This research was conducted in South Morotai Sub District, Morotai Island District. The type of this research is a qualitative with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data on research informants' answers regarding research problems obtained directly from research informants through interviews. The informants in this study consisted of the Head of the Morotai Island District Health Office, the Head of the district vaccination team, the District Vaccination Team, and the Head of the South Morotai Sub District Health Center. The stages of data analysis in this study used qualitative data analysis, including data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that the local government has carried out two roles in preventing the spread of Covid-19 in the South Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency, namely the role of regulation and services. The role of regulation is carried out by establishing anticipatory policies, including maximizing level 3 mobility restrictions followed by 7 (seven) actions/roles by Government of the Morotai District. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is quantitative which is obtained directly from the research respondents. The respondents in this study were all traders in the Seketeng Sumbawa Besar traditional market, totaling 41 people. The data used in this study were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is processed for analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the revitalization of the Seketeng traditional market has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Sumbawa Regency. The data used in this study is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources. The primary data used in this study were collected using a questionnaire. the population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University in 2022, totaling 624 people. However, researchers did not conduct research on the entire population, researchers narrowed the population using the sampling method. To determine the number of samples, researchers used the Slovin formula. Based on the calculation results, the number of samples that will be used as respondents in this study is 95 people. All data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the study showed that financial literacy and parents' socio-economic status have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University, both partially and simultaneously. The type of study used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data, then the source of data in this study was secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing target data, expenditure realization and revenue using efficiency and effectiveness ratios. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of using village funds in economic development in Seteluk Village, West Sumbawa Regency in 2016-2021 is in the less effective category. The village government has not been optimal in using village funds to realize rural economic development using village funds so that the development activities that have been carried out have not reached the set targets. The efficiency of using village funds in economic development in Seteluk Village, West Sumbawa Regency in 2016-2021 is in the very effective category. The type of this research is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is a quantitative obtained from secondary sources using the documentation method. The data that has been collected will be processed using the SPSS program for further study using techniques, including multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determining the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the data analysis show that partially economic growth and the human development index have no effect on the poverty rate in Sumbawa Regency, while unemployment has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in Sumbawa Regency. Simultaneously, economic growth, human development index, and unemployment have a significant effect on the poverty rate in Sumbawa Regency.
