The basis of the research used in this study is qualitative research methods and the type of research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The informant withdrawal technique in this study was purposively by selecting the number of informants as many as 5 people who were considered to have knowledge about the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) policy program in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is using qualitative analysis methods. \u0000Based on the research results obtained by the researchers that from the aspects / dimensions of Communication, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure it has been going well. However, related to the aspect of resources, especially human resources, the results are still not good, so the authors conclude that the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) program in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency is quite good. Types of qualitative data, and data sources are secondary data and primary data. The discussion clearly explains the implementation of forest protection policies in the Balantak KPH area, and concludes that the results of observations, interviews, documentation with stakeholders, as well as in-depth analysis of researchers in the field can be concluded that the implementation of forest protection policies in the Balantak Forest Management Area, Banggai Regency, Province Central Sulawesi has been running well, but there are still major problems, including in the aspect of;(1)Social, Economic and Political conditions of this aspect are the aspects that greatly influence the implementation of forest protection policies because the impact of this aspect is in the form of targeted forest utilization such as the development of tourism objects to improve the community's economy,pine forest management. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Discipline of the Work of the State Civil Apparatus at the Food Service is, which causes the less than optimal discipline of the Work of the State Civil Apparatus at the Food Service. The type of research used was qualitative and purposive informant selection technique with 5 selected informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data editing, categorization, interpretation of the meaning of the data and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the George C Edwards III policy implementation model with the variables in the form of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant withdrawal technique using purposive. The number of informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The theory used is the theory of Zethmal, Parasuraman and Berry, which consists of 5 (five) aspects : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Based on the results of research conducted, that the quality of Electronic Identity Card Services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palu City is not optimal. First; tangibles, namely inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as the lack of space for waiting rooms and limited available seats, as well as public toilets that look unclean. But in terms of the appearance of the apparatus is quite good. Second; reliability, namely the ability of the apparatus to use assistive devices is good, it's just that the services provided do not fully refer to the service flow. Third; responsiveness, namely the response of the apparatus who received the applicant's complaint was very good, but the speed of processing electronic identity cards was not maximized. Fourth; assurance, which is the guarantee given by the apparatus to the applicants that is not on time. However, the permit fee charged is in accordance with applicable regulations. Fifth; empathy, namely the service provided is not discriminatory and the apparatus always provides courteous and friendly service. As a consequence, the government needs to respond to it in public service practices. Therefore, digital competency is mandatory for Indonesian civil servants. Due to the lack of civil servant's competency in technology usage and the bureaucratic environment, the Indonesian government sees this as a big challenge. Moreover, digital competency improvement must be carried out from both training and development in terms of competency development. Thus, using a qualitative descriptive method with a desk study review from various literature sources, such as books and news (printed and online), this paper offers an overview of the challenges and solutions in implementing digital competency in the public sector, both internally and externally. Internally, the technology utilisation solutions are focused on technology infrastructure improvement, strengthening civil servant's competencies, work habit transformation, and organisational relations. On the other hand, from the external side, the solution comes from the contract-based government employee’s (PPPK) recruitment and collaboration with the private sector, as often done by many government agencies. This policy presents a new challenge, namely maintaining performance through achieving the effectiveness of working from home. The present study investigates the implementation of the work from home policy through Spearman's rank-order correlation analysis to examine the correlation between research variables. Furthermore, after the Kruskal-Wallis significant test, the Dunn-Bonferroni post hoc method was used to look for the differences between the factors affecting the effectiveness of working from home of the civil servants based on gender and age and education, and years of service. Data were collected through questionnaires to 437 civil servants from various government agencies, both central and regional. The study's findings indicate differences in the factors influencing the effectiveness of working from home and the skills required depending on gender, age, education, and years of service. The results also show that information technology support is not evenly distributed in implementing the work from home policy. This innovation aims to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. This research used a qualitative study with document analysis. Researchers analysed documents from various sources such as official government reports, government regulations, online media news, scientific literature, and books. The result shows that the Contra War innovation has not significantly reduced maternal and infant mortality, but gradually the Contra-War has reduced maternal mortality index (Angka Kematian Ibu/AKI) cases from 27 in 2019 to 14 cases. Meanwhile, infant mortality rate (Angka Kematian Bayi/AKB as many as 62 people in 2020. Another side, the sustainability of innovation has not gone well because of low participation, innovative organisational capacity, and transformational leadership.
