The main problem of the cloud computing is security and privacy of data which occurs because of its open and distributed structural design. Thus, it becomes essential to design an intrusion detection system (IDS) to provide security to the system. IDS help to protect cloud ecosystem from the malicious activities of the attacker. In this research work, IDS is designed to detect malicious node by using an optimization technique along with the concept of AI (Artificial Intelligence).The Cuckoo Search (CS) algorithm is used as an optimization technique and it is a meta-heuristic approach which is inspired by the behavior of birds and CS algorithm operates on the healthiness function. After the feature optimization, different types of feature are categorized based on the node’s nature into two types namely normal and attackers. On the basis of extracted features, train the proposed system using ANN (artificial neural network) as classifier to classify the attackers which affect the networks in cloud environment. ANN is a multiclass classifier which is used to solve multi-class problems and due to this reason ANN is used in proposed work with CS optimization algorithm. In this research work, ANN is used to distinguish between attacker nodes and genuine nodes based on their optimized feature sets. Thus, instead of passing data to the attacker node, the node passes the data to the genuine node and hence, the system is protected. By using the above motioned concept in cloud computing the possibility of results improvement become high because only genuine node involving in the data transmission process. To know the performance of the system, the QoS (Quality of service) parameters such as PDR (Packet delivery ratio), energy consumption rate and total delay with and without prevention algorithm are measured. Cancer can cause severe adverse effects for nutritional status. One of the nutritional problems that need attention in cancer patients is cachexia. The pathophysiology of cancer cahexia is multifactorial and not fully understood. Until now, the inflammation is a common concept raised by several studies on cancer cachexia. Leptin is a hormone produced by adipose tissue and is a member of adipocytokines that play a role in adipose tissue signaling hormones. Leptin plays an important role in signaling that regulates energy homeostasis is both central and peripheral, reduce appetite, adipose tissue mass and body weight. Cork fish or Snakehead (Family Channidae) are known to contain higher protein than other fish species. Cork fish is a potential source of albumin. This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of cork fish extract on serum leptin levels in cancer cahexia patients. This study is an open label clinical trial with one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted in July - December 2019 at the Haji Adam Malik Hospital in Medan with the approval of the USU FK Research Ethics Commission. Data were analyzed using SPPS program where p <0.05 was considered significant. The analytical expressions for velocity fields of liquid and dust particles are obtained which are in elegant forms. The effects of elastic elements in the liquid, the mass concentration, and the relaxation time of dust particles on the velocity profiles are studied. In computer science, a lookup table is an array that replaces runtime computation with a simpler array indexing operation. The savings in terms of processing time can be significant, since retrieving a value from memory is often faster than undergoing an expensive computation or input & output operation. The tables may be precalculated and stored in static program storage, as part of a program's initialization phase, or even stored in hardware in application-specific platforms. Lookup tables are also used extensively to validate input values by matching against a list of valid items in an array and, in some programming languages, may include pointer functions to process the matching input. The disadvantage of the LUT approach is the large memory size. To study the effects of the stratification factor and slip parameter on the flow. We divide the entire flow region into two zones, zone 1 relates to the region between the impermeable upper plate and the lower one being the porous bed where the flow is governed by Navier Stokes equations, zone 2 is the porous region where the flow is governed by the modified Darcy’s law. In this paper, we have studied the effects of the stratification factor(η) and porosity factor(σ) on the velocity profile of the flow generated by an oscillating pressure gradient. Between 5 and 10 percent of the population are normally affected by it. It has long been known that the eye movements of dyslexic readers differ from those of typical readers. The dataset for this study has been taken from the dataset used by a similar study (Benfatto et al., 2016). The experiments reported by the authors are based on eye tracking data from 185 subjects participating in the Kronoberg reading development project, a longitudinal research project on reading development and reading disability in Swedish school children running between 1989 and 2010. For our present study, we use eye movement recordings made while the subjects were reading a short natural passage of text adapted to their age. Recordings were available for 185 subjects, 97 High Risk (HR) subjects (76 males and 21 females) and 88 Low Risk(LR) subjects (69 males and 19 females\u0000Machine learning based predictive model developed in this study employ feature set based on eye fixations and saccades parameters and can be used to give individual level diagnosis with high sensitivity and specificity. Using statistical cross-validation techniques on a sample of 97 dyslexic and 88 control subjects, we achieve a classification accuracy of over 96% with balanced levels of sensitivity and specificity. Diagnostic follow-up of a screening result is always necessary so that intervention strategies can be personalized. Nevertheless, early identification of individuals in need of support is the first important step in this process and using eye tracking along with this system during reading may prove very useful.
