In our work, the model of back-propagation (BP) neural network was established based on the national standards of surface water (GB3838-2002). The resulting model was used to classify water quality of mangrove. Then the relationship between water quality and diseases and insect pests was analyzed. The results show that water quality of 1, 2 and 3 monitoring sites is the worst, and the water quality in August is significantly better than that in the other two months, which would be useful for recognizing the polluted areas and determining the priority preservation areas. The system first uses a data-based modeling technology named fuzzy cluster modeling to obtain the T-S fuzzy model of the process. Then, an equivalent fuzzy singleton model is built which satisfies the invertibiity conditions. Thus, the future control actions can be obtained by prediction, iteration and inversion of the fuzzy singleton model. To improve the control performance of the proposed method, an adaptation strategy is implemented by updating the consequent parameters of the fuzzy singleton model and the corresponding inverse model with least-squares algorithm. But the complexity of data, high dimensional feature space and low quality of feature selection become the main problem for data classification process. In order to improve the classification performance and reduce the data dimension, effective feature selection is becoming increasingly important. In this paper, an improved F -score and heuristic search strategy are used as feature selection methods, extreme learning machine (ELM) is used to evaluate the selected feature subsets and used to achieve effective feature selection. Five-fold cross-validation is used in experiments, and experimental data sets are taken from the UCI machine learning repository. First, the gait trajectory of a healthy human body is obtained using an optical motion capture system and used as a reference trajectory for rehabilitation training. Then, the unilateral oscillating leg of the lower limb rehabilitation robot is modeled by dynamics. Based on this, an adaptive controller is designed to enable the lower limb rehabilitation robot to quickly track the desired trajectory, and a similarity function for evaluating the follow ability of the lower limb rehabilitation robot is proposed. The eighteen-sector stator-flux subdivision method is proposed to reduce current harmonics and improve the characteristic of direct torque control. Control strategy of duty ratio is improved to decrease the torque ripple made by voltage vector mutation. The algorithm combination of the eighteen-sector stator-flux subdivision method and the improved duty ratio algorithm is built as the core of space-vector modulation direct-torque control. The static and dynamic characteristics of control system are simulated. In the mode, a composite Assembly Distribution Center (ADC) was set up, which achieved the parts transportation and terminal distribution of final assembly vehicle and solved the problem of high damage rate and high cost caused by the long haul final vehicle transportation. Taking AnJi automobile logistics as an example, the internal layout of the ADC in Tianjin was designed. It included the location of the production line, the specifications of the storage area and the range of the sorting area. Using goal chasing method, the production sequence of mixed-model assembly line in ADC was determined. The solving process showed that the time performance is better than other methods’. The group technical theory defined the layout of the parts inventory. The logistics system modeling and simulation of mixed model assembly line were performed with Flexsim. It showed the process from the parts arrival, the first sorting of the parts and the forklift shelf storage, to the second sorting and on-line production. It was only an illustration of the whole operation in ADC without simulation experiment. The modeling and analysis of train curve motion are presented based on the traditional lubrication. The abrasion simulation of the value is built. With the advances of technology, many impact and nonlinear loads are widely used in the distribution network and the increase of the number of single-phase power users will inevitably cause the power quality problems such as harmonics and three-phase unbalance. Therefore, the loss of the low-voltage distribution network is also increased rapidly, so it is of great significance to consider the loss of low-voltage distribution network under the disturbance of composite power quality. In this paper, firstly the calculation formula of additional losses caused by power transmission line and transformer in harmonic and three-phase unbalance is deduced, then the extra loss produced by the key equipment when two kinds of power quality problems exist at the same time is gotten. The accuracy of theoretical formula is verified in MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform. Secondly, the simulation data of the additional loss generated by the key equipment when the harmonics and the three-phase imbalance exist at the same time and the additional loss when they exist alone are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the additional losses caused by the simultaneous existence of the two are less than those caused by the single existence of the two. First, the relation among the transition probabilities, the limit probabilities and the equipment state of the time rolling window is calculated by using the Markov chain theory to master the variation of equipment failure. Then, according to the bathtub curve theory and combining with the method of Markov chain, the transfer probabilities and the probabilities limit are analysed to determine the effective life of the equipment.
