Salvo","doi":"10.1109/PRIME.2019.8787843","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/PRIME.2019.8787843","url":null,"abstract":"The paper describes the design of a 12-bit SAR ADC with digital self-calibration to be used in multi-channel ASICs for radiation detectors employed in nuclear and particle physics. In these systems, a highly segmented sensor is coupled to a front-end chip with many channels operating in parallel. The details of the signal processing to be performed depend on the particular applications, but in several cases it is necessary to embed on the front-end chip a large number of analog-to-digital converters (32 or more) that have to operate simultaneously. Typical requirements for the converter are a resolution in the 10–12 bits range, a sampling frequency above 20 Msamples/sec, very low power consumption and good radiation hardness. The ADC discussed in this paper is based on a fully differential SAR architecture assisted by a digital background calibration that relies on the Offset Double Conversion (ODC) method. The algorithm uses an analog offset injection to compute the intrinsic error of the ADC conversion due to mismatch among the DAC capacitors. The approach allows to find a set of weights, which are then applied at each conversion to achieve a real-time correction. The ADC was preliminary modelled with a high level C++ code. Physical implemented in both in 110 nm and 65 nm CMOS technologies is underway. The paper focuses on the design and hardware implementation of the calibration algorithm. The average ENOB after correction is incremented by 4 bits by using a 15% random capacitor mismatch. The SFDR is hold below −90 dB. The power consumption of the calibration circuit is 5.6 mW and 3 mW respectevely for 110 nm and 65 nm node. A further study investigated how many bit have to be calibrated to hold a reasonable ENOB.","PeriodicalId":32062,"journal":{"name":"Indonesia Prime","volume":"6 1","pages":"125-128"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74132661","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the legal theories are currently experiencing anomalies. Legal Theory currently faced with the need to be able to bring about justice, certainty, order, and the benefits of protecting human rights as well as the sustainability of living creatures and the environment.The method applied in this article is the normative legal research method with the source of legal material from the legislation and related literature. Library study became the technique of collecting the legal material and qualitative analysis applied to the legal material which has been described to produce the conclusion of the problems studied in this article.The legal theory undergoes a shift following the perspective of legal scholars from classical times, modern times, and postmodern thinkers. The Depelovment Law Theory and Progressive Law Theory that grew up in the Postmodern era seeks to free the minds of the status quo, adopt legal ideas that are in line with the needs of the Indonesian people and the state that is moving in the crossroads of modernization. Laws are required to promote conscience implemented through legal products established by competent authorities, just laws, and laws protecting people and the environment.","PeriodicalId":32062,"journal":{"name":"Indonesia Prime","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69824018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The community's customary law in Pakraman Village Bali is called based on the applicable local Bali province number: 3 years Pakraman Village of 2003. One of the tasks of the village Pakraman is making the rule of law (awig-awig). The enactment of related laws, the legal issues that arise: what are the principles of the Convention established the woman had already formulated in the awig – awig village pakraman? The legal issues observe by using the normative legal method by relying on legal materials and material non-law. Also, problems also assessed by the theory of legal pluralism of Sally Falk Moore, i.e., Semi-autonomous social field theory.Based on search results and study materials of the law, in this case, some awig-awig Pakraman village, results or findings indicate that women's Convention established the principles namely equality and justice between men and women has not yet been applied awig-awig in the pakraman village. So, based on the theory of legal pluralism is examined from Sally Falk Moore, where local laws (awig-awig) turned out to be stronger regarding State law are dealt face. The things which can know from the provisions of article (pawos) from some awig-awig who examined it turns out women's Convention principles, namely equality and justice between men and women has not yet applied in the awig – awig pakraman village. That means that the discriminative customary law was still so strong so the benchmark in the Association life pakraman. So, in conclusion, the principles of the Convention on women has not been applied in the awig – awig pakraman village, so that still reflect discriminatory against women.This research needs to be continued with empirical legal research to find out why the principles of the Convention on women has not applied to the awig – awig pakraman village","PeriodicalId":32062,"journal":{"name":"Indonesia Prime","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49504816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
