There is a need for service innovation that is able to reach the needs of the digital natives. This study describes and analyzes the innovation of Library Services 4.0: Eco-Blended Libraries and Inclusion-Based Library at Universitas Negeri Malang’s Library. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data were obtained through interviews with librarians, observation and documentation. The results showed that in an effort to create a library ecosystem 4.0, the library has succeeded in implementing innovations. These innovations are in the form of an Eco-Blended Library program such as an e-book garden, Beringin Baca, a children's play ground, a library café, art performances, movie talk, and discussion booths. In addition, inclusion-based library is also developed with the Integrated Library Information System (SIPADU) facility digitizing collections in collaboration with Indonesia OneSearch, chat reference services, online loan and extension library collections, as well as information literacy. This study aims to determine the use of archives in strategic decision making. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data were obtained through interviews with 5 persons (3 faculty leaders and 2 archivists). The data were also obtained through discussion, observation, and literature study. Validity and reliability tests through the process of triangulation of data and triangulation of sources. The descriptive data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study found that there were four factors that influenced the use of archives in the decision-making process by the leaders which were the type of decision making, the basis for decision making, the existence of regulations, and organizational culture. The type of decision making used is unprogrammed decisions because it has new and unstructured characteristics. The basis for decision making is rational. This means that decision making is based on certain things. There are regulations that contradict one rule with another. And the prevailing culture which makes difficult for leaders to to carry out change management. This condition was responded to by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November’s (ITS) Library by implementing Outbound Staff Mobility (OSM) program. OSM was first initiated in 2013 and continues till today. The study describes the implementation of OSM at ITS Library in order to improve librarian competence. The data was obtained through interviews with OSM organizers, the head of ITS library, and ITS librarians who have engaged during 2013-2018. In addition, the data were also obtained through observation and documentation. The data analysis used the Creswell data analysis model. OSM program has implemented well. It can be seen from the effectiveness of the clarity of the objectives to be achieved, the clarity of the strategy for achieving objectives, the process of analysis and policy formulation, careful planning, proper programming, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and the availability of a monitoring system and control. Gerakan literasi informasi perlu ditanamkan dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan sejak dini di bangku sekolah, tujuannya untuk mendidik siswa agar ‘melek’ terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya pengetahuan agama Islam. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menggambarkan bagaimana model keterampilan literasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kota Padang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara langsung dengan komunitas Majlis Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (MGMP-PAI) tingkat SMA se kota padang yang beranggotakan 50 orang dan 3 pengawas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Guru PAI tingkat SMA perlu mengoptimalkan keterampilan literasi informasi agar dapat menyebarkan pengetahuan agama dari berbagai sumber informasi yang akurat dan terbebas dari “ hoax information ”. Selain itu, terdapat empat model keterampilan literasi informasi guru dalam penelusuran informasi ilmiah yaitu skill mengidentifikasi fakta atau hoax , skill literasi informasi dalam pembelajaran, skill teknik penulisan ilmiah, dan skil temu balik informasi. ABSTRACT Information literacy in every aspect of knowledge and learning is very important to continue to be developed, particularly for Islamic religious learning. Information literacy needs to be instilled in every level of education in school, the aim is to educate students to be 'literate' towards the development of science, especially Islamic religious knowledge. This descriptive qualitative research illustrates how the model of information literacy skills of Islamic religious education teachers in Padang City. The research data were obtained through questionnaires and direct interviews with the Majlis Community Teachers of Islamic Religious Education Subjects (MGMP-PAI) at the high school level in Padang city with total of 50 members and 3 supervisors. The study indicated that Islamic religious education teachers in high school level need to optimize their information literacy skills so that they can spread religious knowledge from various sources of information that are accurate and free from \"hoax\". Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pemodelan implementasi open access pada repositori institusi pada IAIN Curup yang menggunakan perangkat lunak berbasis open source. Banyak dosen dan mahasiswa yang masih belum memahami cara penggunaan eprints software ini sehingga perlunya dibuat sebuah pemodelan metode implementasi repositori untuk para pengguna. Studi kasus ini mengungkap kasus terkait kegiatan repositori selama ini di IAIN Curup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis fenomena, mendeskripsikan, dan memecahkan permasalahan yang ada terhadap observasi objek yang diteliti yaitu di pusat perpustakaan, fakultas/program studi, LP2M dan pusat publikasi jurnal ilmiah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga bentuk pemodelan proses implementasi repositori institusi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan potensi akademik institusi IAIN Curup. ABSTRACT The importance of the digital archiving process at IAIN Curup begins with the process of collecting, maintaining and disseminating scientific knowledge through the process of disseminating its planned information, directed and managed, and published online which is using open-access EPrints software. This study aims to model the implementation of open access institutional repositories at IAIN Curup using open-source software. Most lecturers and students do not understand how to use this software so that it is necessary to make a modeling method of implementing repositories for its users. This case study reveals repository activities at IAIN Curup. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing phenomena, describing, and solving existing problems with observing the objects under study, namely at the library center, faculties/programs, LP2M, and scientific journal publication center. The research design used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Perlu dilakukan strategi pemasaran pemanfaatan e-journal untuk meningkatkan antusias penggunanya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan e-journal pada generasi Z; media sosial yang digunakan generasi Z; merencanakan strategi promosi e-journal di Perpustakaan Universitas Padjadjaran. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei pada generasi Z sebanyak 120 responden. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa generasi Z menggunakan e-journal untuk menambah pengetahuan, menyelesaikan tugas, pendalaman materi kuliah, dan menulis artikel. Media sosial yang mayoritas digunakan oleh generasi Z adalah Whatsapp, Instagram, dan Youtube. Strategi promosi e-journal perpustakaan Universitas Padjadjaran yaitu mengenal khalayak, target pengguna potensial adalah mahasiswa, menetapkan perilaku yang diharapkan yaitu menggunakan e-journal,  menyusun pesan dengan model informatif dan persuatif tentang manfaat e-journal,  informasi alamat akses e-journal, jurnal apa saja yang dilanggan, dan cara aksesnya,  memilih saluran komunikasi dengan menggunakan media sosial (Youtube, Instagram dan Whatsapp), promosi juga di lakukan di halaman website login masuk Unpad, user education, dan sosialisasi, dan menetapkan anggaran dengan biaya seminimal mungkin. ABSTRACT The utilization of e-journal Padjadjaran University library has not shown a significant increase. It is necessary to do a marketing strategy using e-journal to increase the enthusiasm of its users. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of e-journals in Generation Z; social media used by generation Z; planning e-journal promotion strategies at the Padjadjaran University Library. The research method using quantitative methods by conducting surveys in generation Z as many as 120 respondents. Based on the research, it was found that Z generation students used e-journals to increase knowledge, complete assignments, deepen lecture material, and write articles. The majority of social media used by Generation Z are Whatsapp, Instagram and Youtube. Media sosial digunakan sebagai media untuk belajar dan mengenal pasangan calon persiden dan wakil presiden. Melalui media sosial tersebut para pemilih pemula baik secara sengaja ataupun tidak, pasti akan berinteraksi dengan informasi seputar politik pencalonan presiden dan wakil presiden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menangkap gambaran pengalaman informasi pemilih pemula menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana pembelajaran politik dalam menentukan pilihan calon presiden dan wakil presiden . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenografi. Wawancara semi terstruktur digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pengalaman informasi para pemilih pemula menggunakan media sosial sebagai media untuk mempelajari profil calon presiden, belajar berdemokrasi dengan berpendapat dalam kolom komentar, serta belajar menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi berita palsu seputar pemilu. ABSTRACT Social media has become an important part for most of people nowadays. It has been used for many purposes such as sharing and looking for information. This research is looking for the information experience of first-time voters after the presidential election. It seeks to understand how this group of voters have used social media for finding and using information about the Indonesian Presidential Candidates, and to what extend the information they get have influenced their opinion about the two candidates. This research employed qualitative methods by using phenomenography approach. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The findings show that most of the first-time voters used social media to get to know better about the two candidates. It was one of their information sources when they need information about the presidential candidate profiles. Secondly, social media is the common place for most of the participants for sharing and expressing their opinions and ideas related to the candidates. Most interestingly, it was through social media that some participants have recognized that some information that are available online not necessarily valid. Salah satu falsafah tersebut yaitu “ Adat basandi Syara’ dan Syara’ basandikan Kitabullah ” yang mana artinya adat bersanding dengan syariat, dan syariat berdasarkan Alquran. Kota Padang sebagai ibu kota provinsi Sumatera Barat yang ditinggali oleh masyarakat Minangkabau memiliki program untuk menjadikan kota ini sebagai kota penghafal alquran.