It consists of three units. The first unit is intended for calculation of the device transmission coefficient and current-voltage characteristic on the basis of various models. The simulation with the second unit is based on electrical models. The analysis of physical phenomena, which takes place in structures, is realized with the use of original models of new transport mechanisms, included in the third unit. There are some problems in OFDR-systems which are determined by the complexity degree of modulation type realization, low energy characteristics of frequency modulators and large scattering losses on reflectometer units in general. In the present paper we consider some common and special solutions for these problems. Especially a new LFM-technique based on dual-frequency laser radiation, which can help us to develop a compact reflectometer, is presented. Basic consideration of single frequency radiation transformation into two frequency radiation is given. The elements of the LFM technique for the reflectometer are given. We determined the output radiation parameters and their connection with the degree of internal and external disturbances and coordinates along the axis of the fiber, and calculated the accuracy characteristics of system. We showed that two frequency output radiation carried more information and could help us to obtain results close to that of the two-mode reflectometer. The matrix is designed for signal distribution on a transmitting multipath array. It provides independent transmission of 4 in-signals into 4 out-signals with a gain of /spl plusmn/3 dB and isolation of more than 35 dB. Input coaxial RF-connectors are connected to switches, which are vertically mounted on a metallic base. Power combiners are based on the \"travelling wave\" type. The use of three-sectional chains of power combining in the wide-bandwidth allows us to reduce the influence of closed channels reflection on open channel gain. Control voltages are inserted through RL circuits into the output of the combiners. Compensating two-stages amplifiers are built with dissipative matching circuits and 300 micron gate transistors. With this purpose, frequency tunable high Q-factor DRs were used. Commonly accepted designs of DR-filters are unsuitable for such a control owing to the distortion of the AFC during controlling. Hence a new design of DR-based fitters is proposed, in which frequency is controlled with the undistorted shape of AFC.
