This study aims to determine and analyze the impact and effectiveness of the distribution of the PKH in Plosojenar Village, Pati Regency, Central Java from 2016-2020. This research using qualitative methods with a case study approach where data collection was obtained from literature studies and interviewees and using ATLAS.ti software to analyze the data. The results showed that the process of distributing PKH social assistance in Plosojenar Village was in accordance with the technical guidelines for the PKH social assistance distribution set by the government. From 2016 to 2020, there were 57 poor people who received the PKH social assistance, known as beneficiary families (KPM). Of the 57 KPM, there were 4 KPM who left the KPM because they had died. The distribution of the PKH social assistance has been running effectively, marked by better indicators of the lives of the poor in terms of health, education, and social welfare. The government should continue the process of distributing social assistance to the PKH in the context of alleviating extreme poverty in the community. Bogor Mini Zoo have some advantages as animal park for local communities, students education and research. This ecotourism located in Pamoyanan, Bogor City. This study aims to determine variabels that are influences demand function curve, estimate willingness to pay of enviromental services and consumer surplus. This study is a survey research conducted using the method of Travel Cost Method that will analyze by multiple regression, approach of willingness to pay and consumer surplus. The result showed that economic value of environmental services can increase continual environmental protection in Bogor Mini Zoo. This study also explained that economic value of environmental services will support quality improvement of environment sustainability in Bogor Mini Zoo that can provides great economic benefit by improvement of animal park fasilities, ecotourism public fasilities and environmental quality. That matter will implement with collaboration of visitors, local communities, stakeholders and local government. One of the restaurants in Central Jakarta is the Japanese restaurant Nippon-Kan. Entering the digital era, internet-based marketing has begun to be utilized by business actors. E-WOM is a marketing strategy that is widely used today. By utilizing the internet, customer information and reviews about restaurants will be widely disseminated in various discussion forums so that E-WOM can influence customer purchase intentions. In addition to E-WOM, brand awareness can also affect customer purchase intentions. This study aims to inspect and evaluate the effect of E-WOM and brand awareness on purchase intentions at Nippon-Kan restaurants. The theories used are marketing theory, brand theory, and planned behavior theory. The research method used was to collect data through a questionnaire and then process it with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of the study explain that E-WOM and brand awareness have a positive and significant outcome on purchase intentions at the Japanese restaurant Nippon-Kan, Central Jakarta. The implication of this research is that it can be deliberation for every company to increase E-WOM and brand awareness that has been implemented. For the public, this research is expected to afford information and knowledge about E-WOM, brand awareness and consumer purchase intentions. The purpose of this study is to examine strategies for increasing creative MSMEs utilization of the CSR (corporate social responsibility) program of companies engaged in nickel mining, especially MSME actors in areas affected by mining activities in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that seeks to understand the various concepts found in the research process through content analysis and library research. The results of the research found that the pattern of increasing creative MSME by mining company CSR funds was carried out through partnership, community, and participatory patterns with several efforts including increasing financial capacity, increasing human resource capabilities, increasing production and technology capabilities, as well as marketing capabilities. By following the technique adopted by PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, the Pomalaa sub-district administration can utilize this research as a guide to establish policies regarding the engagement of mining corporations in fostering the expansion of MSMEs in the Pomalaa sub-district area.
