An EM is a novel concept introduced in multicarrier energy networks. It enables the transmission, reception, and storage of various types of energy. Thus, this paper presents an enhanced energy hub incorporating various renewable energy-based DG units and heating and power storage systems. It focuses on modeling the operational and organizing elements of the system. In addition, the modeling of optimal planning and scheduling for a multicarrier EM system considers the unpredictable nature of wind and Photovoltaic (PV) units. An effective solution to the EM problem, cost reduction, peak-to-average ratio (PAR), and carbon emission can be achieved through a seamless combination of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and Power Storage Systems (PSS). This work presents an Optimal Scheduling and Energy Management System utilizing Hybrid Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization (OSEMS-HGA-PSO). This approach combines the strengths of both GA and PSO, resulting in better convergence and superior solutions for optimal scheduling of RES in EM systems. The numerical evaluation assesses the effectiveness of the heuristic algorithms and the proposed system. The results show that the HGA-PSO EM system significantly decreases the cost, PAR, and carbon emission by 58.74%, 57.19%, and 90%, respectively.","PeriodicalId":32240,"journal":{"name":"Acta Innovations","volume":"86 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141101672","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the world, balance ores of precious metals are practically available. This issue develops the processing of man-made waste, refractory ores, off-balance and low-grade dumps. The article considers studies of the material and rational compositions of the tailings of a copper concentrating plant in the conditions of JSC Almalyk MMC, determines the optimal method for tailings enrichment with an increase in the content of precious metals in the concentrate, and enhances an unconventional new scheme for processing platinum group concentrates with the extraction of platinum, palladium, silver and high recovery gold. Based on the learned subjects and analysis of studies results, the authors concluded that the centrifugal concentration of platinoids from the composition of the tailings was achieved due to accurate determinations of the particle size in the tailings with the selection of intense gravity modes. Combined hydrometallurgical methods for purifying platinoids and gold from impurities using combinations of chemical solvents have been developed. As a result, the developed technologies have achieved the possibility of complex extraction of platinum group metals from the tailings of concentrating plants of copper production with high degrees, through extraction of all precious metals.","PeriodicalId":32240,"journal":{"name":"Acta Innovations","volume":"73 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141101863","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Addressing climate change while sustaining economic development is a crucial and complex task. The research examined energy efficiency's influence on economic growth and environmental sustainability in the top 10 nations with the highest energy efficiency levels between 1990 and 2019. The analysis used energy availability, security, and depletion as moderating factors. A comprehensive empirical investigation, including sophisticated econometric approaches, was conducted to achieve this objective. The findings of the Westerlund panel co-integration test imply long-term linkages among the variables under consideration. The research indicates a positive correlation between energy intensity, availability, and safety, as well as the levels of carbon dioxide emissions, ecological impact, and economic development. The decrease in energy availability was shown to have a detrimental effect on economic growth while positively correlated with both carbon dioxide emissions and the environmental impact. The results indicate that energy magnitude, availability, and security have an excellent effect on economic development but affect the surroundings. The empirical data suggests that economies must attempt to meet economic and ecological goals by separating energy use from economic growth. This task is performed via enhancements in energy utilization.","PeriodicalId":32240,"journal":{"name":"Acta Innovations","volume":"60 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141102725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research endeavors to explore the promotional tactics utilized by the Turtle Conservation And Education Center (TCEC) to amplify tourist footfall, scrutinize its marketing blend, and evaluate the repercussions of these promotional endeavors. Employing three methodologies for data collection, namely interviews, observations, and documentation, the study conducts qualitative data analysis using descriptive approaches. The results will elucidate the promotional maneuvers implemented to augment tourist visits via the Marketing Mix (7Ps) adopted by TCEC. These maneuvers encompass social media engagement, partnerships with travel agencies, development of tailored tour packages, participation in tourism expos, and educational ventures. These endeavors aspire to widen the visibility of TCEC among tourists. The impact of these promotional campaigns is manifested in the surge of annual tourist arrivals. In 2019, around 41,563 visitors were recorded, a figure that substantially dwindled to 5,795 in 2020 due to the adverse repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on Bali's tourism, particularly at TCEC. Nonetheless, there was a marginal upturn to 7,187 tourist visits in 2021, escalating further to 10,872 by 2022. This notable upsurge underscores the efficacy of TCEC's marketing team in their promotional endeavors, accentuating the center's conservation initiatives, amenities, and available activities. TCEC remains proactive in its promotional stratagems, persistently disseminating information to visitors regarding its conservation initiatives and offerings.","PeriodicalId":32240,"journal":{"name":"Acta Innovations","volume":"80 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141101430","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Encouraging energy problem alignment with corporate company goals increases productivity, profitability, quality, and cost reductions. EE is an essential benefit for organizations, not merely a minor concern. Most companies, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), need help adopting EE measures and even encounter opposition. Funding and awareness (particularly of life cycle cost impacts) are the biggest obstacles. One way weaker organizations might overcome such constraints and improve EE is from the Supply Chain (SC) perspective. Since most EE studies and practical strategies concentrate on single-firm energy usage, this article examines peer-reviewed journal articles on EE incorporation in SC development and oversight to identify research needs. Several literature evaluations have focused on sustainability or Supply Chain Management (SCM), but none have addressed EE. First, this article explains how energy usage in SCM improves systemic EE. Then, a study technique is developed, and the selected publications are examined and classed by their methodologies.","PeriodicalId":32240,"journal":{"name":"Acta Innovations","volume":"40 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140431806","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
