Adapun jenis data dan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel dan analisi regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh fixed effect model sebagai model terbaik. Adapun hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial belanja fungsi kesehatan dan pengangguran memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia pada α=5%, sedangkan belanja fungsi pendidikan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia pada α=5%. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Restoran Ayam Panggang X di Depok menggunakan metode penelitian model Eksploratoris Sekuensial, di mana penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode yang utama dan kuantitatif sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan triangulasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk menggambarkan model bisnis saat ini, Analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi, dan Matriks Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk menentukan prioritas alternatif strategi. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis SWOT, terumuskan delapan alternatif strategi antara lain 1) Fokus dan kembangkan Value sebagai fnb tech, 2) Melakukan riset pada pasar digital secara berkesinambungan, 3) Melakukan evaluasi terhadap strategi pemasaran agar lebih terfokus, 4) Memperluas relasi bisnis, 5) Membuat promosi yang lebih menarik, 6) Menambah karyawan baru, 7) Meningkatkan alokasi biaya pemasaran, 8) Membuat peraturan yang lebih tegas bagi karyawan yang melanggar SOP. This research was conducted on fishing housewives in Sumbawa Regency. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained directly from the source. The population in this study was the fishermen community in Labuhan Jambu, Tarano District, totaling 1,015 people, while the determination of the sample used the Slovin technique so that the number of samples was 91 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and testing the coefficient of determination (R2) through SPSS software version 16.0 for windows. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of the results of respondents' answers obtained directly through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all BUMDes managers in Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District, totaling 213 people, while the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The calculation results show that the number of samples is 68 people. All data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program. SPSS output in the form of results will be analyzed and interpreted using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that BUMDes human resources had a positive and significant effect on the economy of Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from the results of scoring on respondents' answers related to research problems. Data obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire. This research is a sample research, in which researchers took a sample of 95 people as representatives of a total population of 1,940 people. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS program for further analysis and interpretation using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the village fund allocation policy had a positive and significant effect on rural economic development in Luk Village, Rhee Sub-District, Sumbawa District. That is, the greater the allocation of village funds in development, the rural economic growth in Luk Village, Rhee Sub-District, Sumbawa District will also increase, and vice versa. This research is a causal associative research with quantitative techniques. This research is a population study, where in this study a total population of 30 people was used as the research sample. The method used to collect data is to use a questionnaire. All data that has been collected will be processed using the help of the SPSS program to be studied using techniques which include multiple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that business capital and working hours have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of pottery production in Sumbawa Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a comparative research that aims to compare people's income before and after the renovation of the Saliper Ate Beach facility. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of community income data before and after the renovation of the Saliper Ate Beach facility which was obtained directly using the interview method. This research is a population study, in which researchers take the entire population of 21 people as the research sample. Data analysis was carried out by means of different test techniques, including paired samples statistics test, paired samples correlations test, and paired samples t-test. The results showed that there were differences between the income levels of the people in Sumbawa Regency before and after the renovation of the Saliper Ate Beach facility. The renovation of the Saliper Ate Beach facility has had a positive impact on people's income in Sumbawa Regency. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial performance data obtained from documents or archives of KPN Laju financial reports for 2019-2021. the ratio analysis technique used is in accordance with the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 06 of 2006 concerning guidelines for evaluating cooperatives, namely the liquidity ratio, sovability ratio and profitability/profitability ratio. The results showed that the financial performance of KPN Laju was very poor in terms of liquidity, this can be seen from the current ratio in the \"very unhealthy\" category and the cash ratio in the \"healthy\" category. This means that KPN Laju's ability to meet short-term obligations (debt) at maturity is still very low. The financial performance of KPN Laju is very good from the aspect of solvency, it can be seen from the DAR ratio and DER ratio which are in the healthy category. This means that KPN Laju has a very good ability to fulfill all of its obligations. The financial performance of KPN Laju is not good in terms of the profitability aspect, this can be seen based on the ROA ratio which is in the \"unsound\" category and the \"unsound\" criteria based on the ROE ratio.
