First, the upper-level decision variable values are selected as individuals in the population, and for each individual provided in the population, the branch-and-bound method is applied to obtain the optimal solutions to the lower-level problem. In order to make the offspring individuals in the population more diverse and uniformed. A crossover operator based on the sphere is designed which can produce more and better offspring individuals. In addition, the correlation coefficients technique is used to screen out potential better points among these offspring individuals, then the selected points will be further optimized to obtain an accurate solution to the lower-level problem. This defense solution requires collecting more knowledge inside and outside to search potential threats in each organization. To leverage the knowledge of multiple organizations and experts for cyber threat detection, there is a need for the collaboration without breaking data among data owners across the cybersecurity community. Meanwhile, Software Defined Networking (SDN) is the flexible and programmable network architecture, which enables network administrator to proactively enforce the security policy in the large-scale network. Obviously, it can help organizations to enforce dynamically threat hunting services. Thus, this work introduces a federated learning (FL) approach for cyber threat hunting in SDN-enabled networks to deploy a proactive APT attack detection and response by leveraging threat intelligence from collaborative parties. Our approach can enrich the outcome of machine learning (ML)-based or deep learning (DL)-based threat detectors in recognizing malicious indicators. Aiming at the problem of inconsistent identification information among enterprises and the lack of a unified identification and resolution model, this paper proposes an identification and resolution framework for the Industrial Internet. In addition, the network communication capability of the active identification carrier expands the application form of identification, but it lacks a perfect technical framework and the security of the carrier cannot be guaranteed. In this paper, we analyze industrial Internet identification, and we design the technical framework of the active identification carrier and its certification mechanism. To facilitate communication between deaf people and listeners, machine translation tools to sign languages can be used. However, according to reports in the literature, about 75% of the deaf community feels dissatisfied with the translation of the existing tools. Among the main causes of this dissatisfaction is the use of inappropriate signs for words with semantic ambiguity. In this work, we propose the addition of a new semantic module to the translation process of the Falibras System, with the objective of improving the quality of the translation with respect to semantic disambiguation of the input text (in Portuguese). The main objectives of the proposed approach are: (1) to know the state of the art regarding the resolution of ambiguities in Portuguese; and (2) to combine existing techniques to develop an ambiguity resolution module for Falibras. The evaluation of the results showed a gain in accuracy, in a comparison with existing work in the literature. In recent years, it has been studied by many researchers. However, the existing research topics rarely involve the research on the height of multiple receivers of visible light communication. Based on the symmetrical layout model, this paper simulates the four heights that often appear in the fourth-grade classroom scene, puts forward the determination scheme of the optimal layout of signal-to-noise ratio at different heights, and determines the optimal layout of channel quality in this sense, that is, the optimal layout of comprehensive height signal-to-noise ratio. By comparing the optimal layout of signal-to-noise ratio of four heights, the optimal layout of comprehensive height signal-to-noise ratio and conventional layout, it is concluded that the optimal layout of comprehensive height signal-to-noise ratio is the best in terms of the uniformity of signal-to-noise ratio of each height. In terms of illumination uniformity of desktop height, the best layout of desktop height signal-to-noise ratio is the best, followed by the best layout of comprehensive height signal-to-noise ratio. Finally, the signal-to-noise ratio distribution, root mean square delay spread distribution and impulse response of the four height planes with the best layout of height signal-to-noise ratio are compared. This method uses IMU and UWB to obtain acceleration and position information respectively. After processing the two sets of data, the position data is obtained, and the more accurate position data is obtained through the Kalman filter algorithm. Through simulation and experimental results, this method of positioning proved to be very effective. This method can significantly reduce the accuracy requirements for the positioning sensors, and obtain relatively high-precision results through the fusion processing of data collected by multiple low-precision sensors. Failure management (i.e. identifying the failure node), plays a vital role in this situation. This task is performed by selected vehicles in the network, which are called 'agents'. Improper choice of agents can degrade the final failure node detection performance severely. For distributed schemes, agent selection for VANETs is challenging because of quick topology changes. In this paper, a fuzzy logic based agent selection method is proposed. This method comprehensively considers velocity, leadership, and routes of candidate vehicles. When the appropriate agent is selected, we deploy a neural network based failure node detection algorithm on it. Since the self-attention mechanism introduced by itself can model the relationship between all pixels of the input image, the performance of the ViTs model is significantly improved compared to the traditional CNN network. However, their storage, runtime memory and computing requirements hinder their deployment on edge devices. This paper proposes a ViT pruning method with knowledge distillation, which can prune the ViT model and avoid the performance loss of the model after pruning. Based on the idea that knowledge distillation can make the student model improve the performance of the model by learning the unique knowledge of the teacher model, the convolution neural network (CNN) which has the unique ability of parameter sharing and local receptive field is used as a teacher model to guide the training of the ViT model and enable the ViT model to obtain the same ability. In addition, some important parts may be cut during pruning, resulting in irreversible loss of model performance. To solve this problem, this paper designs the importance score learning module to guide the pruning work, and determines that the pruning work removes the unimportant parts of the model. However, conventional electronic microwave measurement systems are not suitable for transient frequency measurements of high-speed signals. A microwave frequency measurement technique is proposed and demonstrated based on frequency-power mapping. In this scheme, two optical carriers enter the phase modulator (PM) separately for phase modulation. The modulated signals are transmitted to a photodetector through a single-mode fiber. Besides, microwave frequency can be estimated by measuring the microwave power. This scheme avoids the bias drift problem of the intensity modulator and makes the system more stable. Therefore, this scheme is a promising IFM method.
