol pengelolaan manfaat semisal ini. The population in this study were entrepreneurs who were members of FORKOM UMKM Tulungagung. There is also a sample measurement guideline using a saturated sample technique with a sample of 42 people. The research instrument for data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale with data analysis techniques in this study, including descriptive statistical techniques, inferential statistical analysis with classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with the SPSS 23 application. The t test in this study shows that product knowledge has no effect on respondents' interest in giving zakat. Perceptions of the quality of zakat are also proven to have no effect on respondents' interest in paying zakat. The results of the F test in this study also prove that simultaneously there is no effect of product knowledge on zakat and perceived quality on respondents' interest in zakat.Keywords: zakat, product knowledge, perceived quality, interest in zakat \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan produk (product knowledge) zakat dan persepsi kualitas zakat terhadap minat berzakat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha yang tergabung dalam FORKOM UMKM Tulungagung. Ada pun pedoman pengukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan sampel sejumlah 42 orang. Instrumen penelitian untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dengn teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini antara lain dengan teknik statistik deskiptif, analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t dengan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil uji t pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa product knowledge tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat responden dalam berzakat. Persepsi tentang kualitas zakat juga terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat responden dalam membayar zakat. This type of research is a qualitative study using a case study approach study. This research is an analysis of the rescheduling of murābaḥah micro financing in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Dumai, Indonesia. There are many Shariah banks in Indonesia experiencing problems due to unpaid financing and can lower bank performance. Therefore, the bank is implementing the rescheduling of murābaḥah micro financing to avoid exceeding the level set by Bank Indonesia of 5%. This research was conducted to analyze in depth about the rescheduling of murābaḥah micro financing implemented by Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Dumai, Indonesia. This research uses data collection method by observation, interview and library data which then analyzed by using inductive, deductive and comparative method. The result of this research is in the implementation of rescheduling the murābaḥah micro financing, there are three conditions, namely 1) not increasing the amount of remaining debt, 2) the costs in the rescheduling process are the actual costs, and 3) the additional payment time must be based on the agreement of both parties. From these conditions, the bank only does two, namely not increasing the amount of the remaining debt and adding payment time, while the bank is still wearing the customer with the rescheduling or penalty fees that make it difficult for the customer. This study aims to examine the relationship between global economic variables (FFR and DJI) and domestic macroeconomic conditions (exchange rates and inflation) towards the movement of the Islamic stock index (JII) in both the short and long term. This type of quantitative research uses the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) method with the Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Forecast Error Decomposition of Variance (FEDV) tests. The data used is monthly, starts from January 2014 to December 2017. The IRF test results show that the FFR and DJI variables are responded positively by JII both in the short and long term. The exchange rate variable is responded to negatively in the short and medium term but has changed positively in the long run. Meanwhile, the inflation variable was responded negatively during the study period. The results of the study showed that the marketing strategies carried out by nine basic necessities traders used several strategies, among others, (a) service strategies, not easily discouraged when experiencing losses or being lazy when they made large profits; (b) product strategy, the accuracy of the opening time and checking the speed of serving the buyer can affect the reduction in income; (c) price strategy, price openness is needed in trading, so that the product (bargaining) process can be mutually beneficial; (d) promotion strategies, where traders approach emotionally to foster consumer trust, while fostering a high social life. The variables used in this study are total financing and total third party funds of Islamic banking as a representation of Islamic banking. While economic growth is represented by East Java Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Data analysis using Granger Causality Test and Johansen Cointegration Test with the help of software Eviews 9. The results showed that there is a two-way causality relationship between Islamic banking and East Java economic growth. Islamic banking influences the economic growth of East Java, and conversely economic growth influences Islamic banking. In addition, there is a long-term relationship (cointegration) between Islamic banking and economic growth in East Java.