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat sistem direktori berbasis web tentang rumah tahfidz di Kota Padang. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi lapangan. Pembuatan sistem sendiri dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan sistem, dan uji coba. Sistem direktori rumah tahfidz dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dibangun teridiri dari halaman Content Management System (CMS) untuk administrator dan halaman untuk pengguna umum. Sistem di uji dengan menggunakan perangkat desktop dan mobile dengan variasi peramban internet. Hasil pengujian system menunjukkan tingkat availability dapat berjalan baik pada perangkat desktop dan mobile. ABSTRACT Minangkabau tribe have philosophies based on Islamic law. One of its philosophies is “Adat basandi Syara’, Syara’ basandikan Kitabullah”, that means the culture and Islamic law work together, and Islamic law is based on al-Quran. Padang as the main city of West Sumatera occupied by Minangkabau society has a program to make the city as hafidz city (memorizing Quran verses). The data were gathered through interview and study field. The steps to build the system are requirement analysis, designing, coding (building application), and testing. The system was built by PHP programming language and MySQL for database. The system was consisting of Content Management System (CMS) for administrator and pages for public use. The system is tested by using desktop and mobile devices through internet browsers. Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi sistem temu balik informasi di Perpustakaan Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi dokumen dan analisis audio visual kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal cakupan, sistem temu balik informasi telah mampu mencakup dan memproses banyak dan beragam koleksi dari berbagai subjek yang digunakan oleh pengguna perpustakaan. Ingat dan presisi juga tinggi dan hasil pengukuran pada jeda waktu pencarian cepat dan efektif dengan waktu rata-rata 0,48 detik. Tampilan katalog juga memudahkan pengguna perpustakaan untuk menggunakan dan mencari informasi meskipun tampak kaku. Katalog online juga telah dapat membantu mengurangi upaya pengguna perpustakaan yang berlebihan dengan tampilan yang akrab serta beberapa klasifikasi sederhana yang mengelompokkan koleksi ke dalam mata pelajaran tertentu. Studi ini memberikan praktik terbaik tentang penggunaan sistem temu balik informasi di perpustakaan pemerintah yang memiliki keunikan dalam hal jenis koleksi, subjek, koleksi itu sendiri dan pengguna perpustakaan.ABSTRACTIn the digital age, library retrieval system tools must be evaluated to find out the satisfaction and effectiveness of its use. This research discusses information retrieval system evaluation at Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) library. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data was collected through observation, document study and qualitative audio visual analysis. The results showed that in terms of coverage, its information retrieval tool has been able to cover and process numerous and varied collections from various subjects used by library users. Recall and precision were also high and measurement result on search time lag was fast and effective with resulting average time of 0.48 seconds. Catalog interface made it easy for library users to use and search information even though it seemed rigid. Online catalog has able to help reduce library users excess of effort with familiar display as well as several simple classifications categorizing collections into particular subjects. Data diunduh dari alamat: journal.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/khizanah-al-hikmah , dan diolah menggunakan Microsof Excel 2010. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Khizanah al-Hikmah telah menerbitkan sebanyak 102 artikel  dari 150 penulis, dengan penulis tunggal  lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan penulis berkolaborasi, yang ditandai dengan nilai derajat kolaborasi sebesar 0,34. Mayoritas referensi yang digunakan adalah buku (65,15%), dengan jumlah halaman terbanyak berada pada kisaran 6-10 halaman (41,13%). Instansi kependidikan merupakan penyumbang artikel terbanyak, dan  Universitas Islam Negeri  Alauddin Makassar berada di urutan pertama (36 kali).  Penulis laki–laki lebih produktif dibandingkan penulis perempuan dengan urutan pertama adalah Yunus Winoto (5 artikel). ABSTRACT A bibliometrical method used for analyzed a total of 102 articles from Khizanah Al –Hikamah, a journal in a LIS field, which published by UIN Alaudin Makassar since 2013-2018;  to know the distribution of articles by year; distribution of articles by issue number; collaboration pattern and level of collaboration; length of published articles. Data downloaded from the site of Khizanah Al-Hikmah i.e .: journal.uin-alauddin.ac.id/index.php/khizanah-al-hikmah . The result and conclusion of this research was that from a total of 102 articles it found 150 author active as contributors, and an individual author more than a collaborative one, indicated by  the collaboration level i.e. 0.34. Books mostly used in their references (65,15%), with the page length between 6-10 (41,13%). The academic institution was the most active as a contributor , and UIN Alaudin Makassar was the first rank (36 times).
