In solving that problem, most state observers are inherently confined within a single batch. In this work, a 2-d state observer algorithm is designed taking into account the relations between adjacent batches in addition. First, A state-space model is introduced to characterize the state transitions over time and along the batch dimension as well. Then, an on-line alignment method that deals with the batch-to-batch shift problem is suggested. As in real world applications the environments are possibly be nonlinear and the process noise, measurement noise may be non-Gaussian, a 2-d particle filter method is presented, based on the 2-d state space model, to approximate the optimal solution of the Bayesian state estimation equations. We use the pseudo-panchromatic image, which is calculated through the raw polarization image. During estimating the pseudo-panchromatic image, the directional gradient is used to preserve the details of it. Next, the interpolation algorithm based on the local directional gradient is performed to predict the missing values. Compared with the latest related methods, the proposed method reduces the root mean squared error by 62% and improves the structural similarity by 2%. It’s also a platform with a plethora of information where an individual can see other people’s thoughts, which are diverged into numerous sentiment categories and are slowly becoming a primary part of the decision. This study makes a significant contribution to sentiment classification, which is effective in determining data in a big amount of tweets with de-contextualized sentiments which are often positive or negative, or in the middle. To accomplish this, we initially pre-processed the raw data, and then draw out the meaningful words and phrases (characteristic vector), then picked the characteristic vector list, and then applied machine-learning classification methods including Naive Bayes, KNN, and SVM. And at last, we assessed the classifier’s performance using the terms recall, accuracy, and precision, as well as the F1-score. In developing countries like the Western Balkans, HP are considered the most comfortable energy investment that have been extensively implemented in the past. However, the social- ecological adverse consequences of these mega-projects are becoming clearer leading to calls for alternative solutions. Current literature shows that innovative technologies for renewable energy harvesting are useful alternatives especially in regions of high social-ecological sensitivity. This is a vital approach that safeguards the endangered pristine watersheds. As an example, Vjosa River is acknowledged among the few remaining unique wild rivers in Europe, and its conservation is highlighted as a priority by international scholars and community. In this context, the aim of this study is to investigate the areas suitable for photovoltaic (PV) investment as an alternative to hydropower projects in the Vjosa River basin in Albania. First, critical socio-ecological characteristics are assigned to specific buffers that define the restricted areas where PV projects must be prohibited. The results show that about 20% of the catchment area (782 km2) is available for PV projects. These areas are prioritized based on various criteria of social, geophysical, and environmental aspects. Solar radiation, altitude, slope, orientation, proximity to the transportation network and to the existing electricity grid are the criteria considered in the suitability analysis. The relative influence factor of each criterion is calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) pairwise comparison method. The results show that there are significant areas within the basin that are suitable for PV investment. As the biological system is nonlinear, techniques currently do not exist to offer explicit solutions. The dynamical parameters involved in modelling of predator-prey systems may appear straightforward, but a careful investigation of these model systems frequently leads to extremely complex and difficult challenges. The most crucial aspect of population modelling is that the mathematical model in question can demonstrate the observed characteristics. Ecological system dynamical modelling is typically a research field of continuous progress.This investigation is dedicated to parameter estimation of a generalised Lotka-Volterra system of three non-linear differential equations, given an experimental dataset of the interaction between epithelial cells, candida, and streptococci bacterium, utilising several MATLAB® optimisation functions by “fitting” the simulation model to the empirical data. Despite their simplicity, the Lotka-Volterra equations are still the most common models for describing species interactions.The data gathered and examined using experimental laboratory datasets revealed that each dataset has its own distinct characteristics. In each dataset, none of the approaches produced the best-expected result. Even when it appeared that fitting was achievable, one of the parameters would be problematic, leaving the optimisation problem unresolved in a complete and valid manner.Also, the analysis revealed that the generalised Lotka Volterra (gLV) ordinary differential equation utilised in this setting is insufficient to generate realistic parameter estimations. This conclusion is also supported by a number of scientific investigations that indicate how certain modifications and adaptations to the gLV mathematical model can lead to more accurate results and a more thorough examination. To improve these performance parameters, many research has been conducted, mainly by modifying the design.
