It is critical to identify the fractures as early as possible. However, many times due to minor cracks, the fracture may not be clearly visible in the X Ray Image. The aim of this project is to develop an image processing based efficient system for a quick and accurate classification of bone fractures based on the information gained from the x-ray / CT images. Images of the fractured bone are obtained from hospital and processing techniques like segmentation, edge detection and feature extraction methods are adopted. Due to the mobility of nodes, topology of the network becomes dynamic. Clustering in these flat networks help in managing the overall connectivity of the network. In this paper, we propose a cluster maintenance scheme in a dynamically varying network topology. The network is modeled as an evolving weighted graph. Based on the structural and geographical similarity of nodes, clusters will be formed. An incremental approach is proposed for cluster maintenance using the geographical location and mobility pattern of nodes. Today, algorithms use deep learning not only for simple object detection but have also paved way for vehicle detection that is complex situation such as Indian roads. Different deep learning models can learn features of varied complexity and perform according to surrounding environment in which they are deployed. In this paper a comparison of six models is performed for detection of vehicles on roads that are unstructured or unconstrained. Till date, deep learning algorithms are being used for vehicle (car, bus, truck, motorcycle etc.) detection. A dataset based on Indian road scenario has been used for training on models: faster RCNN and Single Shot Detector (SSD) combined with convolution classifiers mobilenet, resnet and inceptionnet. The six models are compared by evaluating mean average precision (mAP) and classification time complexity for IDD dataset. The observations suggested faster RCNN Resnet50 resolves the trade-off of time and accuracy. Whereas SSD mobilenet V1 takes 31.89% less time than faster RCNN resnet101. Different dielectric combinations were used and corresponding device performance were observed using Silvaco TCAD simulator. It was noted that low-k dielectric in Dielectric Pocket offers improved On current and Subthreshold Slope while showing reduced ambipolarity. The paper compares the different materials used in OLEDs’. So here the band gap, Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital (HOMO) and Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital (LUMO) of already existing Alq3 material is compared with Phosphorene. The e-commerce industry has the potential to boost economic growth and social development. Economic sectors such as finance, communication, labor and retail trade has larger impact by e-commerce. It holds promise in areas such as transport, education, infrastructure, employment and government. A combination of technology innovation and regulatory reforms has enabled e-commerce to evolve and thrive. Barriers in electronic commerce affecting buyers and sellers have declined compared to the past. Still it will travel towards zero barriers during Industry 4.0 Era. This paper explores the impact of e-commerce sector success on the economic growth of the UAE. The factors affecting e-commerce development will be expounded to determine the policy initiatives that need to be implemented in the UAE. This paper also proposes appropriate e-commerce approaches to boost development and address challenges that hinder economic growth. The rapid development of technology has incentivized most countries to leverage on opportunities of the digital economy. In UAE, the e-commerce sector is on the verge of a pivotal shift. It is becoming a reality by forming new customer experiences, reinvesting shopping trends, disrupting business models and harnessing the growth of new e-commerce players and SME’s. The study assesses the current e-commerce market dynamics in UAE by exploring the effect of e-commerce sector on UAE’s economic growth, benefits and barriers of e-commerce development and the positive contribution of the industry to economic growth. The e-commerce industry has a significant influence on the economy of a country. Each municipality tries to find the most efficient way of garbage collection by manually understanding the distribution pattern in a city. This is followed by the distribution of vehicles and workers to different wards and hence creating a hierarchy. The problem lies in the fact that this system is not very efficient and is still untouched by any technical innovation and hence there lies a big scope of improvement by the use of technology. What we suggest is a simple yet robust system that is built upon the use of a network of sensors connected to the internet, providing real-time information about the current state of garbage distribution hence removing the Human-error in the distribution of resources to different areas of a city. This technique uses PSO to find the optimal values of wavelet design parameters and threshold levels for ECG compression. In this method, ECG signal is segmented into different sub-bands to obtain the wavelet coefficients. Then, threshold values for each sub- band are selected using PSO. The coefficients with value below the threshold level are left, and the significant coefficients are encoded using modified run length encoding. The performance measures used in this paper are quality score (QS), compression ratio (CR), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and percentage root-mean-square difference (PRD). This method is capable of providing higher compression ratio with minimum distortion in ECG signal. Using the object recognition approach, we aim to assist the blind to travel independently with the ability to identify any obstacles the the path. The subject now is to identify a solution that is low powered, easily portable and still effective. The system consists of Jetson Nano ported with the trained deep learning model and is interfaced with camera, that acts as a easy-to-use platform for object recognition, speech processing and image classification.
